Chris is great at what he does. Hes an honest mechanic which is hard to find in Fort Collins. I have a Chevy and use to take my car to the Chevy dealership. Theyd charge you $100 just to look at your car. Chris was referred to me by a colleague and man, am I sure glad I found him! He has never done me wrong and always gives me a straight forward fix; whether I want to spend less money or more money. I will always take my car to C and T auto. Thank you Terry and Chris for always doing right by me.

I took my Ford Powerstroke in for a driveability issue and was told I needed all my injectors replaced without them diagnosing the real issue. After spending thousands the truck was not fixed. I took it back and was charged again for additional work and the truck is still not fixed. If you have a Powerstroke diesel stay the hell away from this shop. They dont stand behind their work. I will never go back and I will tell everyone to RUN AWAY from these crooks. C & T Tire & Automotive on Link Lane, Fort Collins, CO. The response from the owner is BS.

Chris and his staff are so helpful and honest. Ive brought them my 20 year old Honda CRV more than once over the years and have never had an issue with anything. When I bought a 2011 Ford Escape, they still took care of her in the same fashion. They are reasonably priced as well. I will be a customer of theirs for a long time.

Chris and his team are the best in town! This past week I went into the Houska garage to have tires mounted and balanced. When paying for this service I was told I needed to have an alignment completed. So I made the appointment for two days later. I was irritated this was not apart of the mounting and balancing during the install, and was never asked if I wanted an alignment when scheduling. Later that afternoon I receive phone call stating an alignment would not be recommended due to needing a new steering rack, the power steering fluid was leaking and needed replaced and flushed, the struts and sway bar needed replaced all adding up to 4k!I was completely shocked with the cost! I was not really surprised things needed to be replaced due to my car being an 04. But labor alone was quoted to be less then the parts! I took my vehicle for a second opinion to Chris at C&T and had the same work done there for $1300.Chris and his team have always been good to me in the past and I will continue taking my car here for superior service!! Thank you all so much!

Finding a good mechanic is probably one of the hardest things to do when moving to a new town or just in general. Chris is a stand-up guy and does some of the best business Ive ever seen. His prices are extremely fair and he really takes the extra effort to make sure everything goes smoothly. Ive had my brakes done here as well as my ball joints and one of the things that really stood out to me was the extra fore thought to have me wait to bring in my truck til he could finish it in a few hours so that I wasnt out of a way to get to work

If you need a place to take your car or truck this is the place to go. Chris does fantastic work and will have your car back as fast as possible. The work is amazing and is done right. He will even use parts you bring yourself as long as they fit and as long as they are safe. He wont guarantee parts you bring since they are your parts but he does guarantee the work to put them in. Dont think twice. Take your car here

There have been a couple times when I have disagreed with what C&T thought I should do on my car. So I took my beloved car home, did my homework and in the end went right back to them because they were 100% correct. This is one place that I can take my cars, camper, and horse trailer and know They will be taken care of for an honest price. I can not say enough on how many different times they have taken care of my entire family.

My family and I have been going here for a good few years now. Have nothing but good things to say, if you go to C and T the they will get done what you need right and the first time.

My tire blew out right around the corner of their shop and I asked for help, which was given immediately. They didnt have tires that fit my car that day but put my spare on and had tires ordered for me and put on the very next day. Every one was extremely nice and helpful. Fast and great experience, highly recommended!

Chris was very nice and friendly. It was my first time there and I was using a coupon that would make an oil change end up costing around 6$. They didnt try to push any other costs on me, and I found that to be a nice change of pace from other places. Overall it was fast, friendly, affordable, and I will be sure to go to them in the future.

Chris and TJ are excellent to work with and I cant recommend them highly enough. Theyve always been honest and up front, and theyve never tried to push me into extra expenses like so many auto repair shops do. Actually, I asked them to change my oil last time the last time my car was in the shop, and they decided my oil was so clean it didnt need changed for another 2000 miles. Also, their prices are the fairest in town.

I went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to fit me in over an hour before my scheduled appointment because I had gotten out of work early, which was a plus. The girl working the desk was very nice, and they were finished with my car pretty quickly (dont think I had to wait longer than 20 minutes). My only complaint was that when I got into my car, it reeked of cigarette smoke, which in my opinion is very unprofessional and rude. The owner needs to make sure that C&Ts employees respect their clients cars, or they are going to lose customers.

I love these guys. Took my 92 jeep cherokee to them probably a dozen times after various off-roading incidents and component failures, now I bring my 2015 Ford Transit Cargo to them for everything. Pricing is on-point, theyre knowledgeable and friendly and will discuss alternatives to no end when you want to know details about different suspension setups, tire configurations, etc. They have done diagnostics for me for free on multiple occasions.Some of my friends have called these guys per my recommendation after speaking to some chain auto shops in FoCo and reported back that C&T quoted them the same work for substantially lower price.Lastly they seem very honest about when and how things should be fixed. Im not a mechanic so of course I cant always tell, but they will often come back with a by the way, your U-joints are getting pretty worn, look at fixing those in the next few months or few thousand miles rather than fix it now now now. Great service in my opinion.

They were able to fit us in quickly and are very reasonable with their rates.

So it all started with an eagle talon I brought it into this place and the owner told me I had a rod knocking on the inside of my motor so I sold the car really cheap even though it has under 100,000 miles. Later that week I see the kid I sold it to driving it he tells me it was just a flywheel that needed be replaced. Then I took in my Lincoln and had the transmission replaced I didnt get 12000 miles before the tranny started doing the exact same thing. I also brought in a 79 Camaro and had the clutch replaced and ended up stranded on the side of the road the day after they replaced it because it wouldnt come out of 3rd gear. Then to top it all I decided to call and make an appointment to bring in my 2000 camaro. He told me to bring it in Tuesday morning so I came Tuesday morning and we had discussed me dropping off a donation bin of mine over the phone because I have stage 4 melanoma cancer and on the phone he told me I it was okay to bring it in but as soon as I walked in the door on Tuesday he said he wouldnt be able to get to my vehicle till next week and I said well thats what you told me the week prior and he said it must have been miss communication over the phone. When I show him the donation bin he said I dont have time to look at that right now it takes so much for me to drop my pride and put these bins out and for him to just be rude and tell me he doesnt have time to look at it after he already said it was okay for me to put it on the counter over the phone Ill never bring this place my business again. I gave them the benefit of doubt too many times thats my fault so dont make the mistake of bringing your car here.
