QUICK AND FRIENDLY!Im a long time customer of Firestone and over the years this company has serviced a number of cars. On a recent road trip, I ran into problems with one of my tires. Waited no more than 5 minutes for a service technician to have a look. Nathan quickly serviced the tire and sent me on my way. He never asked if I was a customer, but was more concerned that I was safe and could continue my travels. It is nice that I can count on this company to offer the same courteous service at any of their locations.

My wife and I were on vacation a couple weeks ago, we had a rental car that we woke up to with a punctured tire. We were headed to the mountains that morning and these guys were great. They knew our situation, and squeezed us in to get us back on the road as quick as they could while continuing with a busy Saturday a.m. schedule. Appreciate the customer service, something that is often missing these days.

I should’ve done more research before turning in my vehicle. That I can admit. They insanely overcharge for simple fixings. They are limited to what they can do and handle when it comes to “auto care” or should I say “incomplete auto care”. And staff neglected to follow my instructions properly.Later I took my car to a different nearby mechanic and as he was reading their invoice letter even he was confused with the wording and their logic.Sorry guys. The reviews are correct. Keep looking.

I’m a young woman in her 20s who knows absolutely nothing about cars and was always intimidated to go in and have my car looked at unfortunately but these guys at this location were awesome!!!! I believe my technician was Kellen and he was great at keeping me updated on the status of my car and giving me accurate quotes. I was able to get everything checked out in my car and the end price was reasonable which was another thing i was always scared of! This experience was quick, helpful, and just plain awesome and now I’ll never feel weird about getting my car looked at if i feel like something isn’t right. 5 stars all around in my book!!!

Scheduled onlineGot an email that it was cancelled a couple hours laterCouldn’t fit me in for another week.. for an oil change.Other Firestone I went to was spectacular. The only reason I wanted to schedule with another Firestone is because of how good the other location treated me. Too bad this one is so poorly ran. :/Business did not even have the integrity to call me & tell me it was cancelled.I left for the appointment early and went and did some light shopping at the target a couple blocks away. While inside, got the push notification that it had been cancelled, minutes before the appointment. When I called, they put my on hold IMMEDIATELY & were very much rushed/uninterested in my business.

Just a heads up. We left our car there at 10 a.m. for an oil change. We returned at 5:30 P.M. and the vehicle hadnt been moved yet, but our front bumper was smashed in. Looks like someone with a hitch on their car backed into it. We were happy to see cameras over the bay doors, across from where we were parked. Then we were told the cameras dont record. Firestone doesnt want any responsibility for the damage while our car was in their custody. They said they dont have time to give cars a quick visual inspection when they come in for service. (Funny. Because every other dealership I know MAKES the time to inspect your car before they take the keys.) They also dont carry insurance, they handle these things on a cash basis when necessary. Unbelievable. So it boiled down to us saying our car was fine when it got there, and them saying it wasnt. But I have pictures on my Ring camera showing us leaving the house 10 minutes before with a perfect car. This has turned into a $500 oil change, for me to cover my deductible. If a company doesnt have time to do things right, look at your vehicle before they take custody, etc....then my advice to to NOT use them.

Somewhat rude. Had an appointment to mount and balance used tires I purchased. Said it would be 1-1/2 hrs. Odd since I actually had an appt. After an hour I went back and they told me they dont do used tires. They had my cell and email but didnt bother to let me know. Lots of tire stores, go someplace else.

They’re fully booked yet the website lets you make an appointment online. I drove all the way here for them to turn me away and say they can’t get me in for an oil change through the next week. Why let me request a time online if you’re going to turn everyone away when they arrive? Ridiculous. I will not be returning.

Save yourself time and money going anywhere else for car work. I’ve been to Firestone in the past for car work, and they have always been fine. Not great, but fine. However the last time I went nearly a year ago I was quoted on a repair being $30, but when it came time to pay it was actually $300. I was offered a credit, but that seems to have been forgotten now.And today I scheduled an oil change at 12:30 pm. Simple oil change, and I even arrived nearly 30 minutes early. Sadly an hour and half later, and a full hour after my appointment my car had not even been brought into to start the oil change. Yet the people working in the shop seem to have had plenty of time to sit outside on their phones and hang out by the desks. I wish this was an isolated incident but I can’t recall a time in recent memory my appointment was done in a reasonable time at this location.I usually don’t post reviews like this online. And I often try not to be mean to people doing their jobs. But the Firestone in Fort Collins on Mason doesn’t respect your time. Won’t honor an appointment you schedule. And will barely even say they are sorry for making you wait without any word on when (if ever) they will work on your car. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Or at the very least plan on waiting three times longer than what an appointment should take.

My husband and I were in the middle of a road trip and a piece of metal under our car got loose and started dragging. It was a Sunday and Firestone was the only place open. They were fast and super helpful. They removed the part that was dragging and told us we could get it reattached at a Honda dealership. We were prepared to pay whatever we needed to in order to get home that night (still eight hours away at that point) but they didnt even charge us! This was our first major car problem and it was really stressful, but Firestone was the hero of the day and completely saved us. If I lived nearby I would go there for all my car needs. Five big big stars!

Im gonna be honest. Took my explorer in to this place and in less than a day they told me they couldnt fix it and that I needed to take it to a dealer. Called around and Christian brothers and a few other places said they could. And CB actually fixed both the column and the fuel pump. Every time I come in here for maintenance or anything they take the diagnostics price, ding me with it, and then tell me they cant do the work. So thats all I really have to say. Dont want to bash but just disappointing.

Called on Sunday afternoon at 3:15 pm. to check about an alignment. Nathan, the manager took a couple of minutes to check with his technicians. He got me in and I left just after 4:00 pm. They did an excellent job, in a short time. Thanks to the crew at Fort Collins Firestone!

When I dropped off my car for a simple tire plug and replacement back onto my vehicle, I was reassured by the employee that my car would be ready to be picked up first thing the next morning. This was important as I work the entire rest of the week and would not have time to pick it up later. When I called the next morning I was told that this was incorrect information and my car would be done whenever it could be fit in. I was unable to pick it up later in the day and was told by the technician that I could pick it up the next day (July 4th). I go to pick it up on July 4th and the center is closed for the holiday. Terrible communication with these employees and they made a simple tire repair into a very complicated process. I will not be returning here with my business.

Went in for a complete inspection and oil change. When there, I mentioned my tires were low on air and I had no windshield wiper fluid. I was told those last two things would be done for free (they ended up not being done at all). During the inspection, I was told I had a nail in my tire and they needed to patch it. Hearing this, I declined because Discount Tire performs that repair for free. So I went to the Discount Tire a few minutes away from this location, and turns out, nothing was in my tire. Nothing! Discount Tire filled my tires for free, rotated them, gave me coupons and referrals for oil changes in the future, and honestly inspected my vehicle. Firestone did nothing for me outside of update my oil change sticker and try to steal money out of me for no reason. Make sure you do your own research beforehand because if they find a way they can take advantage of you they will!

I went im for an alignment and worked with Nathan. I have heard that this place had a bad rap in the past, but I think they have turned it around. I would have bo problems coming back in for future services. Nathan was great to work with and did not get annoyed at all with the many questions that I had abkut replacing tires and suspension. If you have jad problems in the past, give them a chance again umder the new management.

I went in to receive an alignment on my vehicle a few weeks back. I paid for the alignment and was under the impression my car was fine! I keep driving on it and begin to notice that the car was still pulling to the right really bad. I was told it would get better as I drove it. I am then stopped at a stop light when the car next to me flags me down to tell me my wheel is wobbling really bad and they don’t think my car is safe to drive. So I call Firestone and ask them to take a look at it since I JUST had it aligned there. I am then told that my car has a broken control arm and a bent axel. I take my car in for a second opinion and sure enough they are right. Except there I am told that a car can’t be aligned with a broken control arm and bent axel. So the alignment that I paid for wasn’t valid and they clearly didn’t do the curtesy check that they said they would when I presented my car the first time after sliding into a curb... I have reached out to discuss this with the store manager and have been waiting on a call back for weeks. I reach out weekly and am told he is too busy or out of the office already.... I reach the same customer service representative every time and he assures me that he passes my messages along to the store manager every time I call and has “reminded” him to call me back multiple times. Very frustrated with my experience here and the lack of professionalism to handle this situation when I presented it weeks ago. Wishing I could get a call back to be able to discuss solutions to this problem.

We had a terrible experience here today. I called ahead for a flat tire repair and they said there was no wait and to come on in. Once we got there he said 1 1/2 hour wait. After 2 hours I noticed nothing still had been done. I asked the front man if there was an issue. He went and checked on it and found out they could not fix it. I asked why it took 2 hours and why they never got me to tell me that. He said, oh, that was my bad. I asked if they would put my spare on until the new tire could be delivered in a few days. They struggled to get the donut off. They came and got me and said they had to cut the cable off so the tire would come free. I was so frustrated by now, I said to just do it. As I watched the man get a grinder and other tools ready to cut it, i thought, there is no way it should be this difficult. I asked if I could take a look. I went into the shop and in seconds, had the spare tire out from under the vehicle. 2 1/2 hours to put a spare tire on. Then just throws my old tire/wheel into the back of the car and slides it in right on my carpet. Ridiculous

Their prices are okay. They refuse to install parts you purchase elsewhere and thats a bit of a letdown. Where they really shine is they can pretty much always squeeze you in. I desperately needed brakes and even though they didnt have an open appointment for over a week they got it done the next day. All I had to do was drop it off and they were able to work on it in between other cars. I figured it would take them all day not having an actual appointment but they got it done in 3 hours. Pretty impressive for a full, 4 wheel brake job and oil change. A bit pricey having to buy the rotors and pads from them but they kept me from being out of commission for several days of I wouldve had to wait for an appointment anywhere else.

The stereotype of the dishonest mechanic is true- its Firestone. Only place open on Sunday took advantage. My car wouldnt start, and I had the check engine light codes ready. My crankshaft position was messed up. Dont have the tools or time to do it myself. I asked for an oil change while I was there (which was crazy expensive). The fella that got my info from the car noted it had low miles for its age; the guy inside made it sound like the engine must be ready to croak with such high mileage. They called me a few hours later to tell me I needed $800 of things that had nothing to do with the starting issue. I declined and was told my car was ready. They said the check engine light was the gas cap (it wasnt) and there wasnt a steering issue. My car did indeed start fine for them when I drove it home $300 later. Next morning- will wont start. Brought it back that night. Now they said check engine light wasnt on (duh, they cleared it the day before) it was loose battery cables. If so, why wasnt that done the first time?!? I heard two other customers saying they didnt want the work the mechanic started without asking. My car is now at my regular mechanic who immediately apologized for having to deal with a shop with such a horrible reputation. If only Id known.....

I was very impressed with the customer service from the front desk. I came in right as they opened to see if they could patch my flat tire. In the waiting area, the one employee had 4 people standing in line. He quickly and PROFESSIONALLY, dealt with each customer. The guy literally ran outside to look at my tire. They patched my flat tire right away and I was on my way. Great customer service! I will definitely come back for an alignment and oil change in the future. These people work hard for their money. ✊🏻

So my husband and I were in a predicament. We had traveled from Wyoming to Pueblo, Co to pick up a new vehicle for me. We get outside of Fort Collins about 20 miles and my husbands truck breaks down. The tow guy was great, and he suggested we take it to Firestone. We didn’t have many option due to covid and it being Mother’s Day weekend. The fellows at Firestone were super helpful and upfront about whether or not they could fix the issue. We ended up having to use a different mechanic but they were super helpful and let my husband use their water for his radiator. I can’t say we experienced first hand their work but I give them 5 stars for hospitality and integrity.

My experience with Firestone yesterday was actually the best auto care experience Ive ever had. Being a young lady who admittedly knows next to nothing about cars, I get massive anxiety whenever something is wrong with my car and I have to take it to the shop because I ALWAYS get scammed into and frankly bullied into purchasing things I dont actually need (Im sure other women relate to this feeling). So, I was extremely anxious going into Firestone to get my tire repaired after I got a nail in it. It was a weekend and I had to work in Denver the next day and I was pretty much desperate for someone to repair it at a reasonable cost (Im a graduate student working 40+ hours a week unpaid for an internship and being on a budget is an understatement).However, I was PLEASANTLY surprised when Kellen at Firestone went out of his way to squeeze me in and repair my tire for $20 (as well as replace a headlight at no cost due to the long wait). I genuinely was so grateful for him and the guys at Firestone for being genuine and honest and willing to help me get my tire repaired instead of only being interested in getting extra money out of me. Its refreshing to have had this experience and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks Kellen and the boys at Firestone!

I went for a pre-purchase car inspection (which I paid for). They told me that everything was ok, including all fluid levels and their corresponding conditions. I bought the car, went home, and start doing my own inspection a couple of days later (I have not used my car since the day of the inspection). I realized that the car has no coolant. AT ALL. I filed a complaint online a week ago and I am still waiting for a response. The least that Firestone could do is sending me the corresponding coolant to my address so I can fill in the reservoir that, according to their inspection, was at the right coolant level, and try to drive my car (not to mention the possibility of a non-diagnosed leak or, worst, engine damage for lack of coolant). I sent 4 emails so far. Still waiting.... NEVER AGAIN.

This was my very first experience at fire stone in Colorado and I have to say I am so extremely thankful and appreciative of Tyler and Jason.. My tire was about to blow, and I needed to get it replaced immediately and they were so busy, but Jason told me to come in and he would take care of it right away and he did. I got the best service, I got the best experience and now I have a new mechanic. You gotta go and ask for these guys, they do it right the first time and they make sure you’re safe. Overheard the salesman OVERCHARGE A YOUNG WOMAN!!! Charged her $24.99 to replace a SINGLE wiper blade on rear glass. AND $199 for lifetime car tire alignment!JUST NOW, told me my flat tire can’t be repaired and I should buy a new tire! I refused! I have experience repairing flats and absolutely no reason this could not be repaired!NOT COMING BACK! And I told the woman here I felt she was being took advantage of!DONT GO THERE! I went in last night for an oil change. I had made an appointment for 5:30pm and walked out a little after 7pm. It took a very long time and I probably wont be back because of that. That being said, Firestones saving grace is Tyler Kubala! He was incredible and had the best customer service I have ever seen anywhere. He was incredibly polite, efficient and worked his butt off helping out tons of frustrated customers. He definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! From what I can tell he is the glue holding that place together. Go Tyler! Thanks for your help - you rock!

Very poor communication with the acting manager, every time I bring my truck in for service or repairs they only do half a job and then I have to bring it back !! Tried to reach out to the general manager but they said he was out! So if you go there make sure you talk with someone who know the difference between a 2500 gmc and a F150 as the acting manager had no clue!!! Very unsatisfied!!!!!

I was really torn between giving 3 stars and 4. I recently got a window fixed here. They diagnosed it for me and said it was my regulator. I was in a hurry to get it fixed as I couldnt have my window stuck in the down position with my work Tools in my car and moisture expected in the near future. It is completely my fault for not taking time to price shop around. Everyone at the shop was pleasant, nice, and polite. However, I still had this underlying feeling that maybe I was being taken advantage of. They did give me a $125 discount when I initially was going to wait on it and go elsewhere. After they brought the price down I went ahead and got it fixed, like I said I needed it done quickly. So honestly Im not sure if I overpaid. Normally I would shop around a bit more. I gave four stars because a lot of this was my fault for not shopping around.

I have been a customer at this location for 10 years for both service and at least 8 sets of tires. Since Rick left several months ago the degradation in quality of work is drastic. It has really become amateur hour. Time to look elsewhere.10/27/2020 - Tried going back again today. Same mediocre/amateur experience. Even simple specific asks like requested tire pressure were missed. Ill be back for my lifetime alignment but nothing more.

This place is a scam. I went to get my tires checked and they did a vehicle inspection. They said I had a minor wore down ball joint and everything else was in excellent condition. Within a week, I came back to get new tires put on and they did another inspection. There were several things they wanted to replace, but a week ago these parts were in excellent condition. They tried to charge me for more expensive tires several times even though I purchased the cheapest ones they had. Each time they would make up silly lies on why it was priced more each time. Finally, I looked over on the screen and corrected him myself and got the right price. Completely embarrassed the guy after he had lied to me. After getting my new tires, now my car makes clunking noises. I won’t go back to them to get it fixed though. Being a college student, they tried to scam me thinking I was clueless about cars.

The mechanics and staff are very nice here. I always feel that they treat me fairly and they have at times gone out of their way to give me tips that many places wont offer. I have been satisfied with service every time and I feel their pricing is very reasonable.

Had my bmw brought in to have wheels balanced and put on my car, after driving for a mile or less my TPM light came on (need to be recorded to this car) had to bring in my car 3 seperate times only to be told they dont know whats wrong and that taking it to the bmw dealer would be my best bet, 12/10 would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience! They wasted 5 hours of my time and my vehicle is still not fixed. They told me there could be a few hour wait to get my vehicles repairs done. I asked if it would be better for me to setup an appointment on another date, but they advised me to wait it out and told me it would get done. After waiting for 5 hours, my vehicle was not as much as touched or moved and I was given no type of update about what was going on. I dont know about anyone else, but I dont have 5 hours to wait for no progress made on my vehicle. They should have done the honest thing and told me to schedule an appointment or to just go elsewhere. Instead they carelessly wasted my time and I still have a vehicle that needs immediate attention. This is not the way that any business should treat customers.

Questionable tactics and poor customer service. The schedule appointment online option is not an automatic process as you would think. I made an appointment for noon and dropped my car off when they opened only to be told I didn’t have an appointment. When I explained I scheduled online the man at the desk stated they had only been open 5 minutes and didn’t have time to check their system. So I left my car for an oil change and he said they would get to it. I was called and told I needed new tires and they could order those for me for $1000 before taxes. I said no thank you and I would look for the best tires for the price. The man argued I could not get a better price when I told him I had already started a search and saw many tires for half the price. After paying for my oil change and getting in my car, my back tire was almost flat and my low windshield fluid alert came on. Guess filling a tire and topping off washer fluid is too much to ask for a $70 oil change after my 20% off coupon. I will not be going back to Firestone.

I took my car in for a pre-owned inspection. They told me that my wiper blades and cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I have receipts from the dealership I bought it from that showed the work has been done less than 2 weeks prior to me taking it in. I pulled out the cabin my filter myself and it absolutely did not need to be replaced. I am no car expert but if you run your fingers and a tissue across a filter and almost no residue comes off of it, I would assume it doesn’t need to be replaced. I turned on the wipers and they most certainly did not need to be replaced either. BE WARNED!

Every time I come here it takes too long to get acknowledged when you walk in the door. The dudes are polite but this place is slooooooow. I’ve never had service here that was fast, nothing quick about the place. I’ve sat in their waiting room for hours on both occasions that I’ve had work done here. Today, I had an appointment set up for 3pm, I was late and asked if they wouldn’t mind squeezing me in. The front desk said they were already backed up, fair enough I said how about tomorrow, they said can you do 730, I said could I be out the door by 830, they said they couldn’t guarantee that? I don’t understand. It’s an oil change and a tire rotation. He said they could have spillover from today. Then WTF would you offer me a 730am appointment.I’ve never given a bad review on google before. I just vote with my money but this place sucks.Do yourself a solid, hit jiffy lube for the oil change then big o for a rotation and you’ll be done faster than dealing with this jackhole place.

Unfortunately tire went flat. Had to make an unexpected detour to Firestone. For them only have 2 techs in due to holiday, we were in and out in a timely manner. This shop is a scam just look at the reviews below... The majority of good reviews are for tires and oil changes; if they do more than that the reviews skew consistently negative. The district rep is Mindy Chavez, I was instructed by corporate that she would assist me but they wouldnt arrange a way for me to speak to her... So Mindy; if youre out there, Help me!!! We brought our car in on a Sunday because it wasnt starting. Despite doing over $240 worth of labor and suggesting $750 in rear strut fixes they did almost no actual work on my car. They did the oil and headlights, but the actual starting issue was ignored, and they failed to address or fix the issue. They spent more time trying to get me to do my rear struts than they did working on the car.A reviewer named Zane had the exact same issue below. Dont get any work done here without getting an estimate somewhere else. The only reason we went here was that no other mechanics were open on a Sunday- big mistake.

If you value your car amd time stay away and find another shop. Took them 2 days and more than 10 hours to do an alignment and never got a call once when it was done or any updates. My car was freshly cleaned and waxed and they left oil spots inside and grease hand prints on the hood of my car. I was also scheduled to get my differential fluid changed but they didnt have the part (which I understand) but was never called with an update and when I was checking out only saw it. Absolute joke

This is the worse service in the history of service! Extremely slow and not on time. Guys hang out they told me about an hour wait. That was three hours ago and I’m still waiting. Nobody has gave me an update or apologized for service. Don’t recommend anyone with something to do to stop by.

Ive been a Firestone customer for years, and have done business with the Fort Collins location for 5 years. Ive never had an issue with work done at the shop, or with new tires purchased there. Lifetime balance/alignment purchased 15 years ago in another state is still honored at this store, so I cant complain about that. They usually recommend additional work, since both vehicles are closing in on 200K miles, but when I decline services, they dont pressure me about them until I bring it up later. Ill continue taking all my business to this store.

Worst service ever! They took forever to fix a flat and re-mount the tire. When they finished, they didnt tighten the lugnuts down so my wife had to do it herself before driving off. We now have to replace them because of the neglect on their part. I will NEVER return to this store due to the lack of knowledge and carelessness they choose to repeatedly show with our vehicles.

Made an appointment in advance for an oil change and to check my alignment. It took them two hours just to tell me that my alignment is off. Two hours!!! Couldn’t even get my alignment done because of the incompetence of those workers. People make appointments because we don’t have all day for you to mess around. It doesn’t take 2 freaking hours just to get the results back to see if my alignment is actually off!!!!!!!*UPDATE* So since this place took so long on my car (and I didn’t even get my alignment done) I had to try and get back quickly. Got pulled over for speeding trying to make up the time this place cost me.

I would give these guys no stars if I could. Ladies, be sure you have your car terminology right before you visit these people. I took my car in for the 5000 mile rotation, balance and alignment, or so I thought. They had no record of my purchase of the lifetime alignment warranty, and ONLY balanced my tires (after I waited for an hour and a half irregardless of having an appointment). When I went over my bill with my son after I returned home, he reminded me I had the lifetime alignment warranty. I called the store to clarify that I had the warranty, and that I had thought that my tires would have at least been balanced. I expected some offer of sorry for the confusion, when can you bring in your car to complete the alignment? Instead, it was next time well get it right. Remember that is 5000 miles from now. Im 70 years old and only drive around town; going to be some time before Im in again. Oh, wait, it is going to be a really long time; Im never going there again.!

Took my car to them in July for an oil change. They damaged the hood of my car while it was there. I reported the damage right away. They tried to get me to go to some cheap place in Eaton to get the repairs done. When I said no the manager said it was out of his hands and I would have to file a claim with corporate. This was done in September. Corporate contacted me right away and sent an inspector to look at my car the beginning of October. Since then I have heard nothing from them and I cannot get them to return numerous phone messages and emails. I will not be using any of theirs services ever again.

Dont bother. A very bad experience. The hour and half appointment took nearly three hours, despite that fact that they knew I was travelling from out of state with a little baby...Customer service was terrible and unprofessional. They never checked in or provided updates. The alignment check which supposedly was taking so long wasnt even provided to me. Their courtesy check is a joke- my own mechanic looked over the car and said they didnt even do an inspection. I was given a mail in rebate, but couldnt file it because I was given the wrong copy of the receipt... I could go on and on. I tried to explain the disappointing experience to the store manager, Jason, but it was obvious that the lack of concern comes from the top. He made no attempt to even apologize. He just cut me off as I spoke and blamed his staff. This is NOT a worthwhile business. Women, especially, pick another place.

I took my car in to have the tire evaluated for the warranty. The people treated me like I didnt know a thing about my vehicle even after I told them I knew what I was doing. Horrible customer service, there one young man who was willing to help me out otherwise everyone else was just rude and passive. They also put my donut tire on without my permission or even a call. The tire that was damaged was drivable and I had been driving on it for months before. I will not be bringing my business here again. Pep boys and discount tire down the street are the best way to go.

I bought 2 tires here and had an alignment done. Left it there all day. Picked it up and asked for the before and after alignment print out. After looking at the sheet it turns out they did not align it. I asked him about it and he said it was not adjustable. Which is a complete lie. It would have worn through my tires within a matter of months. That would be great tire sales for them. Then while I was on the interstate one of my new tires went flat 25 miles away. They ruined the bead of the new tire while putting it on. And sent it out the door. All the tire pressure was different and they did not recalibrate the tire pressure monitoring system. Huge Fiasco I will never do business with them again. The alignment technician had no idea what he was doing and the computer actually shows him pictures of how to do the alignment on a Pontiac G8. They offered no compensation for my time and did not try anything to retain my business. I had to go back and have it fixed two more times.

My aunt purchased me a new set of tires from this company. A few months after install, it was leaking air to the point I was refilling every week. I went to firestone and they wanted to charge me $150 to fix the tire bead because my aunt wasn’t there (she lives in Ohio) and wouldn’t be covered under warranty unless she could present her ID in person. I went to discount tire down the road and they fixed and rotated and balanced my tires for free. This place is another corporate scam

Very friendly experience. I called on new year’s day to see if I can get my tire air pressure checked and fixed and they were open. Becasue of the cold weather my pressure dropped and they got me in right away and fixed the air for free with awesome customer support. I would absolutely recommend this place

DONT GO HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. They are the worst. This Firestone is full of sleazy mechanics that dont know what they are doing. They told me they were treating corrosion on the battery and took a cap off the battery and never put it back on. I called them out and they said they didnt do it. BULLSHIT! I havent touched my battery since they fixed it. They wont do anything to reconcile the problem they caused. ONCE AGAIN DONT GO HERE WORST MECHANICS IN TOWN

I was driving through Colorado during Christmas break with wife and 2 kids (1 and 3 yrs) and started having mechanical trouble around Fort Collins. Only place open was Firestone. I called and they got me an appointment for 30 min later even though they were booked. We werent even there an hour before we were fixed and ready to go (bad ignition coil). Great service, very friendly people - while we were waiting an employee told us about Fort Collins and recommended places to visit - and this all during the craziness of Christmas/New Year holiday when no one wants to be working. Fantastic place.

I have been coming to this Firestone location for at least 5 years, bought all my tires from them, and received all basic services here for my last two vehicles. I have been reluctant to write a review, thinking that their service MUST get better at some point, but after realizing that I pretty much ALWAYS leave here feeling talked down to and belittled, I feel I need to say something.Scott, the service manager, has never been anything but rude, disrespectful, and condescending to me practically every time Ive gone in. To see that kind of service come down from the managerial level promotes a culture within this location where employees treat customers like idiots. I find it so ridiculous that I cant go in for a simple tire rotation/oil change without leaving feeling like my visit was a complete inconvenience for them since I didnt choose to have them replace my wiper blades or air filters, or because I asked a simple question regarding another add-on service they recommended.I have been giving this place chance after chance for the past few years and am simply exhausted with the terrible customer service. I recently moved to Fort Collins from Florida. I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangled. I understand that after making a 2000 mile trip she was tired. I was getting a really strong burning smell and my back tire was wobbling. The tire issue began on a Sunday and Firestone was the only place open. After $900 in repairs, including new bearings, a new radiator cap, etc. the smell is worse than ever and the back end is still wobbling! Im here now and had to literally call their number to get anyone to the front desk. Ive now been here for about an hour. Ive used Firestone in other states before and been very happy, however, I would avoid the one in Fort Collins if you can. They seem to have little regard for drivers safety or customer service.

Terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE treatment of customer. I came in the other day to take care of a Firestone tire that shredded on me randomly. The tire was supposed to be covered by a recall several years ago, publicly documented on several reputable news outlets. One of the tires recalled was the Firestone Firehawk (the one that failed on my vehicle), I called both this store and the technical support line and was told that its replacement would be covered. However, when I arrived at the store the next day, I was told by SCOTT the tire manager, that it wouldnt be covered. He then proceeded to argue loudly with me in the store. VERY disrespectful, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. At one point I was on the phone with technical support again, and went to get a number off the tire, he went outside also and then began YELLING at me in the parking lot of the store, and verbally abusing me with insults against my person and intelligence. This man has no respect for the customers that try to come to this store, and DOES NOT deserve to retain his position as manager! I have found several other reviews that name him specifically as being extremely disrespectful, rude and condescending to customers! If you want good service, and want to be treated with at least some hint of consideration and courtesy, DO NOT GO HERE, at least until he is relieved of his position of authority!!

I cannot believe some of these reviews! I moved to Fort Collins several years ago and after getting ripped off by numerous auto chains in Fort Collins, Firestone repaired what others did wrong. They have been my husband and my go to to all things having to do with our vehicles. Scott is amazing! He is always honest with us about what really needs to be done and what can wait. We trust them completely and they have always backed up their work 100%. I dont know what we would have done without Scott and his crew for these past years!

Came in to have my brakes checked. The diagnostic was free and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in, even though they had several customers that set appointments. After a short wait they told me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes and that the sounds I heard and the issues I was feeling in my pedal was normal given the road conditions and the weather. They answered all my follow-up questions, and said at most that a sensor MIGHT be going out, but we couldnt tell. Rather than replacing my ABS sensor or any other expensive part to fix the problem they suggested that I wait until the sensor gave out. After just 24 hours, and a significant improvement in the weather, the issues I was having with my brakes were gone. Yes, they didnt do any work on my car, but they were fast, honest, and extremely helpful.
