Brought a motor in last week, called yesterday and they couldnt find it. After extensive searching they found it and then had their tech repair it. Well got it home and found he put mounting screws on wrong direction. Didnt even cut me any breaks on the repair cost as should have been repaired sooner. I dont think I would return here again in the future unfortunately.

UPDATED review! I just took a tool to them for repairs and they gave me a quote of $172, I found out I could buy a brand new for $4 more so I opted to not do the repair. I was charged $45 for diagnostics he then gave me back a box of parts and told me I had to put it back together or pay him another $45 to reassemble it! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY TOOLS TO HIM FOR REPAIRS AGAIN!! Very dissatisfied!Great service at fair price! Always have just what Im looking for. Just found they repair power tools too. I know where Im taking my stuff from now on!

Terrible service! Took in an electric motor from a Delta Table saw, was giving an estimate of $85.00 to tear down, test and replace bearings. Was called after a couple days and was told there were 2 extra bearings for $7.00 each but my total would come to $185.00! Decided not to repair and agreed to pay $45.00 for the estimate, picked up motor in pieces which was beaten apart so further repairs will not be possible. When questioned, they had nothing to say and denied doing any damage but was happy to still take my $45.00!! Dishonest people with absolutely no customer service. Can’t imagine what their repairs must be like.
