When I first called the lady told me it would be 3-5 days to diagnose my pump and motor. I called 1 week later because I had not heard anything and this time the lady said she could not tell me when, she said the guys will just let me know. She wouldnt even take the time to find out when that would be. The counter is a mess, she had to dig around for the work order.Do not use this place if you need expedited service.
