They close at 5pm. My husband had a quick purchase at 4:47, and the guy refused to help him. Guy said they were closed. Obviously, dont care about customers.

These guys really know their stuff. Josh is great to work with, and always helps me find the products I need, that no one else carries locally.

The two men that were working when I stopped in treated me like a complete idiot. They were condescending and flat out RUDE. If they sold the product I needed (they didnt) I would have not purchased from them just because of how I was treated. I would have been more willing to drive to Denver for the product rather than buy from them. They for sure need to learn some customer service.

Phone calls take priority over customers whove been standing there for a long time. I stood there for 8 to 10 minutes just to buy 1 item. I watched the employee take 4 calls and put two of us customers on hold before I walked out without spending money. They need to rethink their customer service practices.

They are too lazy or ignorant to try to find a color code missing one number to see if it might right! This was for my husband who was the only customer.
