New dealers are highly disrespectful. They tend to talk down to you and not with you. Are constantly calling every part of the day if customer is only a day late if a payment. Dealers rudely talk down to you. Are extremely inconsiderate of any customer. The mechanic is friendly and is to work with and understanding. Probably the only good person there.

I actually bought a car here, unlike another reviewer here. Wasnt a hard process at all, took less then 45 minutes. Easiest car buying process Ive ever had. Employees were great, especially the manager, who helped me find the right car for me. Drove away with a great car, that was priced right, in under an hour, without having to give 800 different things or 800 references even!!! And it even came with a Warranty!!!! All I can say is, buy a car here, you wont be disappointed and that other reviewer should actually go to the places he reviews......sorry but thats just common sense dude....

I will give it a 5 star since there is new management. We bought a car and there was a lot of issues with it. We were lied to by previous manager. Brought it in to have some of the issues fixed and the new manager fixed issues for free as it was other ones fault. He is a nice guy who is knowledgeable and trust worthy.

They are very respectful to you and when you leave their lot, you wont have any questions to ask

I have no issues with the actual business, as my car was worked on after hours in the shop by their mechanic, Jeremy. He installed upper tie rod ends and was compensated well being a qouted 2 hr job toon about 25 mins. I picked up my car, and noticed that it made terrible grinding upon turning sharply. I went to Graham tire to get oil changed and have it aligned....to find out from Grahams mechanic that the tie rods were installed backwards! He had us come back twice to fix, and both times wasnt at the shop. We asked for money back to no avail, and Jeremy even had the audacity to say Graham tire swiched them! We ended up having to replace both inner and outer and when they pulled off the outer ones that were backwards, they had been cranked down so hard they were ruined. Not to mention my rims are worn down on inside from rubbing against the backward installation. Terrible mechanic...
