I have had service with us cellular for years and have had minimal issues. Debbie is an awesome rep and is amazing at what she does. Always Patient and knows what shes doing. would recommend.

Excellent service! Agent very helpful except she wouldnt let me use the bathroom. With all the money we pay U.S. Cellular there should be a customer bathroom and chairs with backs for those waiting! Im 72 years old and have a bad back!

Always slow...why more people not working. Waited for almost an hr, wondering why manager was in thw back and not out front helping. Some rude staff(not mention names), mis leading information. Going to start going to jefferson or carroll location

Dont bother coming in without making an appointment. They will not even let you look at a phone, youll just get thrown out. Do yourself a favor and find a cell phone company that will treat you right. Worst customer service ever.

Wonderful customer service

I called to see if they had a Apple Watch 44mm series 5, was told yes on the phone, I went down to the store 7 minutes later and waited an hour to find out that they didn’t have any apple series 5 watches 44mm, and the sales rep was snotty about and could care less that they wasted 1 1/2 hour of my time. They couldn’t even order one, what a joke. I should have stayed with my old cell phone provider, better customer service and they could order what ever I requested. I will be done with them after contract is over.

Had to go in there because I got the promotion for the S9 plus gave them my phone on that day I received it. Received text from US cellular. It stated that because I didnt turn in my other phone that the promotion was not covered. Thank God I had my receipt and if this is not been taken care of with in a weeks time theres going to be some yelling

Debbie was exstreamly nice. She came outside to my van when I was getting out an helped me into the building so i could pay my bill. Debbie got my bill straighten out an I paid it. Debbie walked me to my van because it was very slippage out.

When your store hours are until 8pm and I show up with ten minutes to go it would be great if I could get some assistance instead of being told by the employee she has never heard of my issue before (phone not charging) and redirecting me to a computer repair store or office max. It was cystal clear even had she possessed any knowledge she was not going to help me because it may cause her to stay a few minites past 8pm. What. A. Joke. Very unprofessional. As a business owner I expect my employees to work until they are off, if US Cellular is the same, please be sure to clock this associate out around 7:45. I had hoped this locations customer service had improved since closing the alternate US Cellular by Perkins but that apparently is not the case. Id say I wouldnt come back but now that the US Cellular in town that had great customer service has closed I dont have much of a choice.

Stopped in to get wireless internet set up.(1/3 the cost of Frontier and faster)Ryan the Store Manager was Awesome. Walked me thru it and set it up. Got home and had trouble with my printer being off-line. Called Ryan and explained problem. He stayed on the phone and walked me thru how we had to register the printer to the new router. Great customer service. Awesome Manager. Will be back if I need anything. (A few recent managers would not have gone that far for a customer. I know I have been in this store alot in the last 6 years for various reasons) 10 Stars for Ryan.
