Had an issue accessing the My Verizon app for a few months. I was always able to pay the bill but never able to log on the app. With that being said, I called Verizon customer service over the phone and was given the run around. With my frustrations building I decided to head to the store for a solution. Within, a minute of telling Kaley my problem she was able to come up with a solution and assisted with getting me access into the My Verizon app.
These individuals have a wonderful demeanor and go out of their way to make it right.

They were so very friendly but I love going in to Brandon all the time he always helps us with all of our questions and is so helpful on things I dont understand. He helped get us great deals and better phones to. We will continue our business with Verizon as long as we always deal with Brandon.
We had a horrible experience on Friday with the Verizon store in fort dodge! Going on Monday and still no service on our phones! We went in after hearing “get an iPhone 13 on us” and they said nothing till December. Ok. So we got different ones and felt very rushed! They didn’t even activate our phones but said they will charge for activation fees. I’ve been trying to get through to Verizon for 3 days now and still can’t get through! Been on customer service now for over 35 minutes and nothing. So now we have to sit with two phones not activated till we get back to fort dodge!🤦🏼♀️
Stopped in to have them put on a new screen protector for my smartphone. They were very cordial and accomplish that task with ease.
Drew met me at the door and had me fixed and out the door in 5 min. Very nice and sharp young man.

Worst store and management I have ever experienced. Its like you are inconveniencing them to want to spend your money there. No thanks! Having just moved here from Texas Ill keep the TMobile I have and put up with that before Ill give money to this place! -5 star rating!
Went to your Fort Dodge store, and Luke was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with my elderly mothers phone problem! Such a nice guy!

I stopped in twice recently...although website says they are open, the door is locked.So I made an appointment for 1:00 Sunday May 30th. Got a reminder etc. Got there at 12:45, no cars around, confirmed I was there and received a message to wait for them to tell me to enter....at least 8 cars pulled up and tried the door while I waited, I waited 20 minutes past my appt and left. You can not get anyone to answer the phone either.
No help what so ever my ELD quit working and associate had no idea what he was doing and had 4 people come in behind me and he helped every one of them and made me wait SUCKED
Usually this location is very busy and the wait is very long. Today it was super fast I was in and out and he was super helpful! They dont seem to carry a lot of accessories for cell phones, unless its an iPhone, I wasnt actually able to get a screen protector for my phone today.
They have help problems, I think I know more then the help there does.
Was told we could get a better deal online by one of the fort dodge employees so we did and the new phone wouldnt show up on their end spent 2 hours in the parking lot for them to tell me they cant figure it out so spent 4 hours on the phone being transferred around and on hold then hung up on for them to cancel the order and reorder the new phone saying it will be ready for curbside pick up and still not showing up on their end and another hour in the parking lot for them to tell me they dont know what to do so again 4 more hours on the phone and will be shipped to the house and confirmed through the Verizon store that it was coming today by UPS and they gave the tracking number... Few hours later tried tracking the phone to find out they shipped it to somewhere in Texas.So calling the Verizon company is a waste of time if they dont know how to help you they pass you off on the calling then hang up on you after being on the phone/on hold for hours.Very disappointed 😡

Customer Service....not so much. Been a verizon customer for over ten years. But was disappointed recently. Had appointment for delivery of new phone, showed up on time,...was told after a ten minute wait, the phone that was ordered didnt arrive. They surely could have known this 30 minutes before my appointment
Horrible customer service. We got phones there end of October & have had constant issues with both our phones dropping Wi-Fi connection. At first we blamed our internet provider, but then realized it was only happening on our phones by this time our 14 day period was up.(also having internet provider out checking things their end). Countless visits to store, calls customer service, tech coach/ tier 2 . Was told by customer service/ tech coach to replace SIM cards local store refused to replace SIM cards. Only solution theyd offer was send my new phones in for warranty & get refurbished ones with not as good batteries, etc. Ran in circles of try this,turn phone airplane mode on/ off. I have physical proof that its only happening on vzw phones,they dont care!!!!

The last few times that I have tried calling to speak to someone, they answer the phone, don’t even say hello or anything, and just hang up.Went up to the store to figure out why my Phone wouldn’t back up or update someone told me to call I-800 number for Apple, without even looking at it. Still won’t let me update after months on end.

The staff here is top notch. They are very knowledgeable and take interest in what is important to their clients. They listen to concerns and take time (even on their day off) to make sure your needs are met. I had a question with a Bill and Will took it on personally and kept in contact with me on his days off to make sure things were progressing and that my questions were answered fully and satisfactorily. Great Personal Service.

We had a terrible sales rep. I think its because they were closing in less than an hour and he didnt want to do anything. It definitely turned us away from starting a plan with them
Horrible service!!! I went to the store to change my mobile number, they said it it will charge me 20$. I said go ahead and change my number. Then they said its better if you call customer service. They have no idea what they are doing. All they want is to get rid of the customers by misguide them.

The young lady who helped me in the store was awesome Im trying to set up a CradlePoint for a client of mine. I called the sales people from Verizon a Shane and a Tom and got no response. Or no call back. Not very happy with those people glad the young lady in the store could help me. I do believe that if sales people are selling something they should have an idea what theyre selling and possibly the people who are setting it up might want to know how to set it up.

I am impressed with how quickly you are addressed when walking in the door. If they are busy they take your name and keep you posted on how long it may be. I preordered my item online and walked out with another item I wasn’t planning on getting. Lol, great staff. And super helpful!

Takes forever to be waited on, then takes forever to do what you went in for. I was there over an hour before anyone could help me. Some of their staff are very uneducated regarding phones, Verizons policies, etc. Fortunately there are a few employees that are actually helpful. Have never had much luck going to that particular Verizon store. Wont stop there again.
I had broken my phone but had insurance so I thought no big deal. When I got there they told me it was gonna be $82 for the same phone replacement & 3 day wait. That was it. Went to straight talk
I stopped to get my grandma a tempered glass screen protector and we bought it and they helped put it on for us and it looks great.

The employees just dont seem to be concerned with helping the customers. The store is usually extremely busy and after long waits to even talk to anybody they seem uninterested. The manager, Kyle seems to have had even less training in customer service as he would rather disconnect your service while using a condescending tone with you than actually help you to find a solution to your problem. I would definitely recommend the Verizon store in the mall over this store, they are very friendly and helpful and you feel like they actually have time for you.

Clean and modern store layout. Many floor models on display to check out. The only star off is because sometimes you can expect to wait up to an hour when it gets busy.

Good Customer Service helped me with a difficult Custom APN problem I created myself. They did not fix it as they cannot flash ROMs for liability reasons, I had to reflash my custom ROM modem but they helped me figure out what was wrong by showing how my phone appeared in their system as a non VZW device. (It is and was happily fixed while they waited). I have a pen drive with multiple ROMs and modems so I had the ability to fix it on the spot with a flash wipe reset rather than a long time messing with APN settings. It is a special dual sim phone that works on any global network so its a bit messy switching on custom ROMs.

Ive found the place to be hot and cold, at times the staff can be very accommodating and the next time the store is staffed with an entirely different crew that is difficult to deal with at best. I found the store manager to be snide and evasive. There doesnt seem to be any continuity amonst the team members. The website has some issues as well. Specifically log in difficulty. Itd also be nice to call the fort dodge store and have it ring in fort dodge. On the upside, Ill be switching to a competitor due, for the most part, for the evasiveness, and disconcern I was shown as a customer. Id suggest that you treat them all the same for you never know who they may have influence over.Kit Hovey
