Unforunately I had tree branches fall on my car which caused damage to the windshield as well as to the hood and fender. I was hesitant to use an auto body shop that my insurance company recommended but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to choose Classic Collision. The process was very quick and easy. After scheduling an appointment online, I met with Judy who went over the damage to my car. She was very friendly and put me at ease. I also requested a rental car which was waiting for me after the appointment. In total, my appointment lasted just over 30 minutes. Over the course of the next few days, Judy would text me to keep me updated with the status of my repair. I really appreciated this amount of customer service. When I picked up my car, they went over the repairs and did a walk around of my vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. The car looked brand new and there was no sign that there was any damage. They also detailed the car both inside and out which was a nice touch. As a bonus, they actually fixed something that was not part of the initial repair at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Classic Collision and will bring my car back to them if I need any other repairs in the future.

This is the worst car repair shop I have ever encountered. The technology is very poor, the service attitude is very poor, very very bad.

I am so VERY impressed with Carolina Auto Body. My car was pretty damaged in a recent car accident and my insurance company quoted it to take about 20 days. After 10 days it was finished and looks amazing!!! From the moment I met with Sean Moran, the Collision Repair manager, I knew my car was in good hands. He was very informative and explained how the whole process of the repair was going to work. My estimator Matt was very courteous and communicated with me many times to keep me updated as to what stage of the repair my car was in. Cab was amazing they took care of me from the beginning to the end. This place does a outstanding job. Jake the Manager keep this place spotless l have never had service like this at a paint and body shop. I had a piece of molding came lose on the driver side not only that was taken care of they want ahead and took care of The passenger side. To make sure that would not separate from the car. Worst experience ever. They took over 6 weeks to total my vehicle after an accident. My insurance paid for a rental for the first 4 week and the body shop said they would pay for the remaining time it took for them to figure out if they are totaling the car or not. This was a few weeks ago and the shop has still not paid the rental car company. As a result my credit card has been charged over $700.It is impossible to get ahold of the person I was dealing with. No one calls back. One excuse after another.Extremely unprofessional company. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I cant believe they are a Geico recommended body shop!!

Impeccable work, very reasonable prices and one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had since moving down to south florida, from New York. I only do business with people I know, like, and trust. As soon as I walked in and spoke to Jake for five minutes, I knew that I would be doing business with them. He did not disappoint me. Al followed up with an amazing quote and delivered my car with lightning speed. They will be my go to guys for any body work I need done on any of my vehicles, and will refer my customers to them without hesitation.

Got to admit they were very professional and courteous. They took very good care of us. Especially Mario. When I called them 3 days later because my windshield washer tank seem to have been cracked in the crash and did not get replaced. They had me come in and a half hour later I was gone with it replaced repaired no charge. Not their fault that the tank was not noticed but they did an excellent job and I was very happy and highly recommend them to anyone.

This body shop is horrible. Go anywhere else but here! They took much longer than expected because they themselves hit my vehicle. The damage that they did to my vehicle caused it to have to stay in the shop for more days. They were supposed to pay the extra days of the rental I was in since it was their fault the delay and I have yet to see one penny from them. I got charged for the extra days of the rental and every time I go and ask them they give me the run around. Horrible horrible service!! To top it off they didnt even paint the damage they did the same color shade of white so you can tell the difference. I will for sure never go there again if I have the need and I will never recommend anybody go there.

DO NOT get your car repaired here!!!!!!!! I was involved in an accident a few months back that resulted in paint spilling in the back of my vehicle. This was one of the repair shops recommended by my insurance company because they had immediate openings for drop offs. I initially wanted to have it done through the dealership (which I should have done) but seeing as this was a cosmetic issue and I would get a rental at the same location I decided to go that route. This repair shop held on to my car for 45 days even though they told me it would be done in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! I called multiple times after the 2 week timeframe to find out what was the hold up and got a different answer every time. I complained to my insurance company during this process seeing as how my rental coverage expires after 30 days, I didn’t want to have any additional charges on top of my $500 deductible that I had to pay to get the car itself fixed. After complaining so many times and getting managers involved I was told by the manage Jake that I should not worry, any amount not covered by my insurance will be handled directly through the body shop and that he had already spoken to enterprise and advised them to send him the bill. After being told this I was more at ease and allowed them the time to repair my vehicle since I was now being told that they were having issues getting certain parts from the manufacture. I ended up picking up my car at the 45 day mark with it still not being completed, I have a Jeep and there was a hurricane coming in. I felt it would be safer to have that than the rental during that time. I was told that once the additional parts came in in a few days I could bring it back to have those put on. Days passed and no one called me to say the parts were in, I had to call multiple times to get this finalized. Now fast forward I notice a charge on my credit card statement for the rental, I attempted to contact enterprise multiple times, everyone at the enterprise connected to this body shop either placed me on a crazy long hold (20 mins or more) or was not helpful AT ALL! I finally reached out to the body shop and had an extremely hard time getting Jake on the phone. After multiple days of calling he finally calls me back with excuses. All of a sudden he has amnesia and told me that he didn’t tell me what he most certainly did. It took my husband going over there to the office for him to “remember” and decide to be helpful. He sent an email to a few people requesting a refund, it has been a little over 2 weeks since and crickets. I should have gotten something in writing from him but seeing as how he confirmed with me and my insurance company that he was going to take care of the charge I didn’t push for that. He has not even followed up with me about the refund, I guess I’ll be making some more calls and visits until this is resolved. Lesson learned but just wanted to inform anyone out there who is considering having their vehicle repaired here that this is not an honest company and you should definitely weigh your options.UPDATE: 2/18/20No response from the email sent by Jake to this day and that was sent some time in December. I did however get a response to my google review stating that they will forward my complaint to their management team. Not surprising since google is public and they want to make it seem as if they are doing something. It’s now 3 weeks after that google response and still no follow up from “management team”.....like I said before this company is a scam. Anyone on here reporting positively must have had small repairs that any around the way shop could fix. Anything that takes extensive repair seems to be an issue, I just read another person’s review that had the same exact experience as I did, this repair shop had that person’s car forever, promised to pay for rental outside of insurance coverage and then dropped the ball when the bill came. Do not have your car repaired here unless you are ok with getting subpar service and the run around. I will continue to periodically report updates on this.

Took my Sonata to their shop in Boca. I left it to GEico to pick a place, and Carolina came up due to zip code proximity. Staff was nice, rental car lady met me there. They called me twice with updates, which I appreciated. They did little extra stuff for free just to be nice. Didn’t charge me, didn’t charge GEICO for that little stuff. Basically one of the only vendors I’ve dealt with in a LONG time that over delivered, communicated well, and seemed grateful for the business. Anyways, I was happy enough to make the effort to leave a nice review. They earned it.

Well, I had a moment where I shamefully scraped the tail end of my vehicle against a concrete pillar. I got home and tried everything to fix it, unfortunately Cadillacs Tri-coats arent something that you can touch up. I hastily searched all over the place for a body shop with good reviews. These guys popped up, I called and asked for an estimate. I was transferred to Jake. To my surprise, these guys are LEGENDARY. The cost was just right. The car, like it never happened. Flawless, like a diamond. Im about as OCD as they get with paint jobs, paint correction, and ceramic coatings. This thing I repeat came out incredible. Im so thrilled. I just want these guys to know how much I appreciate them.

I was actually referred to CAB, and now I know why. Meka was my point of contact at the Fort Lauderdale shop, and she, by far, pushed the definition of customer Service to the next level. She called me just about every day to give me an update, even when there really wasnt anything to report. She would just re-assure me that they were working on it/hadnt forgotten about me. It was so easy, so worry free, that I almost forgot that they even had my car.

I couldnt ask for better sevice and willingness to work with my schedule. They did the repair work on my truck after an accident in June of 2017. In May of 2018 I discovered an issue that wasnt repaired. I went back and without hesitation they made an appointment for me to bring the truck in. On top of that I told the manager that I was going out of town for a week and he said no problem.You dont come across to many companies these days that are so polite and professional. I surely appreciate them and recommend them.

I personally would not recommend this autobody shop to anyone only because they are very rude and they steal things out of your car and then point fingers at different companies so they won’t get the blame. I brought my car to this body shop and they released my car to a tow company without my permission and when they released my car to a tow company my car was towed to an auction that I did not authorize. once I got to my car that was placed at the auction all of my belongings were missing. The manager named Jake did not want to take any responsibility for my belongings being missing. So if you go to this autobody shop please make sure you take everything out of your car because if you don’t the manager Jake will lie on you and will not take any responsibility for your things being missing.

Best body shop in town, this is my third time dealing with them and it only gets better every time, Mika was very helpful and courteous and by far the best experience when it comes to costumer service and being knowledgeable and prompt in her responses.

The professional service started the minute I walked in the door, the car was brought into the garage and all the damage was marked. Next all the areas marked were explained as to what the repairs were to be made. I was given an expected completion date and the car was ready a day early, with all repairs completed. You can’t expect more than that thank you!

I used CAB through GEICO. Communication was awesome, they call three times a week to update progress. Even when there were delays through no fault of CAB they were communicated immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again!!

I am very grateful to have bring my 2017 Maserati to Carolina auto body. They did an excellent job on replacing the front bumper an color matching the color blue paint. When you deal with them you get a contact person to the shop. She was amazing and did everything she needed to do to get this car done in 3 days. I recommend them 300% . After a small fender bender, I struggled as to where I was going to have my car repaired to its original perfection. Subsequently, I live in an elderly community and noticed the car of a neighbor of mine whos car had been in an accident and had repaired. My next question was where because I have a fender bender on the front right fender of my car that I need to get repaired, and your car looks so good as if I just came off the showroom floor. I told him Thank You, and I proceeded to contact Carolina Auto Body to have my car repaired. She kepted in touch during the repair process, and informed of every aspect of the repairing of my car until its completion. Trouble, cars everywhere..

My car was rear ended and was told to drop car off at this location by the insurance company. They kept me updated everyday. They were on time with their appointments. Mario and the staff there did an amazing job on the repairs

My car was damaged by Debris on the highway and I brought it to Carolina Auto Body at the Fort Lauderdale location. I have never been so impressed by such a friendly staff & clean store. They did terrific work on my car and got it done in exactly the time they said it would. This is not like other body shops, they clearly hold themselves to a higher standard and it shows.

If you don’t have collision coverage and are paying out of pocket, this place really doesn’t care about your situation. I came in for an estimate, filled out all the papers, and told the tech I was working with where the car was at. My car was at a towing yard, and he told me he would go take a look on his lunch break to start the estimate. I never received a call back and thankfully found a solution elsewhere. The way you treat people who are paying out of pocket and have just been in a car accident is frankly shameful.
