Great Customer Service. They did a great job with the Tesla. I definitely would recommend.

They repaired my Tesla and now it looks better than NEW. Special thanks to Jorge for taking care! only concern is they take little more time to fix, i can understand that in this pandemic time. If you have issues with Tesla this is the place to go.

Tesla owners beware. My car looked fine, however the customer service experience was TERRIBLE! I had no expectation of completion, however when they called an told me to pick up my car at 4:30pm, I was surprised and happy with the timeliness. I arrived and they told me to wait while it was being cleaned. Fine, Ill just wait a few more minutes. Oops just kidding, your car is still broken, come back in 4 days. They completely wasted my time. Awful communication. I even called to confirm it was ready. Would not recommend, especially to TESLA owners. Most recently after leaving negative feedback, they called attempting to intimidate me into not leaving a negative review. Well, lets see how well that worked out...

I got rear ended. They fixed my car very nicely. Danielle and Robbie were excellent. Good customer service. They got me a ride to Enterprise rental and kept Enterprise updated with the progress of my car so I didnt have to in order to keep my rental car.

Very nice place, the two attendants present were very knowledgeable and helpful with my fix (replacing the bumper as well as rear impact bar and reapplying ceramic). Also relatively cheap in comparison to another place I visited and got a quote from. Please dont be afraid of bringing your Tesla here, they handle many throughout the day and I was surprised by the amount of Tesla cars in their shop!

Good quality work, best customer service

They paid attention to most details and were easy to work with. I was hoping that everything would just go as planned, but I had to follow up and check everything (they missed some details). Wished they had suggested painting the whole car as the repaired, blended paint work stands out against the faded paint thats original. Better than most.

This collision repair center has two locations and they both do everything to perfection. If you have a Tesla, you better take it here if you want it to be done correctly. They are actually Tesla approved repair facility. I had to do my research to find that out and learned that Tesla is highly selective when it comes to doing business with anyone. Knowing that and with my past experience I can say that I would only take my vehicle here.
