I couldnt have asked for a better experience. At my request, they pre ordered the parts so I could minimize the time I was without my car. They even called the car rental place down the street and had them come pick me up. And oh, by the way. They did a beautiful job on my car. 5 stars.I had to use them again, and again they did a great job. I thought they had replaced my doors with new parts, but they said they were able to repair them. I couldnt tell the difference. And they called a day early to tell me my car was ready. 5 stars again!

Great service!!!!My husband and I just flew in from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale this past weekend. After we picked up our rental car we stopped by the gym, and when leaving the gym the bumper underneath somehow got caught on the cement parking block. Such a disappointment because we barely started our vacation at that point! On the way to the hotel we searched up Impact Paint & Body so decided to stop in there wishful thinking assuming we wouldn’t have luck on such short notice...but they were awesome!! Once the owner was aware that we were only in town for a couple of days, he realized there was no time to order the part we would have needed so he called a buddy of his at a nearby mechanic and found the piece we needed there. That person drove it over to this body shop and got the job done all within 30-45 min!!!! And charged us practically nothing for the job!! He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation but didn’t. It’s nice to see that they’re still good people out there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You will get quality work for a great price.

I had some clearcoat paint peel on the bottom of a fender after a year upon Impact fixing it. I lived 20 hours away so I could not take it to be repaired. However 4 years after I returned and they fixed the clearcoat, they get 5 stars from me due to their proper ethics. Highly recommend.

Chris and personnel from the shop were great. They exceeded my expectations. The body works on my 2019 Honda Pilot were done on time, and my car looks like new. I reported the accident to my insurance, and while I was talking to my insurance they were calling me, thats how efficient and fast they are at providing service. I was called and given updates on my car. When I dropped off my car to them, they probably a ride to the airport. This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Chris and the staff took really care of my car - thats my baby. My car was hit and my bumper was a little messed up. Once I gotten my car back today you couldnt even tell my car was hit at all. Im very happy how my car looks and my car was washed when I came to pick it up. I really recommend this paint and body shop to anyone. I can really say these professionals pay good attention to detail making sure everything is done to profession.

They got my car done a week ahead of schedule and repaired it better than it was prior to the wreck. They even repaired some of the dings and scratches on the hood that wasn’t from the accident. All that with incredible customer service, 10/10 would recommend.

My best body shop experience ever! My wifes minivan was beginning to look really tough. We didnt want to buy a new one, but I didnt want her to be embarrassed driving our existing van.Several months back I had visited a couple other body shops but they either told me it wasnt worth it or I was quoted a very high price.I had heard good things about Impact Paint & Body, so I went in and saw Tony, the shop manager. He recommended what I should and should not do and quoted me a very reasonable price. Three days later Impact was done and the van looked fantastic! The bumpers were brand new looking. They buffed out many of the small scratches on the body, restored the headlight lens covers to clear, and detailed the van beautifully.I couldnt be more pleased or recommend Impact more highly!

My car was keyed the whole passenger side. They did a terrific job. It looks brand new! We also replaced the ceiling material that unglued. The sub that replaced it also did a great job.Weve also decided that we will use this shop for body work again.

Had these gentlemen perform repairs on my bmw’s sideskirts over the summer and when it was time for my car to be repaired again more recently they were the only ones I thought of. Amazing service!! Was in an accident and they had me in a rental and my car fixed like nothing happened.

I had almost the entire drivers side of my metallic blue WRX damaged. The repair required new doors and quarter panel repair. The job was impeccable, flawless and as perfect as it could be. They completed it in four days (four days sooner than the insurance estimate). I would highly recommend them.

Horrible! I went for a paint job and the owner told me 2 weeks. It took him 2 months! He never even called me to keep me informed of what was going on. I had to stay on top of him. The employees themselves told me he is putting my vehicle on the back burner to take care of his insurance claims first. They forgot to paint my door sills / put my embles back on & my side electric mirrors dont work anymore. And he told me he was not putting new emblems back on and that I would have to pay extra for them. ($300)! The owner (Tony) is very sarcastic and disrespectful. *Dont trust those other five star reviews - you can tell by reading them that they are impersonal and not genuine. If you are deciding which paint&body shop to go to DONT COME HERE!!!!

Tony is without a doubt the nicest and most capable person in the auto body repair business that I have ever dealt with. He fixed a left rear accident to my Honda wagon in a timely period, while maintaining quality workmanship. He even cleaned the interior of dashboard and steering wheel, which had nothing to do with the rear end repair. He called with updates as the work being done. The way he treats his customers goes a long way to explain why his shop is a trusted star repair shop for USAA insurance. I have been insured by USAA for over 50 years, and this job exceeded all my expectations.

I was very dissapointed with impact they were highly recommended by my coworkers and i was really expecting a totally different outcome. I took my car in for a collision repair they quoted me a 3 day to paint install and blend a fender the blending looks ok but the finished touches of the paint dont. The paint has some orange peel and impecfection which tells me that they didnt do any wet sanding or polishing they just painted the fender and called it a day, you can tell that it was done in a hurry. Not only that but when i dropped off the car i was told that a new fender liner which i provided was going to be installed at the end it wasnt it was still sitting in the box. After all the car looks fine but its not to the quality that i was expecting i had to put in the last finishing touches which is unacceptable.

Fast, did what they are supposed to. Met expectations.

DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTOSHOP, they are very rude, OVERPRICED, And XTREMELY SLOW TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR A SMALL REPAIR ITS BEEN 3 weeks and they still have my car ....DO NOT USE THESE GUYS****ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS, ITS ALL MADE UP !!! Trust me
