These guys are incredible. My car broke down in the middle of the rain and this shop was closing soon. I called them and explained my situation and they WAITED for me after hours so I could drop off my car. I told them I thought my alternator was messed up and bought one, he told me he’d check and review.Instead of installing the new alternator I bought, they did their due diligence and turned out it was the alternator. Was a simple battery issue, had the car ready for me next day and saved me HUNDREDS.Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

I brought in a car with multiple issues. They were straight forward and honest with which were the most critical issues (not necessarily the most expensive) and which I could delay fixing. Their work exceeded my expectations, addressing even esthetic things that went beyond what required fixing.

This place has the absolute best mechanic in Florida. The BMW dealer sent my car to Speedy at Chrome Rose, because they couldn’t understand what was the issue. Speedy can fix ANY type of car... exotic and Europeans cars for sure. Well done!

Great shop and amazing, hardworking people! Both Tina and Joel have taken such good care of my car and made sure she was good to go for my long daily commutes. After I recently hit and ran over a large piece of semi-truck trailer tire on the Turnpike they were the 1st place I went to. They made sure to do a full inspection to let me know what the damage was and the best way to fix it. They are truly caring people and want to make sure that their clients are safe on the road and in their vehicle. I have been to many bad mechanics who have taken advantage of me over the years and it feels great to see proud, honest shop owners who are friendly mechanics that love what they do! Thank you both!

I am an old school kind of guy. I beleive in honesty, integrity, and efficiency. I have been bringing my headaches to this shop for years. The gentleman who used to run it clearly knew his s#it... he could fix anything quickly and inexpensively. When Chrome Rose first took over, I was nervous, because you know, change isnt always good. In this case however, change was good. These guys have now provided me with top notch service, multiple times, on multiple vehicles. They adhear to the same old school principles of honesty, integrity and efficiency that I hold dear, and they take it up a notch by offering a rewards progam, text alerts and other modern touches. Congrats fellas ... keep up the good work. I plan to continue dumping my problems on you to solve for me from here on out.

Very good shop with excellent service, the manager Joel is extremely friendly and accommodating which is rare for an auto shop. Their prices are also quite reasonable compared to other mechanics in the area. They value their customers, so you can expect honest insight from them. I would definitely recommend them for any auto maintenance or repair needs.

Great Customer Service the Actual Mechanic is very knowledgeable on European Cars..he was able to diagnose my issue with my BMW even before i brought the car to the shop... car was fixed and back on the road with in the same day...Absolutely impressive

Bad service, I went to the store to change my car lights, they charged me $ 1290. They wanted to take advantage of me, I said I wouldnt pay because it was too expensive! thats why they charged me $ 50. just for opening the hood of my car. I dont recommend wasting my time and money in this workshop! They use fake facebook profiles to discuss with us! unfortunate!

I had my brakes done on my Nissan Altima by Tina the owner & she was awesome. She explained a lot of things that I couldn’t get from service advisors at Nissan dealerships... Chrome Rose prices are very affordable & the quality of work was fantastic. She was very detail oriented & just a pleasure to deal with & the fact that this is a woman working on cars makes it even more cool. She definitely knows her cars & is way better than most of the men that work in the automotive industry. Believe me I will only deal with Chrome Rose from here on out.

Waited 2 hours for a oil change when my appointment was at 12. Got it back at 2 pmWhen they specifically said 30 mins maybe 40. Because they were working on the wrong car on accident which is why it took so long. If Im paying 80 dollars for a overpriced oil change when I can go somewhere else for a 20 minute oil change I think Id like to be accomadated. Definitely putting this place on a do not recommend for everyone and anyone I know. Thank you guys so much.Sorry it happened to me? Im sure youre not. But when you go to a restaurant and we take to long on your food and then say sorry it happened to you and the server does ABSOLUTELY nothing to help the situation, make sure you dont hassle them for anything more you deserve. Let me tell you about me and myself first, I am a mechanic with over 20yrs experience, that said.. I had a car for sale and my prospect wanted a pre-purchase inspection done. Ok no problem so he chose this place. 2 weeks prior to me selling the car I had just got done putting a brand new clutch in. So this place keeps the car for a few hrs and tells me right to my face the car passed, I am thinking great! My prospect calls me an hr later with what the shop told him. The shop said the brakes were shot, the clutch was going out and the trans was bad, all lies and they wanted something to the tune of $1,200 for “future” repairs. This was all bold face lies because another prospect took the same car to a different shop and they passed it with flying colors. Hacks at Chrome Rose Automotive, yes dont go there, they are filthy liars! Wanna be mechanic!!
