I had a sensor issue with my Mercedes. The dealer wanted $ 2000. A friend recommended this auto shop. I spoke to Michale, assume he was the owner. He was very knowledgeable. When I got the proposal. It was $1450. And got my car back faster than the dealership. I dont normally take the time to review. But I was impressed.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Always honest about what needs to be done. Mike is the person you want to talk to. He gets back to you quickly and is always honest.

3 times my car had been broken for the same thing it was there for a repair 15 minutes after I left this ship. Once, it happens. 2 is a coincidence. 3 times is a pattern. They even demanded that I pay them again for the the same things they repaired it. They are sloppy and unprofessional. There are better small businesses around to give your money to.

Absolutely horrible mechanics I’ve worked on Mercedes-Benz my entire life. I worked there for less than a week. Scam artists. Do not ever bring your car here unless you want to be lied to or way overcharged. They don’t even have proper equipment

My car had been over heating for weeks and I brought it to multiple shops which just couldn’t get the job done properly. When I brought my car here I was assisted by Leo. He was very helpful, polite and very informative as well. He even managed to cheer me up while I was frustrated with the car situation. Very helpful young man and I really appreciate his help. These guys are the most honest respectable repairman in the area. You do not need to have a Mercedes to have them work on your car. You will pay half even less than what you would pay at the actual repair shop. They are fast with their service and response back to you. They are also not pushy, they will let you know if something needs to be repaired either right now or in the future to keep an eye out for it. We now take all of our cars to this repair shop. The nice part is the friendly people also. The last thing you want to deal with is a broken down car and they really are always smiling and will try to make your day a little bit better. Ive been going to this location for about 3 years with two different vehicles, and its the only place Ive found that I enjoy taking my car to. Had car troubles and saw this shop and pulled in. Was hoping they can work on my mustang even though its a Mercedes service center. Not only did they fix my car, they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Would go there again for any issues or car upgrades.

“WE CHANGED WHAT WE COULD SEE”Terrible I took my car to be inspected for another reason which they still did not fix. After waiting there a hour the reception guy comes back and calls me out showing me parts as if I went to mechanic class with him. Stating in order for me to check your car I have to fix the belt and pulli (how ever you spell that).What happens is the mechanic drives your car or just mine so only God knows if he went under there and did that just to get a sale (unbelievable?) well believe it’s possible. So now out of a state of emergency I say fix it, only for the parts that they fixed to be running in correspondence with another part which they did not take the time or care to look for.Before he handed me my keys he says don’t drive your Car like that TO LONG it will over heat which after changing the part I think they realized what would happen. After leaving their shop getting on the expressway which is walking distance to their location my car over heated. Imagine that lol I just left the mechanic and I have to pull over all the way from oakland to Sheridan st because the parts they changed caused my car to over heat. DISCLAIMER BEFORE TAKING MY CAR THERE EVEN WITH THE ISSUE I HAD MY CAR DID NOT OVER HEAT WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM MY ORIGINAL ISSUE.So taking my car to a more careful mechanic which I should have done to begin with they inform me that they changed parts to a system leaving one part not repaired causing over heating. I called to ask and inform them on this issue literally the next day and he begins to put the blame on me classically “I called you and showed you” “well we only changed the parts that we could see” “ my guy drove the car and it did not over heat on him” well if he only drove around the corner and not extensively or let the car run that’s not much of a distance to check a car properly. My guess is they knew that was going to happen and wanted me to comebackSo seeing that he is clearly making their carelessness my fault and how hostile he began to get i simply said I don’t want to argue and he hangs up even before I did lol so professional. Proceed at your own risk or out of desperation you may have luck

They were very knowledgable and showed true interest in what was best for my car. Employees were very friendly and had great customer service. I have a brand new 2017 Mercedes and u would think nothing could happen right? Well my front bumper got stuck to cement while backing out of a parking space and my bumper came apart. I rushed to dealer just hear them tell me some BS and try to charge me $500 just to look at it. Thank God for Mike he fixed my bumper in literally 2mins and the cost was all of nothing!! They have a new Lifetime customer screw the dealer!
