No indoor dining at the moment, but Einstein bagels are still delicious as always. They have a little bit of outdoor seating as well as curbside pickup. Lots of yummy things on the menu, including a new low-carb sous vide egg in a bagel shape. That said, I think my favorite item is still the vanilla hazelnut coffee. So good! ☕🥯

Delicious food! Great service. They were cranking. The staff making the orders were working their hineys off! They deserve a raise for sure. Bagels were fresh and the bagel sandwich was perfect. If you are looking for a great snack/meal, go here.

Went this morning for a bagel before work. There were a few people ahead of me and it was 10:30, so naturally I figured Id be waiting for a few minutes. After I ordered, I only waited about 3 minutes until my bagel came out and I was waiting for one more item. Close to ten minutes into my wait, a gentlemen who introduced himself as Jerry, the manager, asked me what I was waiting on. I told him and he said youve got to be kidding me, I laughed and said oh no, are you out of them? He said no, and proceeded to apologize because he noticed how long Id be waiting(didnt bother me any since I work in retail, but it bothered him). He then offered me a refund for that item which I tried to refuse, and then also gave me my treat Id been waiting on! I dropped that money right back in the tip jar, and told him it was very unnecessary but very sweet of him. Amazing customer service by manager Jerry, will absolutely be back.

Bagels weren’t great, right off the bat no poppy seed bagels were a red flag. At least they went with a nice double stack on the eggs.

This location was very clean and well-staffed with friendly and attentive workers who were able to easily meet customers needs. I ordered a tasty turkey with potato salad and it was absolutely delicious. What Einstein Bros. does with a bagel sandwich is amazing. That particular flavour combination with the cream cheese is great. I definitely recommend.

Don’t bother ordering on DoorDash for a pick up order. This is the second time either my order was taken or they didn’t receive it at all

Service- the staff was friendly but not well trained. Obvious to me the store has lousy management. Example: every customer I saw walk in stood in one spot waiting for someone to take their order. Typically you order then move down to cash register. This store does not do that and has hand written little sign explaining to order at register.Iced tea was gross. Must have been steeping for days.The fruit cups were rotten. Even though buy by date was today.Bagels were good.

Pretty consistent Einstein Bros Bagels for decently quick service and food. Prices are fair to a tad higher than normal but nothing outrageous. In the 8 or 10 times Ive visited, they have gotten my order correct & it has been hot each & everytime. Furthermore, on all occasions, but one the food & drink I ordered were excellent, with one lone occasion where the salmon on the Nova Lox platter was certainly edible, and not bad, but it seemed a day or so past its utmost, prime enjoyment. All that being said, the reason that I give this place four stars instead of five is simply because every time that I have been there they are always out of nearly every bagel option except plain and (generally) one other God-awful flavor, like whole- grain or wheat or something. Please, make or buy more classic flavors.. poppy seed would be ideal.

The owner should audit this location.Heading back home to Central Florida, we enjoy the Einstein locations in the area so we were happy to find one on our trip home.We came in at 11 AM on a Sunday and half the bagels were out to start...which isnt good for a fresh baked every 4-hours chain.There was only one cashier and no direction for the line of customers coming in until one worked (stock-clerk type) abruptly stated that if youre ready to order move to the left. Eventually, we did and that wasnt helpful. I wanted the Nova Lox and I asked if there were any everything bagels in the back in which I received a not so inviting obviously not. I settled for a sesame and she again doubted me and I said there was in case case. The transaction was abysmal overall.A poor veteran had just gotten his coffee cup and asked for a coffee lid in which the cashier said in a harsh tone we dont have those hear, use another lid. What kind of service is that...its hot coffee...it doesnt need a cola soda or tea lid.Not to mention, apparently napkins didnt exist and the paper-towel holders were all broken as there were just rolls for the brown paper-towels sitting near the soda machine AND in the bathroom, gross.Bagel with strawberry cream cheese was good, my lox wasnt impressive.The bagel itself was good but the salmon was very lightly applied for the $7 bagel.We wont be back.

Great place for a 5 am bagel run. I appreciate the fact that when the staff accidentally made an extra order, they made sure to ask around to see if anyone was interested in having it for free instead of just going ahead and tossing it. Nice place, delicious fast breakfast, good coffee!!

I loved these bagels but service was horrible

The bagels are really good with a wide variety of flavors and the cream cheese is available in many flavors too. There used to one near my house, now it is a dental office.

I honestly dont write too many reviews, but some cases are just exceptional.I also like to mention that I am the most comfortable customer to have as I am always polite and tip anybody who serves me.I have been visiting Einstein Bagels on Broward Blvd for quite a while now, I am going there maybe 3 times a month whenever I want to snatch something quick at morning time. Whenever I go there I noticed the cashier is extremely rude and controlling. I always want to have my bagel done the same way. The first time I went there she took my order and messed up by forgetting to add avocado even though I paid extra for it.The second time, I already knew better and asked her to read the instructions I gave her to make sure there arent any mistakes, I was nice about and said could you please read it back to me ? and she said its all there! and gave me that look of dont tell me how to do my job. I always take my food to go and when I got to my office, surprise surprise I am dealing with an onion bagel which I hate, and had to throw it away.The 3rd time happened today, same cashier, still rude, and she forgot to put one of the items, this time I took the receipt and went over it myself. I noticed she forgot one item and told her about it, instead of apologizing she lashed at me and said its all going to be there, so I told her - you specifically forgot to put what I asked... And she just turned her back on me walked the other way and wouldnt even reply! ( she probably went to the cook told him manually about her mistake ) What a disgrace, I am a customer and I have the right to get what I am paying for, eating my food the way I want it.Not only she wouldnt apologize but she raised her voice on me in front of other clients, which was a complete embarrassment.Last thing I want to write here is that i am not nit picking...But its more than just messing up my bagel, its messing up my day with this rude attitude in the morning when its the most crucial part of your day.My days looks terrible if someone is talking to me like that and affecting my energy at the morning time.I asked for her manager but she wouldnt call her.I am going to contact corporate directly, and have them know about this cashier personally.

If Ebony is working turn around and leave. Over ten minutes for a bagel not toasted, not sliced, just put bagel in bag. Over ten minutes. She walked to the back and started putting stickers on things like I wasnt even there. Then when I asked after waiting ten minute without another soul in line she acts like Im a huge inconvenience and take her time getting the bagel. Super rude. Late to work because of her lazy and rude attitude. If shes there dont bother.

I waited 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheddar. Made me late to work and there was no bacon on the sandwich. Its a very busy store and it has a crazy high turnover of employees. They usually do a good job and theyre very friendly but today was not a good experience

Horrible place. So disorganized. Staff has no clue. So many orders came out wrong including mine. After a customer handled my bagel and said it was not her order the staff member wanted to hand it to me... I almost flipped out. I had to tell her to make another fresh bagel not touched by a stranger.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick breakfast and found this place:). We ordered coffee as well as a parmesan and bacon and egg bagel. It was AMAZING! wrapped in the foil it was super warm when we sat down and ate. The cashiers were friendly and the area was quiet. Couldnt have asked for a better morning. DD lost a customer today!

Customer service is horrible here ( cashier personnel ).Sandwiches are great except if you ask for a latte, took 10 minutes for a simple latte to be made.Watch the cashier personnel, cups felt on the floor she picked it up and put it back normally.

5 stars for the bagel sandwich. -1 star for the crappy iced coffee with too much concentrate in it, and -3 stars for the horrible staff. They are so rude, talking and texting on their phones on the job and barely looking at customers. Einsteins is one of my favorite places ever but this location desperately needs new management.

Very old and crappy looking... Very rude ladies working in this location. You stand in front of them for ten minutes and then she tells you go to the cashier to order (with an attitude). How about a sign that says (order here) dumbo?!!!!!! No body wears hair cover!!! ....

Go here frequently although they often get our order wrong. I recently got a spoiled yogurt. They have forgotten about my order and then ran out of the type I wanted. We have had to wait over 35 mins for bagels. Then when they came they were the wrong order when we asked for here they made them for go. They spend time talking to each other and on their phones when orders are backing up. Ive also seen them touch money at the register then put the plastic wear out and touch all the the spoons and forks with no gloves. We have to find somewhere else to get breakfast Im tired of dealing with their lack of care.

Cold toasted bagel that died on the counter. Ordered it to stay, they bagged it to go and after 5+ minutes when I asked where it was, they found it dead on the counter. My cappacinio was also cold. I was excited to have a bagel and coffee when I walked in but left disappointed

Worst service ever! I love Einstein bagels, but this location is terrible. I recently visited Fort Lauderdale and decided to stop by for a bagel before my errand run. There was no line at all I was the only customer waiting for food but some how I still had to wait for 15 minutes before my toasted bagel with plain cream cheese became ready. Before I placed the order the cashier was busy counting the amount of tips in the tip jar rather than taking my order not only that but she didnt even bother looking up at me at all. I wasnt sure if she knew I was there so I said hello Im ready to order and she kept counting without looking at me and eventually said just a minute. Service at this location is terrible and I will never return

Horrible customer service, its a complete mess, McDonalds bag visible in the back someone was obviously having their breakfast. The Shift leader is very bad they need a new manager in there. While I was waiting to pay, the shift leader told a customer dont complain today. Apparently there was a mix up with her order. Never going back to this one again.

Waited 15 min for a bagel on wheat this morning smh. If I didnt ask why it was taking so long, I would have been waiting longer. Come to find out the bagel was in the back counter sitting there. Usually they bring the bagel to you, so if nothing is said, how are the customers supposed to know that they have to pick up their iwn bagel in the back of the store. On top of that there was homeless man asking everyone for money inside the store. Lets not forget that they have like 3 people working the store during the busiest time. The poor servuce from not staffing more people that hour kills the customer service experience. Officially my last time going there. I would recommended going to Bob and Wilsons for breakfast around the corner.
