Murphy Bed USA has great furniture, customized to your needs and wishes. I have had a customized Murphy bed and shelving unit built for my condo about 15 years and it looks just as beautiful today as it did then. When it came time to move I had then dissemble and reassemble and the guys who did this were amazing. Great customer service. My interactions with Audrey were the best and she was quick to resolve an unexpected issue that came up on my end. I can highly recommend Murphy bed USA.

The service is good if you are a new customer. However, if you need something later or have an issue, they arent interested in getting back to you in as timely of a manner had you been buying something new.Ive made about 4 purchases from this group over 7 years for a few different properties.Give them a look - but know that there are probably some other options to consider that value the relationship more. My two cents...

A most Delightful experience. Ronnie is very knowledgeable, was patient and friendly.From sale to installation, which, BTW, was difficult having no square or plumb walls in this condo, the installers did Not give up. I purchsed a second Murphy bed with a desk and cabinets. It, too, is beautiful

Update: Another company, Murphy Beds and More in Jupiter, helped me out after this review was originally written.I called here to find out if they could recommend someone to reassemble my Murphy bed that I just had moved. The first question was... “did you buy it from us”? I said “no, but I’ll compensate the person to reassemble.” She said she could not recommend someone if I didn’t buy it from here. Why is this? This is certainly not the way to gain new customers!

I drove my mother to the store when she decided to redecorate a guest room in her house. I saw beautiful grey furniture that I fell in love with at the store but I did not need a bed. I did not realize Murphy Bed also made custom furniture. Mom ordered the bed and I ordered my furniture with the help and guidance of Keith. The furniture came when promised. Three awesome delivery gentlemen spent the entire day at the house installing furniture. The furniture is great, the service is outstanding.
