The beds are of good quality. Synchrony finance worked well. Delivery was timely, but assembling may be a challenge. Its probably a good idea to have them install, which is costly. The manual looks good, but it misses some critical steps that, in my case, resulted in a broken shock. They were quick enough to come and fix it, but I got really upset when Multimos owner tried to push the fault on me for what really was a poorly conceived manual. After a very unpleasant argument, we agreed that I was going to pay $110 for the visit and he was going to pay for the part replacement. It ended OK and the murphy bed has been serving us well, but the experience was not good.

The best experience buying a bed I have ever had. I hate the typical back and forth, delivery shenanigans and unexpected head aches that seem to be required. The team here was on point. I came with specific needs and they were able to meet or exceed every expectation. Simply phenomenal.

They insisted on sending a “specialized installer”; I specified that our building needed liability insurance. They said of course and that they would send it to our building’s management. I saw they sent a COI to our management but did not open it. Their specialized installer came and drilled through our gas line causing fire dept and gas company to come. Huge damage no gas for 4 months. Turns out it wasn’t true they had liability insurance and they had only sent a COI for delivery. Building sued for damage. Multimo’s insurance never replied to our insurance or building. Shameful

Finding the right Murphy bed is not easy, Ive been looking online and at retailers for some time - but the staff here made it a pleasure. Oleg was courteous and helpful with my needs. The selection is great, the quality is hotel tier. The bed will be used daily and there is no worry because the hardware is warrantied for 10 years. I selected the Bellezza murphy bed in queen and could not be more satisfied. They also took care of delivery. 10/10 I highly recommend the business.

I researched a wall bed for many months. In the end, I decided to buy it from Multimo because I got fantastic service from Yulia Basova. Shes very patient, even on her day off, She still responded to my texts and emails. I almost purchased it from another company, but I gave up. No way you can get service like Yulia.
