It was worth the wait. I received by Anderson Sofa; I was please to sit on a firm and comfortable sofa. I love the feel of the cushions and the detail tuff looks beautiful in the Sylvie Teal color.The living room was complete when my Charcoal Kent Wing Chairs arrived Thanks Marc Pepper, great job!

Floyd Flynn is the MUST SEE guy to help you design your home. We were incredibly comfortable discussing our interests and vision with him while he helped us select fabrics to customize our bedroom. We are beyond impressed by his talent, passion and expertise as a design consultant. We see now why hes won all the design awards hes won! Floyd is impressive and were lucky we got to work with him. Marc Pepper helped us during our store visit. We purchased a wall unit to frame our new smart TV and aconsole table. Marc has a patient, pleasant and easy going manner. We were able take our time to makesure we were making the right purchase for us. The delivery team did a great job setting up the various pieces of the wall unit. The console table arrived today. Purchased house full of furniture from Ethan Allen. Tad was my designer and is also the store manager. Trust me folks, he and his store are the real deal. Not a single issue in two years, and my place looks better than I ever thought it could, Even after a few small hiccups on delivery, it was was handled as a 10 out of 10. I am not a pushover, but I was won over by Tads skill and competence immediately. . Highly recommend Tad and the Ft Lauderdale store. Both are great.

Sam expertly guided through buying and customizing our dining room set. We’re grateful. We’d seen SO many stores at the point we got there and were basically ready to leave when he recommended customizing .... which we didn’t know we could do. We’re two girls .... we’re PICKY! He brought out fabric samples, showed us leg colors, and made it such a pleasant interactive experience. We’re getting a table no one else has.He sweated the details, called and followed up on his days off to ensure we would take delivery at the best time.I’m a fan!

She has a great eye and truly understood what we were looking for. She was available for questions. She followed up deliveries with a phone call, checking to make sure everything went smoothly. Great quality. It’s nice to be able to purchase furniture that will last a long time. Great customer service too.I didn’t give it a 5 because there was a misunderstanding with our order but customer service took care of it right away and it was resolved. The downside was that we had to wait another 4 weeks for our chairs. But they’re beautiful and we’re very happy.

Sometime in November 2018, I purchased several furniture pieces at the Ethan Allen store in Fort Lauderdale, FL. One of the pieces, a leather chair did not have the inner padding/filing evenly distributed and also the finishing on one of the chair legs was wider than the other. Upon immediately receiving the chair I reported the issues to the sales person at the Fort Lauderdale store, Tad Donovan, who is now the store manager. I also reported the chair issues to Ethan District distribution center in Fort Lauderdale. Ethan Allen sent to my house a male named Rafael, a furniture expert, who showed up at my house with a flimsy ruler and told me right away that there was nothing wrong with the chair. The furniture expert Rafael was a joke. I though Ethan Allen took their customers serious but Rafael p roved wrong. Tad Donovan, following the visit of the alleged furniture expert Rafael, ignored my issue with the chair, got mad at me because I put a stop payment on my credit card in an attempt to resolve the issue. Tad Donovan acted very rude towards me, he simply did not care that Ethan Allen delivered to me a defective piece of furniture, obviously he only cared about the money/commission he made. To this day, the issue with the chair has not been resolved. Customers should not waste their money and time buying anything from Ethan Allen in Fort Lauderdale. Moreover, dealing with Tad Donovan who will treat you nice deceitfully and when a problem arises with a defective piece of furniture he will simply turn his back on you and ignore you. Also, I wondered if not having a Hispanic full name with have made a different in the way Tad Donovan and Ethan Allen has treated me..

Ethan Allen has become too country conservative over the past few years. Recently, Ethan Allen reintroduced their one (1) modern line; Radius, after discontinuing their only modern style for about ten (10) years. The reintroduction of the Radius Recliner Linear Reclining Chair in Brushed Nickel was of poor quality and questional ergonomics. I still have my two (2) originals from many years ago; and compared to my newest Radius Recliner, my older originals are way more comfortable and are in fine condition. The original Radius line was EXCELLENT twenty (20) years ago. I think Ethan Allen can manufacture quality furniture. But their current dated styles, details and overall designs are missing the mark with the monied millennials.

He was a pleasure to work with. The furnishings were amazing in style & price. The store is terrific & the manager superb!

I was notified 3 days before my chairs were supposed to arrive that they would not be ready for another month. I was told the fabric was on back order. They only discovered that 2 months after I made my purchase. Since then it has been delayed again. If I receive my chairs when they say they will be ready it will be 4 months since I purchased them. My sales associate has never apologized for the inconvenience. I called the store manager on Saturday and was supposed to hear back on Monday with a status update. It’s Thursday evening and I am still waiting.

I have shopped in few pales but,, EA gets my five star.!

There were issues with a few pieces of furniture and the sales person was not willing to make the customer happy; However, once management stepped in, they took care of it all.
