Publix staff are always kind. Stores all clean. Lines decent when they have express and self checkout.

It is a good Publix grocery store. Its probably the smallest one I have been to but it is still easy to move around in and spacious, very clean to. Service was quick curt and chatty in a pleasant way. Inventory was huge, there is a little something for everyone if you look hard enough with plenty of great deals to boot. I came to this Publix on a whim to get groceries after dinner and did not regret it and I dont think you will either if you give it a try!

This is the 1st ever bad review I have left anywhere. My office is across the street and the Deli department can not manage to get their act together. This has been an ongoing problem well before COVID and it doesnt matter how much to talk to someone, the issue just cant be remedied. During lunch, the salads are not prepared and out, the sub line takes up half the width of the store, the employees and in NO rush to get things done. The prep area is way too small for the amount of people looking to get sandwiches. If you order in advance, it is never ready and then you also get sandwiches like the ones in these photos. Now I ask you does that look like something you would want to pay for? I dont think so. I will be going up the road to Big foots subs in the future, I dont care if I have to get in my car and make 2 U-turns in order to get there and back.

By far the worse deli counter I have experienced at any and all Publix I have been too. I frequent Publix and every time I have pre-ordered a sub you can always bank on the fact that it will never be ready on time. It does not matter when you call it in (even an hour beforehand) you will still wait in line and have to remind them what you ordered which defeats the purpose of calling it in ahead of time! I would fire the entire deli counter and rehire with courteous and efficient staff

Went in today to get items in the dairy/ bread area,and the employee was so very helpful and was smiling that you had to smile, it was contagious. The pharmacist Yesenia is also extremely helpful and shows that she cares about every person that comes near her pharmacy.

This is a rather small publix (compared with other stores) but it has all the items I usually shop for.Staff is very friendly, willing to help without even asking. I find the fruits and vegetables section organized and fresh.Bakery area WAS making the cuban bread great however, lately they arent packing the bread in plastic so I stopped buying it. This isnt something that would take a star away because other items available and services at this publix location outweigh the missing plastic bag when packing the cuban bread. 😊

This publix is the WORST when it comes to pre-ordering subs. You order online and they are NEVER ready at the alotted time. They also lose your order or say they never got it even when you show them the confirmation. They need more people in the deli. Especially on the weekends.

I love this publix. Its not giant so it doesnt have the selection that some other ones have, but its great when you just want the essentials and want to head out.The employees are all extremely courteous, which makes shopping pleasant.

I have been shopping at this Publix since I move to the neighborhood in 2004. Usually, I am doing my groceries about 3 times a week and some other times I stop by the bakery or the sushi section so I may be there up to 5 times a week.About year ago, I went to get lottery tickets and the employees in the other side of the counter told me the window was closed so I left. Then it happened again, and again, and again. About 6 months ago, it happened again, but this time I though why the lottery window is closed? Aren’t there supposed to be open?Then a beautiful Sunday morning it happened again, nobody else was waiting in line, but the two ladies behind the counter were chatting their ears off. Even though, I noticed the window had the sign closed, but this time I waited to be acknowledged. I stayed, stayed and stayed until finally one of them told me that the lottery window was close. I politely asked why? This time I was given the direction to come back in 20 minutes. I responded that I will wait to get my tickets. Guess what, they started working.Then, it happened again thus, I looked for the manger and he told me the system was down and he apologized; however, I left without my tickets.Yesterday, 5/8/21 around 2:31 pm, I waited on the lottery ticket line again until the lady asked me: did you see the sign that the lottery window was closed? I said, but I wanted to know why is closed? She ignored me, then I looked for the manager. Again, without checking he told me the system was down. This time, he lied to me on my face and he apologized, but he was being insincere, so I nodded and took off unhappy without saying a word. I went to the lottery vending machine next to the counter. I figure out that if the system was down, the vending machine would not work, but it was working.Sorry Publix, but that Oakridge location is mismanaged and if you treat your customers with disregard and lack of respect most likely I will stop shopping there.

Theyve made improvements to the food selection, but still have a ways to go. That said, I do appreciate being able to make specific requests that they will order. A bit of a hassel but with some planning & time, Ill end up with what I want.

I love this Publix. Very friendly and polite staff. Everything is clean and in its rightful place. All the cash register lines are open, which expedite checking out.

This is a great, but small, neighborhood store. It is clean, well stocked, has friendly and knowledgeable associates, and good customer service. A plus - it has a pharmacy.

Ordered a sub that said to pick up at 12:45 and when I got there it wasnt ready. There was a line longer to pick up online orders than there was to just order at counter. This has happened to me on several occasions. If you cant meet the demand hire more people. I walked out of there with no sub because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. The convenience of online is useless at that point

This was a very busy Publix, but I can say the shelves are full and the employees are nice. They have their stuff together to keep a well running store.

The store itself is very clean very organized always stuffed shelves of food so always ready to sell fresh food... Customers need to have patience due to everyone being understaffed at the deli so to get us up might take a little bit longer better if you pre-order it on Publix.com

I order subs here a couple times a week and they’re never ready. I purposely come 15-20 mins after the pickup time and still have to wait in line or get sent back and forth by the employees.

It was good. The Deli staff were very friendly and helpful, even though it was Super Bowl Sunday. They got us in and out, in a timely fashion, no attitudes or anything. No real complaints.

I’ve been going to Publix my whole life, I’ve never had such a bad experience as this locations deli. I was waiting behind one customer for the subs for 35min! And it wasn’t the customers fault the deli team looked like they were in space, taking their time and the customer only ordered one sub... that took 35min??! When it was finally my turn they said I had to wait a whole other 10min for chicken tenders... They were in la la land and I would think they should be ready if they weren’t busy and only had one customer to deal with... it was at 730pm with no customers and a team of 4.. not happy at all.

Really nice local Publix. If they dont have what you need, let a manager know and they will get it in for you.

This is the closest Publix to my house so I end up here frequently. There is good and bad things about this Publix- bad its tiny so they dont stock everything that a large Publix may have and if they do stock something popular it tends to run out and theres plenty of vacant shelf space where items are not restocked :-( This happens more often than not and Im forced to go to ANOTHER Publix which is NOT a pleasure. The deli- especially the sub pre-ordering online is a joke. They give a half hour window and even then your sub is NEVER ready on time. You may as well go in and wait in line. This will also ensure that your sub is made correctly because 70% of the time with online ordering your sub is wrong in some way. The staff- specifically the store manager, cashiers, and bag help are exceptionally friendly. The manager resolved an issue that I had with the bakery and was great at follow up. The regular cashiers are super nice and typically know you especially if you shop there 2-3x a week. Also I must shout out the guys in the meat section that are always willing to help with a suggestion.

If you cant find water on the shelves. Im the reson why.

Publix ?I remember when I first moved to many man years ago. Neighborhood grocery with a good 👍 bakery and produce. As time as gone on it seems that the great Neighborhood feeling isnt as prevalent as it use to be. The bakery isnt as much baked from scratch. Prepackaged produce where you cant actually touch it is more obvious and not appreciated. Going to Publix is a staple run for price, but not for other things. I can go to 3 or 4 different places for my groceries. Why you ask? Staples at Publix, seafood and poultry somewhere else, produce the same, meat different location as well. So Publix is a great store but becoming less familiar everyday. One other thing is customer service is definitely not as good at certain locations,which starts at the top with management. You can tell which stores have great customer service by the management. Starts at the top and works it way down

This is my neighborhood publix. I go to it at least once a week and everything is great. The biggest area of opportunity is the sub area. Ive given it a few chances but the online ordering is a joke. Theyve messed up so many of my orders that its worth just doing it there because something is ALWAYS wrong with the online ordering. Its like the person doesnt read the instructions.

Went in for cat food because my ex wont buy it. Had buy one get one on cat treats. I needed milk and I asked one person that work there his name was Michael he said he was on his break but he would help me and I know brakes are very short so I said no dont bother oh, and there was nobody else I didnt see him walking and I said all I need is some milk whole milk, and he went straight to the back and got me one gallon of whole milk Publix whole milk. So I let the manager know about him and I think they get a sandwich when they do really good if you compliment them so I was very pleased with him. And that Publix there on Griffin Road its always so clean very well taken care of I see its sanitized all the time just like Davies best pizza bar and I like that

Can someone explain what the thought process was for not making chicken tenders after 7pm. Some people have to work till 7, but lets start cleaning our kitchen area 3 HOURS before we close

I wish I could give it zero stars. They are completely rude. Cuban Karen was completely disrespectful. There were so many ADA violations it was APPALLING. Apparently the local politicians only care about whose is bigger than whose and not people. I couldnt be more done with this entire area. There is a reason you can type in any day of the year and Florida and there is someone doing something stupid. Do not bring your tourism dollars here. You want a beach, go somewhere else....NOT FLORIDA

I ordered a cookie and cream ice cream birthday cake and I was highly satisfied!!! It was ready hours in advance and customer service at the bakery was so nice to me. I love my shopping experienc at Publix at Oakbridge.

Found hair in my pub sub I ordered online, pretty disgusting to eat someone’s hair. I always have some issue with my food here. I usually drive to the one on federal just so my food can be normal.
