We just left InterMarine and I had to write a review. We are not high rollers by any stretch, but the people there treated us like royalty. Everyone from the janitor to the owner was helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind. Excellent customer service-I highly recommend!

I have been taking my boat to Intermarine for service for the past year and a half and I cannot say enough good things about the service and the treatment that I get. The team at Intermarine has always gone above and beyond to treat me and my boat with the greatest of care and quality. Between Max and Yida and the rest of the service team the quality of their work and their attention to detail is second to none!
Excellent experience with purchase and delivery of the boat. Friendly and professional team. Erin was a pleasure to work with and Max had the boat in perfect shape for water test and delivery. Captain Sarah took us out on the water and gave us excellent tips. Finally closing was a breeze as Miurel provided all the information in a clear manner and answered all of our questions. Overall all of the Intermarine staff was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Definitely recommend them.
Completely unprofessional and beyond rude. Over 6 months to fix a cracked windshield and finally after 6 months we suggested they take it from a boat there instead of waiting on a part from Mexico. The back and forth was completely useless. Most of the time we were ignored. They are now charging storage fees when they should be paying the lease for the 6 months we did not have the boat. If I could rate 0 stars I would without any hesitation. Dont waste your time when there are many many other places.

I found a lot of 5 star fake reviews from people who have 3-4 reviews on google and observe only Starbucks and company which sells $1m+ boats. This is my honest review - The worst experience among four dealerships that I visited last month. Sales people were ok, Patricia was the best - no questions and definitely can recommend her if you’re decided to buy something from that dealership. All negatives came from the management. I strongly suggest to read all previous reviews before taking final decision. I decided to work with another dealer. Boat still on the sell even after the Miami boat show.

Horrible experience with this dealership!I strongly suggest you find another boat dealer. I bought my new boat here and the emphasis is on new because I wanted to have peace of mind and a hustle free experience. However, I bought a new boat from this dealer and before signing the paperwork and making it official, we found several issues with the boat electronics and cables while on the water test. We were assured everything was going to be fixed by the delivery date. So, we signed the paperwork and waited for the delivery date. The day arrived and we were excited to take the boat with us on vacation and enjoy the South Florida waters, only to find out upon our arrival at our destination that nothing was fixed as per the dealerships agreement. The boat was already on the ramp in the water and we needed to clear way for the other boats, so with all the issues we took it to the destination - very worried. We couldnt use the boat for days until a technician remedied the issue, and it took 2 months for Intermarine to place new wiring. Then we noticed the engine paint peeling; how come a new boats engine peels!? Intermarine said it happens even on new boats but I showed the photos around to professionals who said the boat sat on the dealership for too many years and the sun damaged the paint or the engine had been painted after market - in fact we found a spot of spray paint outside the paint area; proving it was painted after market. The dealership said they would paint it, the boat sat for 2 months in the dealership waiting to be painted, they gave me a date when I would have my boat back fixed and they kept changing the dates. The boat has not been fixed yet, still pending for work and the paint!Then while waiting for all this, the dealership calls and states the new $2400 Garmin was stolen while the boat was on their site! The dealer stated it was our responsibility to replace the stolen unit, they wouldnt pay a dime!Erin the sales person is great! However, Yida from the Service Department, the General Manager Rick are the worst! No help at all, horrible unprofessional customer service.Really, buy somewhere else!

Unless you’re willing to pay above market price for a boat, then don’t bother coming here. Owner blocked a deal for a boat I found at another dealer since Intermarine was out of stock and had a 3-4 month wait. We didn’t want to wait and signed a purchase order with the other dealer who had the exact boat we wanted for a fair market price. When Patrick the owner of Intermarine found out he blocked the deal since he wasn’t able to charge us his overpriced markup. He called it a “service fee” that he needed to make for warranty repairs. When I asked how much he wanted he REFUSED to tell me and just blocked the sale. Now Jeanneau lost a potential owner and Intermarine lost a good client. I had my previous boat serviced exclusively at Intermarine but when I went to trade that boat Intermarine low balled me. Not worth dealing with these people unless you’re willing to pay their prices and on their terms. Plenty of other boat dealers in South Florida who are fair when it comes to prices.
HUGE Service Problems - Had to stop using them even though I still had warranty - Youre rolling the dice at this place, believe me.....but I tend to think if youre an expensive boat buyer, youll get better treatment at this place. Theres an importance level difference in my opinion. Nice looking place though.

WARNING. I just bought a used boat from them, they promised me some things which they never delivered. I had some problem that they created and they wanted to fix it and invoice me for that. they dont follow through with anything they promised and then they get rude. At service department everything takes long and they never pick up the phone so you will have to physically go there for any problem you might have. once you pay them the money they absolutely dont care about you anymore! I would highly recommend anyone to NEVER deal with this company! absolutely disgrace!!!
I own a 2017 MF 855 which had some teething problems which Rick Dubois took care of promptly. Unfortunately now that all past problems have been favourably resolved, my wife and I are trading her in for the roomier 1095. If our purchase and forthcoming service are as pleasant as with the 855, well be happy boaters.

I bought a brand new boat but they sold me something different than what I received, then I tried to deal with the issues and they acted as though they were doing me a favor. Eventually they were rude and (Jeff in service) tried to physically strike me.The owner cares even less than his employees. He made various promises to rectify the issues but he never followed through with anything. I had to call the manufacturer to get anything done and even then, it was like pulling teeth to get the very basic tasks completed.This was a truly horrible experience and I would highly recommend that anyone stay far away from this place!

Im very happy with my purchase and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Patricia was my broker and she was very attentive and professional though out my purchase. The boat was delivered to me personally by Captain Tony. He took me and my partner to the ramp and we had a one on one orientation on the boat from launching to the operation and reviewing features as well as safety measures of boating. Just the basics. The boat was also delivered to me with all necessary Coast Guard safety kit, bumpers, dock lines, anchor, pretty much everything necessary to take out the boat on the water. Dealer also put the name on the boat as part of the sale. To top it off, Melinda in the administration department provided me my vessels FL # and was very attention to completion of my paperwork. It was a great experience and the company has top notch professional staff to make the entire process as smooth as possible. A couple of weeks after I took my boat to get an additional gas tank installed and work was completed and delivered as promised. Brian in service took care of my request and was very attentive. If you are thinking about purchasing a boat without hesitation I highly recommend Intermarine Boats Inc. Great customer service and after sales service is second to none. Beware, of leaving your boat in storage with them & having any maintenance work done... seems like theyre always looking for the extra $.I took my boat in for repairs and it took 5 months to complete, sending emails back and forth of problems that needed to be addressed. At the same time they were charging storage fees, making me to go through the trouble to demand a refund for storage. To be fair, I always felt I got better treatment from Rick the general manager, but I think that a client should not have to beg for to be treated correctly.I decided to leave the boat in FtLauderdale to take advantage of getting to know the area by boat. In November 2014, after not using the boat in 6 months (i.e. not bothering them with the unlimited splashes & re-storage included in my monthly storage fees), I asked the to check the boat out to bring back to Coconut Grove. I had friends staying for a month. First, They only got to my request after a week and took over a month to complete saying that parts that they got covered from the boat manufacturer first came in error and had to be reordered.When I wanted wanted to pick up between Christmas & the New Year they said I couldnt until after January 4th. By that time the friends had already left so I didnt bother to go get the boat.In May 2015, I finally decided to go pickup the boat. Well they had left the boat uncovered all that time and had even lost a seat!They replaced the seat but before letting me take the boat came up with a surprise invoice from November 2014 for checking the boat.So, beware of the Intermarine on Anglers Avenue in Fort Lauderdale
