Watch out when trying to sell to these guys. They do the bait and switch. I started the whole conversation off with my laundry list of issues with my asset and said I didnt want to waste my time or theirs. They strung me a long for days, cut a deal and then tried to change it the morning of when all paperwork had been drafted. They said they understood the issues. Be careful because Eric calls Joe the numbers guy and says he doesnt know how to fix the equipment. He says Joe makes deals that he has to figure out later. Overall very disappointing in this effort. I wish these businessmen were able to keep their word and followed through. I was truthful on my end. Even called last night because I had to take a 2 hr trip to where my trailer is stored to prep it for their pick up. Its a shame.

Great business. Makes a deal and then takes it back and sells it to someone else. Tells us to bring a check which we did and then say only cash. We bring cash and he blocks us and doesn’t pick up our calls and say the boat is sold.

Jerkoff double parked in a full parking lot and I had nowhere to park To pick up food - I rolled the window down and pointed out that he was taking up two spaces and he turned his back on me. He’s clearly more important than other people in the community.
