I would give 0 stars if this was an option. We had an order list for our yacht that was sent to them in February. Carlos went ahead and charged our credit card without an invoice or consent. When we did receive the order, a large number of items were missing entirely and some of the items were incorrect (including a 12V bilge pump that was masked as a 24V on their packaging). Many emails have gone back and forth and today we are still struggling to get a refund as we did not received the entire order and didn’t approve the payment in the first place. When we did receive a refund they randomly picked a tiny amount that was way under what was owed to us with no explanation. The team is unprofessional and incompetent and using them is asking for trouble.
