For 5 months, I had the privilege of working daily with Multitech Marine Services, Parts Department. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Especially Enzo and Robert!! They know what they are doing and they do it well, in a friendly relaxed way. Even when our parts would take a long time to get to them and their customers, they would still be professional and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them!

Alex and Rudy did a great job overall kept the schedule with quality. I would highly recommend Multitech over Just Catamarans any day. The only downside was having to come up New River. Make sure you do this during a slack on oncoming ride.

Multitech is a bad business. We had several thousand dollars worth of work performed by Multitech including rebuilding the saildrives on our sailboat, which had failed and had water intrusion. The day after leaving their yard we found water in one of the newly rebuilt drives. After verbally agreeing to pay cover the rebuild they changed their story and refused to honor a warranty of even 24 hours, leaving us to pay for another haul out and rebuild elsewhere costing us an additional $2,100. Find another company Multitech cannot be trusted to do good work or to honor their work.

Needed steaming/deck lights, anchor/tri-color replaced along with diagnosing a Raymarine wind transducer problem.They were able to squeeze us in on fairly short notice while we we’re having a hard top installed. Techs that came out were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Just finished a whirlwind list of projects on our Lagoon 400S2 catamaran. Multitech came highly recommended and we could not be more pleased with all the work that was done. These guys are very professional, do thorough and meticulous work, and have access to all the trades one might need. Every step of the process from initial interaction, scheduling and the team that worked on our catamaran were truly a delight to work with. We were on a huge time crunch and only had one week to wrap up a lengthy list of projects, and Multitech pulled it off in record time. HIGHLY recommend!

We do charters with Lagoon Catamarans for 8 years and we had receive great support from Multitech team, Hendrick in services, Enzo in parts and Kelly as a mechanics. Great team work, knowledge and even working late and weekends to get us on our way. Thank you very much guys !

Dear cruisers, working with this company could be the worst decision you will ever make. Starting at the top (Thierry) will tell you want you want to hear however the workmanship, quality, and performance is despicable and disappointing. You will be taken advantage of, overcharged and left with subpar work. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away...

We used Multitech to handle warranty work for a new built CNB76 and found them to be very professional, skilled and hard working.I would highly recommend using them for any boat work, they are efficient and very reasonable.I look forward to working with them in the future.

We just finished a long list of upgrades to our Lagoon catamaran. The folks at Multitech were amazing! They completed engine service, electrical upgrades, wiring projects, and TV mounting. The work was on time and on budget. This group is a pleasure to work with!

We used their services in Annapolis for our Lagoon 620 and they were excellent. They dealt with our issues promptly and went out of their way to be helpful and to get the boat in the shape it needed to be in to go South for the charter season.

After spending around $30,000 on a repair I was disappointed to be faced with redoing it within three months. After initially saying they would stand behind their work they told me I had a new problem. Communication was exceptionally poor on multiple levels. Some of the staff were arrogant and condescending. They seemed to be competent on smaller items but I would definitely avoid them for any type of significant work.

Excellent knowledge of Multihulls. Flow less experience. We’ll be back Hokulea’s Crew

We recently bought a new Lagoon 42 sailing catamaran. Henry Saludes of Multitech was amazing to us and we are so grateful - he helped us a ton as new cruisers. He helped us create a maintenance checklist, went over anything and everything boating-related with us (we had so many questions, haha!), and we feel that a great friendship was formed. Rudy did an excellent job on the walk through for the boat and also helped answer any questions we asked for the following two weeks while we were there. Every employee that we came across was great - we knew them all by name, they kept our boat clean even though it was a working yard, they showed us how to use the systems they installed, etc. I highly recommend Multitech Marine Services and I know that we will be back in the future (see you in the Spring!). We really felt that they went above and beyond and treated us well. Thank you Multitech for making the transition easy for us!

Amazing bottom job, engine and genie service, warranty and non warranty items and custom steel work for our sea stairs. Can be hard to find good quality, honest, reliable and truly knowledgeable people when needing work/repairs done. They made what we thought was going to be a stressful, drawn out process into a calm, organized and even fun experience! Cannot say enough about how amazing Henry, Alex and Eric are!
