Did not appreciate my experience there today. After going to 2 doctor appointments on the bus I went there to repierce my eyebrow and nose as they closed after I was hospitalized for a bit. I was told I had to wait as the piercer wasnt available.. but a quick call and I was told he was on his way. Once there, guy at the counter asked if he wanted him to take my id and then he told me it was $70!!! I was in shock at that as few weeks back it was $20. I told him Id just do the eyebrow and he asked for a price and I know I heard the piercer say $20, but he told me $40... I saw what he was up to.. but I said fine and handed him the id. Another customer showed up with 2 kids when the phone rang, and the counter guy started talking and left us standing. Forget that. Im letting you overcharge me, but wait any longer while exhausted.. no thanks. I got my id and left..

Walked in to do a service call, customer did not want to pay for service call.

So had appointment with an artist there but it seems that he was stealing from the shop and he decided on the day I had an appointment with him to just not show up. When the owner found out he drove from pompano to ft lauderdale to personally do our tattoos. It may seem trivial to someone else but when you are so excited to get matching tattoos with your daughter and the artist flakes, it was upsetting but it was handled so well by the shop! I will definitely be going there again and again!!

Usually I go to the Hollywood location, but I went to this one and I was equally satisfied! Justice happened to be working at this location as well, and he’s my piercer in Hollywood, so that was a nice surprise. Karin did a simple yet elegant and super clean name on my side. I love them! All of the artist are great, every time.

The guys at MyTattooShop are incredible! I had my first tattoo done and the experience was great. The place is clean and the tools are brand new out of a pack. I came back last week for my second tattoo because of the wonderful service that I received. Bryan did both of my tattoos and was always gentle and listened to my concerns. Great place. I am sure that I will be back for my third.

I walked in for the buy one get one free offer that posted out front. Everything I picked was considered not under the promotion. The owner never arrived after waiting for a 1 hour. Not worth it at all.

The costomer service was great and all and everything went well with my artist the short older chick with slight hispanic accent till after i noticed how poorly the linework and deatails where on my second tattoo now that its healing its all scabbed up from how deep the artist went and i feel like i could of done better with zero exsperience im completely dissapointed

Jamin was my tattoo artist and man is he amazing and fast. I got two decent sized pieces and he hooked me up forreal! The pain made me feel strangely good, I think he has the magic touch :) You must go get a tattoo from him or you’ll be mad that you didn’t. He’s honest about what would look good on you and what colors would go good with your skin tone!

Worst customer service experience I’ve had anywhere and I’ve lived in 5 different states. Came in looking for jewelry for my septum. Asked the associate what the have in a 14g he said whatever you see here pointed to the one I wanted to be told it was a 16g I asked if the had it in 14g he said again it’s whatever you see here. So frustrated already I asked what do you have in 14g because everything you have is not 14g. He said if you don’t like it then you can get the hell out of my shop. No wonder why the shop was empty. Got my piercing and jewelry at double cross tattoo by van daniel nice guy he is even doing my tattoo next week. Everyone in that shop has respect for clients. My tattoo shop needs to take notes. Cause they’re not going to be successful at all with their standards of customer service

I was super excited to get a Tattoo now Im wishing I done more research and not just let any tom dick or harry do my tattoo ! I went in with the intention of getting a sleeve I was told to stop by any My tattoo shops tell them what I want and put a deposit down, so thats what I did walked in, it was slow very quite and the a guy was eating soon to find out he was going to do my tattoos yes more then one . I tell them Id like your tap out 10 hour deal because I would like to get my sleeve . The young guy at the front desk was like oh no we dont do that here I said I was just told to come here but ok fine Ill go somewhere else but i didnt travel all the way for nothing so Ill like this tattoo and also this tattoo ... they were not speaking English while discussing my request I should of ran then but no im assuming the guy behind the desk was asking if my artist was going to be able to do it . Im wishing they would of told me this guy was new because these tattoos look like I could of done them myself, now I have to walk around looking crazy until they heal completely to go back over them ... one of them you cant even tell what the hell it is ....

My boyfriend got his first tattoo here by goof, it was amazing, very precise with his work and interactive. He made it very comfortable to stay relaxed and not focus on the pain. I got my nose pierced and felt I needed a longer post, the short/calmer more level headed twin was available very nice and quickly switched it out. My experience was okay. I wouldnt go back though, felt the area was a bit hood, thus the clientele.

Got my nostril and septum pierced here by Bunky. Hes the coolest dude, very happy and charming almost, despite the intimidating exterior. Although the neighborhood is sketchy, the staff is very nice. The second visit for my septum was not as smooth as my first; there was a cockroach on the floor, (which Bunky quickly blamed on the Chinese restaurant next door) and the piercing hurt far more than it should have. The placement and healing process was how it should be, and my nostril piercing experience was far better. If youre looking for a cheap place for piercings, that will still get you good results, come here, but be aware that there are trade offs.

Great service amazing price forever my tattoo shop

I have mixed feelings. I was waiting for everything to heal before I said anything. But myself and 3 of my friends visited this shop about a month ago. I got a piercing and everything was fine. As far as we could tell, all four of our tattoos were perfect. None of us are brand new to the tattoo scene, so we all know how to take care of them. Mine showed signs of blown out lines and over half of it is scarred. One of my friends ink didnt even stick because it wasnt done deep enough, another got a yinyang symbol and the proportions are terrible and she now has to get the shoddy work covered up. Granted it was a Friday 13th and to be quite honest, I wondered why the shop was so empty.... Maybe if the artists hadnt been out back smoking pot before hand, everything would have been ok. But I can say with deepest sincerity that I use Friday 13 as a way to find a new place to go for work later on. After this experience, neither I or the three friends I was with will ever be visiting this shop again.

One word: GHETTO. You get what you pay for lol the tattoo cost $50 ($45 with a $5 tip) and this mofo branded me. I wanted a simple damn cross on my wrist and I got what looks like a jail tattoo. The ink didnt stick to my skin and I followed the care instructions given. Ugh. I would steer clear of this place but if you want something simple and dont care if it gets messed up then this is the place for you.

I went to get a tattoo around my belly button and within 30 minutes I was out. Staff very spectful very professional and great service.

My piercing was put in with the wrong gauge. Had to end up being cut out because half of it was closed. I paid more than enough money to get it done and for the piercing to be done poorly, theres no reason why I shouldve received such poor service. Will never go back again, nor will I ever refer someone to this shop. Pookie was the piercers name and he needs to either be trained properly or replaced.

Got my daith done here yesterday. Ariel is an awesome dude and great piercer. But the people up front need an attitude adjustment.

Worst experience ever !! The guy here was so rude to me and my cousins. First of all we came here to do a simple piercing that only requires about 5 minutes and we ended up staying in the shop for 2 hours! Secondly, the guy got mad at me because he did my piercing wrong and I asked him if he could repierce it and he told me to look in the mirror, theres nothing wrong with the piercing and thats what I wanted. He also said that in order for him to repierce it Ill have to sit and wait an hour. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They need to be shut down !

I would give them zero stars if I could. I decided to get my nipples pierced and was excited! I got there and the first thing I noticed as I walked through the door was an unhappy customer. That shouldve been my sign to leave and visit another shop. But I went through and the sign in was a quick process. When it was time to pierce my nipples I was told that I couldnt lay down and that my friend could not be in the room with me, but he let her in since I was a bit nervous. He said and I quote, oh shes ok to stay in here she can witness that Im not molesting you. What? Did you really say that? I also had already paid my $50 upfront. I have one inverted nipple. The son, who when asked if he went to school for piercing and tattooing said yeah in the hall ways of schools. Strike 2. He had a hard time clamping it because it kept reinverting so he called for his dad, who was at the moment tattooing someone so I saw that he was in a rush to get me over with and hurt me in the process. He came in and was very insensitive and uninterested in anything but getting back to his client. I couldve and wouldve waited if I knew that he would barely pull my nipples outward and told me not to help him. And shoved the needle through it was the worst pain of my life he didnt tell me when he would insert or to inhale and exhale. Terrible experience, I screamed. He left quickly after like I had really disturbed him and the son proceeded to pierce the other, which hurt but not as much. I told the son how I felt I was treated wasnt right but he shoved it off and stood up for his dad. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im going to take great care of my nipples and hopefully everything is ok with them. They hurt and the inverted one hurt like hell! If it doesnt heal correctly I will be back. With my friend as a witness.

I tried to put my dermal piercing back in, I still have the anchor in my skin and they told me the piercer wasnt there but the guy at the front desk tried to put on my jewelry. He couldnt get it in and kept twisting my anchor so it ripped my skin. I told him to get off of me and give me my money back because it hurt worse then when I actually got my dermal pierced. Now my face is swollen and the anchor disappeared under my skin

I went there on a Monday got my navel pierced by Friday it was infected the guy put a small ass gauge in I couldnt even move it to clean so I had to take it out and my dr prescribed me some antibiotics I wont go back there at all I rather pay then play with my life
