I stopped using Amazon about 3 years ago in favor of smaller businesses. When I ordered a book from ANS, it reconfirmed my decision to do so. Vanessa, a customer service rep, reached out to me the Monday after my weekend order was placed. She saw that we lived in a rural area, so wanted to check which shipping service to use. The book went coast to coast in 3 days with no extra shipping charge (pretty sure I paid for standard).Im still waiting on some other packages that were ordered well before my order with ANS. When I reach out to their customer services, the response is a politely-polished tough luck. Vanessa (and the company by extension) reached out to me BEFORE there was a potential issue.
