Expensive.Oil change.Very fast, very clean, very courteous. Found air filter needed changing. Afterwards my gas mileage improved on road trip from 12.2 mpg in city to 20.4 and 21.2 mpg.I had previously changed 2 new tires.

The guys here are amazing and the name is no joke... They are fast AF! The desk girl doesnt even look at you when you walk into the door though... You practically have to wave your arms in her face. Maybe shes family and thinks she wont get fired??! Looks arent all that... So not sure what her deal is. Shes slightly rude, so four stars instead of five for this awesome place! I hope they get a new staff inside the waiting area soon! If so, Ill upgrade this!! Regardless, take your vehicle here, great prices and excellent guys make it worth dealing with the desk girl!

The service was so good, I went back yesterday to get my AC fixed, as the price was very reasonable. They even picked up my car for me, since I couldnt drop it off. This business is down the street from me and ive seen it 2,000 times. and quite surprisingly there are always people there.so i was in need of a oil change so i read the reviews and i was even more shocked at how many stars it got. yeah there are a few unhappy campers out there but that happens. also, almost every review HAS A REPLY! this shows they are ON TOP OF THEIR GAME!I was pleasantly shocked at how this team of guys worked together. they all had masks on (thumbs up) and when i say FAST! THESE GUYS put air in all my tires, configured my software for my Jeep, added AC Coolant, wiper fluid ALL in the blink of an eye!LIT-TERRRR-ALLY ive waited longer at DUNKIN DONUTS than i did today! ive waited 2 hours at the Jeep dealership and these guys did everything they do in less time than it takes to get fast food!i am very impressed SO GO SEE ALEX and guys at FLASH LUBE! I went yesterday to have my company truck serviced with a oil change for the first time and not only was great service but the prices were very excellent and had me out very quick, not sure who the front desk woman was but she was so professional and well mannered, i totally endorse this location and recommend for everyone to at lease try it out and see for yourself, i will be bringing all my vehicles here both work and personal for services, this company is awesome, thank you flash lube

Avoid this place.... they are more shady than a forest. Overpriced, and not worth it! There are plenty of other places to get your car maintained. Or go to Flash Lube and pay an exorbitant amount of money, just to get subpar work.... its up to you.

Sounds minor.... my car just stopped in the middle of US1!Go to the dealership - it’s 1/2 the price and they don’t strip import parts — and if they do, by accident, they fix it..

I came here for an oil change and the guys were very cool and down to earth. I waited no time and in addition to the oil change they vacuumed the car, cleaned engine, cleaned air filter and filled air without me asking. I was surprised as no other place had done that for me.

They take care of you. A little bit pushy on certain services that might not be necessary, but I pulled back through for a tire inflation and being a previous customer they pumped them up for free!

I have gotten my oil changed a couple of times now at Flash Lube. Although it had been several months Alex remembered me.I was greeted as soon as I arrived by Dean who was professional & polite. I was in and out in a very short time. Alex replaced burnt out fuses in my brake lights and headlights. He was concerned about me being safe on the road! The prices are very affordable and you wont be waiting for long. They are conscientious about yours and their time!

Ive been visiting Flash Lube since early 2018 for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. While skeptical at first of a rapid oil change establishment, my confidence was quickly gained by the absolute professionalism and courtesy of the manager primarily, but by some of the rest of the team as well. Having had an absolute nightmare of an experience at Joey Accardi which Ill save for another time (pocketing cash under the table and literally chiseling my wheels off - 100% true story), I was looking for local alternatives to a dealer, though I didnt mind paying what was necessary for quality work WHICH I COULD TRUST. Having driven by Flash Lube 5 days a week for nearly 4 years on the way to and from work, I figured I would give them a try. The professionalism and knowledge of my specific vehicle, given the additional demands placed on various components due to the modifications such as the lift, 37 tires, etc., they only additionally offer what in my experience feels necessary, not extraneous. I go for the full synthetic oil change, but have changed rear differential fluid, and a few other minor services. I like how they vacuum the vehicle and dont get oil and grease on the steering wheel. They have earned my trust and have kept it for about 2 years now.

I was yes yesterday 08/09/2019, I had a flat tire, it is incredible that just for changing the tire (no fix) they charged me $ 24.99 plus taxes, that is inhuman and totally an abuse, just for changing a rubber, the owner was who put the price, I fixed the tire in another place and They charged me $ 10.79. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE, the prices are extremely ridiculous. I change the oil in my car for half of what they charge and the oil is the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I thought first impressions were supposed to be good? Went in for their special Knew it would be an extra quart. They charged me for 6 1/2 quarts and to remove skid plate.. My $25 oil change was$40. Fk off. Never go there!

Went in and got a quick lube job. They tried to sell me the engine flush, but my car is on its last month, so I declined. I used to go to another place where they would lie to me and charge me 3x what this place charges. So, I was thrilled that I had to pay less than US$25 for an oil change :)

Poor service from the technician that service my car, other technicians there were more professional.

I went here for the free brake check and when I asked them about my breaks they said they were fine, they were still new. I said thats interesting since we are hearing a noise in which case he informed me that he didnt actually check the breaks, he just assumed. So if you want your free breaks check, make sure you specify that. But be warned, We have since had them checked out again and there was something wrong with them.

I did not pull my car into the service bay. I did not like the attitude of the helper. He was trying to sell me something I didnt want. I left.

Went for an oil change and they told me my brakes were severely bad. How the f**k can they be bad when I just had them replaced just 3 months ago with top of the line ceramic pads. And also, I know for an absolute fact that the only way to properly examine the brakes on my car is to remove the wheel because of where they are located. And also telling me my spark plugs needed to be replaced as well... Nope, I did the plugs myself so I know theyre perfectly fine. It really is a shame that after 15 + years of going to this location I will now need to start going somewhere else because I cant trust these people any more. What happened Mr. Owner? Where did you get these people??? Is this really how you run your business???

No thank you! Went there for oil change on a decade old Prius. Was quoted $27 for the oil change, ok whatever but then as Im getting out of my car, Im quoted an additional $12.99 for oil filter and the boss wont allow the oil change without that additional part. Never have I ever and never again. I drove away. Dishonesty will lose you customers every time.

The upsells need to stop, now. I only go here if I absolutely have to but I would go more if they just stopped the upsells. You sit in the waiting room anxiously waiting for one of the mechanics to come in and say “Can I show you something?”. It’s like a well rehearsed play that we are all tired of hearing. Just change the damn oil and stop trying to sell us engine flushes and overpriced cabinet filters. It’s so frustrating and tacky as hell.

I think I was just upcharged. My partner had an oil change and wipers changed and he paid 50. So I went back as he was raving about the place. And I had an oil change and paid 68. Wut??? Maybe he had a discount or a coupon but my experience doesnt look good.

Ive been a Flash Lube customer for a long time and have been always completely satisfied. Im used to being offered extra services, but recently I went in for the first oil change after I had my engine rebuilt completely. I was told the oil pan was completely filled with sludge and I needed a flush as well as a very expensive transmission service. I know the engine was clean and when I went to an actual transmission shop, they said that not only did my car not ever need that type of service, but it could actually cause damage to my transmission. Never again will I go to Flash Lube. They are great for basics, but they try to scam you with extra unneeded services. My mechanic and the transmission shop both verified they were trying to scam me as I took my car back to the guy who rebuilt the engine after. BEWARE! The transmission service I needed cost 1/4 of what they quoted me.

These guys are the absolute BEST. Most professional and transparent oil change I have ever received.They ACTUALLY check and double check everything. Though my tires werent leaking at all, the manager still caught a nail in the treads and removed it for free. And since they did it right in front of me, we could see together that the nail had not penetrated deep enough to cause a leak. No further action (or charges) necessary. I could see Honda hijacking my car to their back room and telling me I had a nail causing a leak that needed immediate repair, add $30. These guys didnt do that. They are honest and open. I will not go anywhere else for an oil change EVER again...

I went there today for a simple oil change and received thee worst customer service ever! Even before they started the work i was trying to be hustled by one of the associates smh...Was quoted $80 for a oil change on Corrolla, really? They must be under new management because ive taken my SUV there previously and had no problem. Manager on site was unprofessional and a smart a__, so i left. I do not recommend, you have been warned.

Pulled in to get an oil change and was waiting inside when a mechanic came in and informed me that the guy working on my car wanted to have a word with me. Walked out into the garage area and the guy was in the pit where they change the oil and showed me a piece of cardboard with what looked like red transmission fluid puddled all over it and was told my gasket was leaking. This car is less that 5 years old and I told him to just put the oil in and I would take my chances and drive it to a friends. I drove straight home and got an old sheet and placed it on the ground and drove my car so the sheet was covering the ground under the car. I left it running for a few minutes, put it in drive, reverse, neutral and back in park and revved the engine a few times. After about a half hour I backed up a few feet and not one drop of fluid was on the sheet. Going on about 2 weeks since the oil change and no fluid leaking and no transmission slipping. You can come to whatever conclusion you like, but I know I will never go there again. I wonder how many people fall for this...

Place is a ripoff. I have been bringing all my vehicles here for over 5 years. When I came in today they told me I needed an engine flush and my engine was filled with sludge. Last time I had an oil change they charged me to flush my engine but had no record of it. This place is a scam do not use them.

My wife went to this place for her FIRST oil change on a new 2016 Ford Escape @10,000 miles. They had 3-4 employees come to her raving on and on about how bad the oil in her car was because of the mileage and her engine was full of sludge. They ended up charging her $179 to do an engine flush on a car that has an Intelligent Oil Monitioring System and tells you when to change it (that hadnt come on yet ) They made her feel soooo bad about waiting so long and recommended that she come back after 1000 miles and change it again!!!! WOW!! Total RIPOFF ARTISTS!! Ps I went to the manual and guess what the normal driving recommended mileage is for her vehicle ???10,0000 miles !!! Almost every new car is !! BUYER BEWARE!!

Ok so as far as the work and speedy service Id give 4-5 stars, but just when you think you have a great local stop you notice they try and sell you a cabin air filter that is on Amazon for 7.99 for 35$ same exact one ! Then they push you to purchase injector cleaners or services that may not be nesecary but because they tell you you should you feel pressured, when you tell them no thank you theyvmake you feel wrong for turning the service down! Not toention charge you 15$ just to remove the skid plate under your car !!Now I will say this isnt everyone, the gentleman Im speaking of is a older man wears hat backwards sometimes and talks to you as a Carney would talk to a fair goer !Service is quick great but up charges and verbal skills are lacking and almost robbery !! Beware of Flash Lube @ 400 N.E. 13 Street !!!! Have been using Flash Lube for Years. I just had an oil change, and there is a heavy squeek on my vehicle. Flash Lube claimed they could fix this noise for 120.00. I paid and left. The loud Squeek is still there. I went back and told them of this problem. They told me there is nothing they could do to refund me my money. Do not use Flash Lube ! They will rip you off !! Previously they always suggested over the top repairs. They are not qualified to do any repairs other than the simple oil change .

A then they try to tell you thats how much you paid the last you visited.. youre way better off going to tires plus or pepboys or something this place is filled with money hungry vermons. Horrible experience after going there for a couple of years. Nobody greeted me when i walked inside. The black guy with the dreads said to me, yo whatchu need? I said a conventional oil change. He said, let me get the keys. After waiting for about 45 min. They tell me they cant do the oil change because my plug screw was stripped. They said they dont have the specialized tools to fix it. So i left and went to a mechanic shop. He looked at it and laughed and said they just didnt wana work because they had many other cars waiting and i realized that was true. He showed me the screw and got a plain wrench and took it out using one hand in less than 10 seconds. He even said i couldve done that on my own. These clowns dont know anything about cars, they are unprofessional, no friendly customer service at all, they try to sell you on repairs you dont need. Horrible place. Will never go back there again and strongly recommend you dont either. Go take your money to a real mechanic.

Edited review....CAR: 2007 Z06 corvette 454 forged stroker with dry sumpwill start off with the good......They were able to get my very low car onto the ramp to get serviced which not many places can do.Now for the not so good.....My Z06 takes 8 quarts of oil and there are two oil drain plugs (one on the dry sump higher up and one on the pan at the lowest point). They put 8 quarts in but failed to remove the dry sump drain plug. That made for 10.5 quarts of oil instead of 8 quarts. If I did not have an oil catch can with a breather, that would have hydrolocked my engine and that would have been the end of a 600 mile new motor that I just spent $11,000.00 on. As I left the shop, I noticed a rough idle and checked under the hood. I had oil running from the oil catch can by the dry sump, down the hose that connects to the back of the intake, then to the front of the motor and down the heads onto the ground. I have all pictures associated with the overfill. There was a trail of oil behind my car as I pulled out of the shop and when I pulled it back in, there was a very large pool of oil that was collecting under the position of the catch can and the front of the heads. They assured me it wasnt overfilled. When I towed it to Horsepower Sales of west palm beach for $150.00 they told me otherwise. The only way the catch can will leak oil like it did was if the engine was overfilled. Luckily I had that safety net (catch can with breather) or I would have been hydolocked. They could have just taken some oil out instead of me having to spend $150.00 on the tow to West Palm to my performance shop.The service was 129.00 for new oil change and catch can service in WPB plus $150.00 for the tow. My 60.00 oil change at Flash lube turned into a $280.00 repair cost paid by me that was not my fault.Flashlube did reimburse me the $129.00 for my service and oil change at Horsepower Sales. Thank you for that at least, so I have changed my score from 1 star to 2 stars.

They tried to cheat me money even for oil change. They charge extra for everything (related to oil change) on top of the oil change price. The price they gave me was double than the one they quoted on the phone. Of course I walked away without oil change and I went to another place with no problem.
