Fair, efficient, friendly, fast and communicative. I was new to the area and received a direct mail postcard with a hefty discount code. I went and checked it out. I found a clean shop and waiting room where a diverse group of customers were welcomed with a smile. They have a great staff and a willingness to get the work done on my schedule. One time they gave me a ride to work and then said the repair was so minor that there was no charge for this loyal customer. Give Empire Auto Repair a try. I am glad I did. I have done business with them four or five times and every experience has been great.

These people are really professional and care about your service. My car was pulling to the right and there was shaking in the steering wheel. I didnt know if it was an issue with a tire, alignment, or what. Turns out a tire was separating and needed replaced. But it would have been easy to for Empire to say the care needed aligned as well. They didnt. Honest people. Also fixed a flat tire on my Tesla.

Empire Auto is very professional. I arrived from Philadelphia and needed to have my Brakes checked. They discovered I had air in my Brake line. They took me in and fixed my issue. They were very friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Emlire Auto care.

Engine light on in my 2012 BMW. Not good. Brought my car to Empire. Took a couple of times to complete repairs but service was great. Fairly priced, professional and friendly staff, and even delivered the car to my home. Overall it’s difficult to find an honest and reliable mechanic but I’ve found it in Empire. I was losing tire pressure in one of my tires so I took it in to Empire Auto to have them pull the tire. Low and behold, there was a nail in the tire that they removed and gave me some peace of mind to get me back on the road safely. The service guys were great, efficient and the price was reasonable. I have used Empire in the past for tire work and oil changes and they are great. I would highly recommend.

I’ve taken both of my cars here. Had work done on both Lincoln and Ford. Great work both times at very reasonable prices and were finished on time!Best thing about this place is I’ve asked on several occasions if I needed brakes because I thought they felt strange, most places would tell you you need brakes. They simply check them out and said they were fine and then one occasion they found a small stone that was causing the noise.Very nice atmosphere if you have to stay and wait for your car, coffee and refreshment drinks available, very clean seating area and waiting room.If you need quality work at a quality price, stop by Empire, I’m sure you’ll be as happy as I am.

You get what you pay for, they are pretty high priced however the service the attitude and the work that they did was all top-notch. Cannot complain about that.

Normally I go to Tires Plus but they weren’t able to figure out what was wrong with my AC. I decided to try Empire and was pleasantly surprised. It’s super clean and nice inside. I was able to set up my laptop and work for a bit while I waited. They offered free soda, water, coffee. They were very professional. They thanks me for my business multiple times. Thai is definitely a place I’d go back again the next time I need an oil change. When they figured out what was wrong with my AC they took me out to my car and showed me what the problem was.I normally wouldn’t write reviews but I was so happy with the service that I’m happy to take the time to write a review.

Great staff, very knowledgeable but the wait time can get to you after a while; if you say 1 hour, dont make it 2 because a tech has to work on other cars when your car came before thier; all the jumping around causes more delays and that my friend aint cool.. but I love this place!Since my first review Ive been going here many times, I even compared pricing with other cheaper shops; however because of Empires fairness, cooperation and respectful communication i have sent others including my family here. Empire keeps me running!!

After a short lapse, I happily returned to Empire for service and am very pleased I did!New staff members were cordial and professional, helpful and informative.Andy and Jose at the front desk were welcoming and attentive and my mechanic Kyle wasespecially nice, detailed and even showed me the status of my rear brakes wear. They are very expensive. At least theyre polite and clean. Had some repairs done and had diagnostic check(they assured me they would check everything.) Car ran fine for an hour then started shaking violently. Brought it back and found out that its an unrelated issue. Spark plugs and coils...quote was $700. Didnt say i needed plugs or coils when they checked everything. Talked to the owner and he said he could do it for $500. No thanks. Went elsewhere and had it done for $189. Car runs great now.

I have been using Empire for the last five years. I have total trust in the work that the mechanics perform. And i get my twizzlers! They show me exactly what’s wrong and how they’re going to remedy the problem. The waiting area is comfortable and I get my twizzlers!

First time going cause I had a coupon in the mail for an oil change. Jose was nice and so was the environment. What I wasnt happy about was while I was waiting another customer came in and asked to have a wheel balance. Jose said ok, and asked if he would you like a wheel alignment too? The gentleman wasnt sure and Jose asked when was the last time you had one? The customer couldnt remember, so Jose said then its time. This upset me cause he tried selling this service to the customer without even knowIng if his car needed it. He based that the car needed it solely on the fact the customer couldnt remember when he did one last. Some training needs to be done here. I dont want to go to a place that Id like to think is looking out for my best interest/safety but instead just wants to make money and sell you services you may not need. This isnt right. I wont be going back cause I dont trust if my car really has a problem or the place is just trying to make money.

I commissioned Empire Auto Care for a project to restore a 2007 Mini Cooper S convertible with 80,000 miles.They were extremely professional, thorough and honest in the forecast of which parts needed to be substituted. Joe assigned Jimmy to be in charge of the project and I could not be happier. The car looks and drive like new, and my family owns it since when we bought it.This is the first time that I used a car shop outside the dealership of all my cars. Joe is a very meticulous car enthusiast and it shows on his work.I truly recommend Empire, specially for such restorative project. The staff at Empire Auto Care are the most transparent, straight forward, honest and joyful auto technicians I have ever encountered. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! BROUGHT MY HONDA IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO ROTATE MY TIRES. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, TURNED OUT I HAD A VACUUM LEAK, WHICH THEY RECONNECTED AT NO CHARGE. I ENDED UP PURCHASING 2 NEW FRONT TIRES, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME WHY I NEED THEM. THE WAITING ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL, LEATHER CHAIRS AND FLAT SCREEN TV, THEY EVEN OFFERED FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS WHILE I WAITED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BOYS AT EMPIRE, GREAT SERVICE.

Was on my way to my usual oil change place and came across this GEM .SO glad I did . The store is family owned and the service was incredible .They did a complete check of my fluids etc. They were so honest it was hard to believe . Originally there was a nail in my tire on assessment but it turned out to be a tack, They could have easily charged me for the inside patch !!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The waiting area has snacks, water, soda and coffee and free WIFI .I dont usually go rate many places that are auto related with 5 stars but this is well deserved, Angel the manager was REAL and I felt no pressure of up selling !!!!

Empire was recommend by a friend of mine who is in the auto collision repair business. I sent them an older car (2005 Honda SUV) for repair and maintenance. It came back with the known problems fixed & no hidden issues. I was so happy with the result, I brought my spare vehicle over the next day. That was a 2004 Lexus 4 door. They fixed the known issues and two hidden problems that would have been headaches if allowed to go without repair.I highly recommend them.

Needed an alignment. Went in without an appointment on a Saturday and they had it done in less than an hour. Very clean waiting area with free drinks and snacks. Very courteous folks at the counter. Plus the alignment was right the first time. Usually other places have to take a 2nd or 3rd stab at it to get it right. Will definitely return for more service.

Excellent service as usual. Had sticker shock though when paid the balance. $46.00 for two wiper blades. At least wiper blades will be dependable/fresh/workcorrectly.

I know Angel from a company I worked for a long time ago. They diagnosed my car and although it was not worth fixing they were very kind to me. I will bring my new car here when service is needed. The shop is clean and has a very nice environment. The staff is very friendly and polite.The issue that I had is that at time my vehicle diagnostic check I was informed that if they are given the job the diagnostic fee of $55.00 would be credited to my bill. However, because I bought my own parts instead of using the inflated prices given to me at the diagnostic check, I was informed that the fee could not be credited to me.I was told that they are in business to make a profit and since they did not make any money by selling the parts to me they cannot apply the diagnostics fee to my bill.I informed them that I was not told that the fee would not be credited if I bought my own parts and they apologized for the misunderstanding however, they will not give me the credit.Repeat business and recommendations made by customers to their family and friends account for a large percentage of revenue made by companies each year. However, due to this policy I have decided that I will not be returning to this shop.
