Super excellent customer service. Flavio was not only very knowledgeable but also very professional and polite. I share my future project on my sail boat with him and he offered very valuable advise. I bought 2 red top optima batteries and put them on my 3500 ram they starting giving issues before the 2 years of life.i talked to them and they made me take the batteries to the facility to have them check.after that they gave them back to me and they said they were ok .i installed them on my truck again and before a 2 months period they starting cranking at a slow pace.they told me to take them back o them to have them check a second time but they starting to say that the batteries would not last the 3 years because they were on a diesel vehicle but they were going to check with the supplier and they were going to try there best to have them replaced. they checked and found that they were not holding charge. I left the batteries there and waited for them to call back wish they never did. After numerous calls and days they said that the couldnt do anything so i had to buy to more batteries again. I would not recomend this place to buy batteries, you are better of paying a little bit more but getting the real waranty of the products. They were only sell you the batteries and then if you have any issues will give you a bunch of excuses not to cover their waranty.Dont trust the waranty or his salesman name Flavio . Be aware dont waste your money there.

Called them yesterday about golf cart batteries and spoke to Pedro, he was very informative and helpful. I ordered the batteries and they had them delivered this morning. John Robertson delivered the batteries and helped my wife installing them while I was at the office. What a quick and easy purchase and I would recommend using Nationwide Battery to everyone.

A company with great moral compassI was in the Bahamas on a boat I just purchased second hand and the batteries on my boat deteriated to the point where I couldnt even make it through the night without my low battery alarm going off. I called around the Bahamas and couldnt find the batteries I needed at anything near a reasonable price. As a last ditch effort, I called the Florida company who had their sticker on the last set of batteries that were installed in the boat to see if they could help me. They were very helpful and provided a solution where they could sell me the batteries and deliver them to Seacor shipping who would have them to me less than a week later. Wonderful. Well, through the process a few extra hurdles got thrown in the way and a mistake was made by Nationwide Battery. But this is why I am highly recommending this company. They made a mistake, and they came forward, admitted it, and did what it took to correct the situation. This is the kind of company I like doing business with. The management at Nationwide Battery has an excellent sense of what is right and wrong and let that dictate their business decisions, not their pocketbook. Thank you Nationwide Battery for making everything right in the end. You will have my business in the future.

I was told they over the phone by one of their representatives that they purchase used/dead batteries 15c per Pound when I got there. They unloaded them and before they weighed them they have like a little meeting with one another and the guy managing im guessing, told me sorry hes not able to buy them after the lady over the phone said they. The batteries being so heavy i decided not to load them up again. Practically gave them free batteries.
