Hands down the best Mazda dealership in South Florida. I was previously doing business with Mazda of North Miami and I was treated like garbage they tried to charge me for a battery that they never put into my car telling me they put a battery in they tried to charge me for that they wanted to do a service to my car that cost $180. Overall minds of North Miami should be closed down the staff is horrible from the woman who answers a phone to the guy whos going to complete your service to the service manager everyone there treats you like garbage maybe if youre of a Caucasian color skin youll get better treatment but me being a black man I felt like I was definitely being discriminated. Amongst other things they damaged my vehicle and they want to take responsibility for it I wish I took pictures of my car before I let them service it it was a nightmare. Gunther Mazda on the other hand exceptional service exceptional staff exceptional facility I felt like a number one customer that felt like Ive been going in forever and I only went there once but they are definitely my go-to dealership love them!!!!!

So Gunther Kia will not allow any other dealers to buy back their used vehicles yet....they refuse to pay you for the value of said vehicle. Even in a time when cars are limited & theres hardly anything to sell they wanna play money games. Also on two different occasions we visited & had horrible customer service, one attendant needed training in soft skills & the other (lets just say said person should have remained at home).I do not think I will be going back to purchase a Kia. Id rather keep the vehicle until all the metals fall & buy from other companies.

The staff was excellent and accommodating.The salesman was awesome but i forget his name. Michael Neal the Sales manager went above and beyond to make sure my sister was comfortable with her payment and vehicle choice.Not only was Mr. Neal and staff very professional but Mr. Neal was able to assist with extremely helpful with getting a payment lowered by $ 61 a month. Beautiful dealership inside and out. Test drove the Kia Stinger. Trevor was my salesman and a good one too. He had ample knowledge about the car and told me everything I needed to know about it. Very nice car and should get more credit then they deserve. He was real cool guy. He did everything he could to get to get me behind one of the cars and got me a very good leasing deal with the help of the finance manager I think. Both were understanding of the fact I couldnt go forward with it due to family issue. They werent pushy at all or deceiving and I believe they will welcome me with open arms when if I returned which I plan to. Thanks guys

I was able to get a same day appointment, the wait was long. I like that they try to accommodate the clients with working space, coffee, and vending machines. On the day I went to the dealership, they were also offering massages. I only wish that I would have been updated from time to time on the status of my vehicle since I was at the dealership from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

So far we have been quite happy with Gunther. They are still in the business of selling cars and you need to be careful, get things in writing, follow up, and keep track of details. But overall they have been fair, they have followed through and lived up to their statements and our expectations. They have also service our vehicle well, usually in a timely way, abs without any major issues.We love our Kia and are happy with our experiences at Gunther over several years now. I would recommend them and have had better experiences here than with any other dealer Ive interacted with. Be careful, but in my experience they have been fair, professional, and helpful.

Our car got flooded in Ft. Lauderdale while we were on a cruise. We discovered that our car had sat in pool of water for 3 days. We were able to get our car started and get it to the nearest dealership, Gunther Motors, on a Friday afternoon. They explained to us the process with the insurance company, what to do, and what to expect. We live in St Pete so we had to rent a car. Gunther was kind enough to let us have one of their loaners. We were extremely relieved that we didnt have to incur more costs on top of the car repair. Gunther service team, Teri, kept us informed and communicated with us about the cost of repair and the insurance claim. The whole process was very effortless. They had our car ready and washed when we picked it up. They even had the insurance check so we didnt have to do anything except pay for the deductible. Our car is great, and we cannot thank the Service team especially Teri enough for their excellent service!!!

Customers service is good and they do take care of you. The waiting room is quite convenient and even though the waiting time can be seemed longer than expected they come to you with an update about what is already done. So you know I like especially the 360 check up giving you an idea of what does need to be fixed in your vehicle. No surprising breakdown

I went to Gunther Mazda for service of my car. I already had an appointment and was checked in as soon as I reached. I waited in the waiting area which was quite spacious and comfortable. There was another small room where you can watch movies or talk on your phone. After 2.5 hrs, I was told that my car is ready. The time estimate was spot on. All the staff were super friendly.

My review is not for the Kia its for the Mazda next to it. Very disappointed. I used to go to Mazda here a lot and the service was sensational. I had my car since 2012. On one of my services done they changed my wipers and said that I have a lifetime replacement on them. Guess what? I finally needed them replaced and they told me that they dont do that anymore. Really?! Lifetime replacement is lifetime. Am I wrong? I understand that if you dont do that anymore but it shouldnt apply at all to those you promised. Thats very bad business not to honor that. Guess what their apology was... An employee discount on the wipers. Of course I needed wipers and so I accept it. ($23 something including taxes). As for the staff that attend me when I got there, there are no negative comments. They were professional, respectful and team players, all the way to the parts Dept. This I see has not changed.

The worst customer service they made me wait under the sun 40 minutes, never told me they have a space with air condition, and the cas was ready and never told me, I must go and check if the parking car was mine by myself, the lady who is in charge, who I ask 2 times what happens with the car, never ask to the office!!!! My service manager Josh Metzger was outstanding. Great personality we talked a bit while he was getting me set with my vehicle. Plenty of employees about everyone doing something nobody just walking around with no purpose. You could tell its a well-managed dealership. I will be coming here for all my future service for my wifes vehicle in the future. And Josh will be my guy. Cant say enough about him. My estimated wait time was an hour and a half and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes

This is my favorite Car Dealership. I know, but how. Always friendly staff in Sales and Service. My family has purchased more than 20 vehicles over the years. They are not the closest to our home, but we make the drive as we know the quality. Service was as quoted and 5 minutes early from the promised time.

Weve leased to Kias from Gunther Motors. The cars are great, they made us jump through lots of Hoops and made it extremely complicated to get the car we wanted. But we got what we got and its pretty good.

Worst dealer ever! Sale staff knows less than I with a few exceptions. After car #10 they misled me on a lease trade in and only paid 3 of 4 promised remaining payments. Dealership was useless and worse obstructed my attempt to resolve with Kia Finance. To make it worse after months of negotiations they acquiesced (or so they said and wrote) 1 year after multiple versions of paid in fulll/ account closed letters I heard next from a creditor...they had re- added the balance and sent it direct to collections. PAID IT IN FULL IMMEDIATELY despite proof it was invalid to protect my credit. Shockingly they still reported it negatively to the bureau despite promises to the contrary.And as if to ensure we would never buy or service a Gunther vehicle again the salesman who initiated the mistake just contacted me as if nothing had happened (with evidence of such poor business practices they likely never added relevant notes to our profile) attempting to sell us another car!Gunther leadership above the dealership manager refused to communicate directly.Gunther was once a quality dealership but perhaps that was the senior Gunthers doing and the next generation no longer sees value in repeat customers who lease 2 new 50k-70k vehicles every 24 to 36. months and had referred at least 4 sales to them.In my opinion use them for a test drive only if they are convenient but buy elsewhere, preferably online.

So I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 GTI from them less than a month ago. When I brought it to my service department here where I live in ft Myers they told me Gunther vw had repaired an accident shoddily and that I should contact them to get it fixed. They never disclosed the accident to me but did the repairs themselves but never reported the damage which was the rear bumper and taillight. Dont trust these people. It was well more than $650 which they legally have to let customers know that there was damage if more than $650 to fix it. They wont even call me back to talk about. Im having corporate help me out as I know this isnt the Volkswagen way.

Update....I went in for a scheduled maint. and 24 hours after leaving my TPS light went on. It was a Sat and they were closed. I checked the tire pressure and all four were at 30 PSI. I filled them up to the correct level and it went off. Its bothersome that a tech would not check the air pressure and makes me wonder if they even rotated the tires. My rim was scratched up in two places as well. I never received a call back despite requesting one. Disappointing.I took my car into the Service Dept. and as always, Teri was right on it and took good care of me. Thank you Teri!

What theyre for collision repair. They get a great job on the repair even though I had to Refuse delivery the 1st time they said it was ready. The service person agreed that the repair was not as it should be and cheerfully took the vehicle and Remade the repair. Never once being rude nor angry but rather was very polite and receptive To my request for the repair to be redone. I highly recommend this collision facility because obviously they stand by their work, they have multiple awards inside their show Room for collision repair from various auto manufacturers and insurance companies. For the record my car was A Volkswagen. Looks brandnew once again.
