This was my first experience with “Premium Cars”. I found them through internet search for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have one. I was very uneasy at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I wanted was still there, and I spoke with Ivan, who set up an appointment for the time it was convenient for me. Ivan was outstanding as my sales contact. No tricks, no pressure, no attempts to manipulate the terms. Just great, accommodating service. And trust me, Im a skeptical person. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassle. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Best car dealer on the Planet!!! Goes against every stereotype in the car industry. No hassles, no haggling and terrific service. Pricing was extremely competitive but the service really sets them apart. This is the 2nd car I have gotten from Premium Cars and I have never been given a reason to go anywhere else! Trustworthy responsible, and reliable!

Very disappointed. I called several times inquiring about a vehicle. Each time I was told I would be called back with the information requested but was not. I had to call back the next day. I was given lots of false information about the vehicle (accident, damage, features). When I was ready to purchase, I was told the Sale price displayed (On all main car websites) was after a $5,000 down payment. It was clearly deception. The vehicle had been in an accident with damage visible in the photos requiring about $4k in repairs which I was ok with considering the LISTED price. However, they were asking full retail (as is) by the time you add the $5k deposit. I feel sorry for the sucker that buys this car. It really seams this company buys nice vehicles but not in the best condition and tries to take advantage of buyers with bad credit/low income and need financing. I am a cash buyer. I expect a fair deal on a good vehicle ( or a great deal on ones needing repairs) not overpriced cars in questionable condition. Dont waste your time with this company.

I am aSingle mother of four kids, they took my deposit of $3500 And repossed the van from me as well.... im crying my eyes out, they really have no idea how desperate I am, and how I need A reliable vehicle. Also, in order to get me a loan, they told the loan company that I make $3000 a month which is a lie which is a fraud, I only make like $1000 a month, my loan got canceled, and they repossessed the van without giving me my deposit back, God You have Justice.

Fulll scam in this dealer they took me 1000 in a single day they gave me a car that turned on all the lights on the dashboard within 1 hour of rolling it
