The greatest computer store Ive been in so far and Im a computer technician. Their service was fast friendly and they actually had the part I needed, amazing!

I gave USA computers my computer a month ago. When I first came in, I told them I was having issues with my screen being repaired. They told me it was probably the logic board and that they would take a look. After a couple of days of waiting, I called back because no one would call me back. They told me whoever applied this screen did the adhesions incorrectly, however ironically a few months back I took my computer here to have them install SDD Drive. No one else touched my computer, yet they had the nerve to ask if someone worked on my computer or etc.. Someone from this store worked on the computer and PLACED it wrong. After this, we wait more days and days, without a callback yet promised one. We call back again, saying the technician is working on it and we’re seeing options. Then after days of waiting, we call to check in only to see that the technician is away on some training??? No one cared to call us back or inform us! We had to call them each time, multiple times a day to get a shred of information. I understand if it was within a short timeframe but it’s been a month. I was told the issue was solved and then right after another it issue back to back issue. The entire team has been unresponsive and unhelpful, We had deadlines that were not met and overdue.After telling them we’d let them replace the screen and logic board, they wait days after days to just tell us they won’t be working on it or doing anything. Please do not come here for your Apple needs, it’s much better you do your LG research and avoid a business that does not care for their customers.

My computer was totally dead and wouldnt charge up. I took it first to Best Buy and I was advised that I would need a new mother board and they would have to order one from Acer. Being from out of town I called around and John told me we could usually fix it on the spot. The next day D worked on my computer and told me it was the charger. I was ready spend hundreds of dollars with Best Buy and USA computers cost me $35. Excellent customer service and very honest.

What a great operation. Brought in my sick PC, and within minutes they already had a diagnosis and treatment plan to put it back to work. Their attention to customer services raises the bar to a whole different level than what you would expect. Their prices are in line with our economy. Big words for affordable!. Turn around was less than one day, and I am up and running faster than ever. Their shop is clean! They also send text alerts as to the status of the repair. My 6-year-old Dell was still running Windows 7 and developed some problems after a recent Windows update. Discussed several options with me and explained the pros and cons of each, and how various repairs/upgrades would extend the life of the computer and make it faster and more reliable. I was incredibly impressed by the time he took to make sure I understood what he was going to do and the likely cost of parts/labor. The total cost was very reasonable and well within his estimate. When I picked it up he made sure I understood what had been done and provided thorough answers to questions I had. I have never had such great customer service. In an industry that seems eager to landfill anything a few years old and sell you a shiny new thing, this was a most refreshing experience. I cant recommend USA Computer Store highly enough.

They took great care of me and my machine. He was able to assess the situation quickly and set some reasonable expectations for me. This place was great. Tech was terrific and very knowledgeable and helpful. My computer is now lightening fast. And he was able to retrieve my data he tried diligently for 2 days and always showed me the process in back so I could see whats happening.

My Friend took his laptop as he could not get past the boot menu. He mentioned that it might be a motherboard issue although he is clueless about computers himself. They took out the hard drive and confirmed that its probably a motherboard issue. I asked him to give me his laptop as motherboard issue sounds sketchy. It turned out to be a simple boot menu reorder (a rudimentary 5 minute fix, no tools required) . This leads me to the conclusion that A: these guys are incompetent, or B: they wanted to take advantage of somebody that clearly didnt know anything about computers. I cant claim that their entire service program is misleading or that all of their services are terrible, but reviews are based on single experience only, thus this experience deserve a one star review. Consumers please be wary!
