Very helpful and friendly staff at this office depot - funny too! Always great going to a store where the staff genuinely helps you, explains products, offers alternatives, and is not pressuring you into buying a bunch of stuff you do not need. Will be going back to them for future office supply needs.

The best Office Depot ever. David the Manager is a life saver. He took care of my computer and lap top very quickly and got me back on track so I can get back to work. He is very polite and professional. He is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for saving my work like David. Your store is my store from now on.

Really bad customer service!!! I went to make a few paper copies and the service was provided from a young color girl with a really bad attitude, she keep me waiting for a long time talking with other customers in step of doing her job and later she try to charge me more money arguing with me on the amount of copies, terrible customer service and really bad attitude.

This office depot is the bomb!! Customer service goes above and on several occasions. Shout out to Raheem!! He is the man super patient and helpful helped me piece together great business cards and was happy to do so miss Allen he was also very helpful great location!! Better then last office depots Ive visited.

The worst customer service, called this store for a product inquiry repeated myself 4 times to the first associate, second associate comes on the phone with the worst belligerent attitude and hangs up the phone . The customer service here on several prior trips have been sub par, but today is the last straw . I will never shop at this location again . Please train these employees to be courteous and respectful. It’s a shame !

Going to this Office Depot is always the worst experience. They play that very vulgar hip hop thats been beep on every other words. Is it how you want to run a business?

I purchased school supplies online to pick up in store. This was a great service and very timely, but several items were missing. They were happy to give me the missing items. Please check your packages prior to leaving the store.

Non-Existent Service. I lifted 8 large plastic bins and placed them in my cart, took it to the front to pay. There was no register at the front where I waited. Eventually another customer entered the line behind me and we waited. At some point someone showed up at the front, but skipped me even though I was first in line and took her instead. I was so disgusted, I abandoned my cart and left. You go to a Best Buy and there’s always someone at the front to greet, welcome, and assist you. You just keep making a better case for Amazon.

I love Office Depot, unfortunately this location did not meet the level of expected service. I sent a few documents to print, received a confirmation they were done - arrived at the store and they werent done. I called the next day and they were still not done. After three days ... i cancelled the order. Waste of time.

I needed copies made of a thank you flyer for a birthday party Im having for my boyfriend. Unfortunately I dont recall the gentlemans name that helped me at the copy service counter but he was absolutely excellent. He helped me put it from my laptop onto a thumb drive and made the copies for me. Hes certainly an asset to your company.

Terrible Customer Service at the printing area. All u wanted was so generic place setting cards made and the associate tried for me to do everything else but get them made at the actual store. I stated I just wanted something simple and he wanted me to then purchase a pack which is fine then download the app and do them myself. REALLY ? I wanted someone w experience to do them ! Why would I go there then ?Horrible Service and walked out

Raheem Boyce the Print Supervisor was very patient while designing my business cards, and has great customer service. He even opened the door so my wife can go to the bathroom while on his way to the stock room.

First employee was very nice, but uninformed as to what the store carried. Asked 3 times for an item and was told where it was by 3 different employees and in the end, the store didnt carry the item at all. I came another time and asked to have a picture reprinted/and copies made. The young lady not only didnt greet me, but seemed annoyed, as if I was bothering her. When she finally was unable to make a copy like the original, I told her that the copy wasnt good, she crumbled it up and walked away. I will not return...

The copy center staff always takes great care of my needs. From color copies to binding my reports they are the best. Its like have my own assistants they always eager to help me with my projects.

Last week, our company hosted our sales conference in Fort Lauderdale. We had a little hiccup with our shipped packages, and were in a last minute scramble to reprint almost 400 name tags. We called Office Depot, explained our situation and they said they should be able to help. So we crossed our fingers, Ubered there and hoped for the best. Once we were there, we re-explained what had happened and what needed to be done. The print service staff was determined to help. Raheem was able to re-print all of our name tags in no time at all and he was super helpful the entire time. We were definitely relieved to know that we solved our problem, but were even more grateful for how kind and helpful the staff was!

I always need a lot of supplies for my office and I find this store to have it all. I still have to get used to the unfriendliness Im finding here in Florida, but I havent been here too long. I think this store is always busy and the workers are a little stressed, so I can accept that. It seems Im here at least once a week and its the best place I have found here in Fort Lauderdale.

From the moment you step foot in the door knowledgeable associates are at your service to aid with any questions or concerns. Most items are in stock and if not they will ship them to your doorstep the next day (Usually) and its always free! It really doesnt get any better than that! ;)

I came in looking for unmanaged POE switches. Gentleman at the cust svc (not checkout) took care of my transaction since checkout was delayed by my preceding customer. Finding 2 switches to meet my needs but was shocked when it was twice the amount, we looked together to see what could be the cause. Discovered the products were simply misaligned on the shelf. For the confusion, this gentleman offered a discount to fit with my cash-only budget. It was an amazing experience and it truly saved my tail on a job I was working at after having arrived from the midwest. This transaction was a 25yr throwback to the kind of customer service for which we aimed when I once worked at Office Depot, myself. Good looking out, guys. Well done.

Do not come here they have probably about 12 employees on the floor of a mostly empty at most times of the day. Not one of thoseEmployees will help you they will in fact avoid you or flatly ignore you. Looks like all the employees are just friends hanging out together and not doing any work. When i went to their print center 3 employees behind the counter told me to go use the photocopier when i asked for cardstock prints (photocopier doesnt do this) they gave me a sample book to look at and the completely ignored me after that taking customers that walked in after and making prints for them when i asked why they were taking other customers before me they all got together and acted like i was not even there so i asked for the manager and some other 18 year old boy walks out and says that he would like to take my print order at that point i had been there for over 30 minutes and the manager was laughing with the other employees like they were all in on the joke together. I came there to get 10 color brochure prints made would have take 5 minutes instead i was ignored and laughed at by the employees including the manager on duty. Awful location, many items out of inventory no wonder these location are closing down left and right you would have to be out of your mind to give them your business

If you have a store that you tell the whole dam world that closes at 9pm then do NOT close at 845pm. Everyone was long gone and the lights were off, even the signs on the building. Door and google maps clearly state closes at 9pm. Not good bussiness.

I purchase my computers, special pens, print paper in bulk, folders, office cleaners. Only thing I wish it was open 24/7. Im passionate about work so I need late hours .😘

OH where do I begin with Office Depot lately.... PISS poor service. Several times I have gone here to get big ticket items only to find items NOT in stock. Selection is limited, prices are WAY too high sometimes more than double elsewhere. I am not a fan of this place anymore but in a pinch it may be better than nothing.

Got in and out very quickly. They opened up a new register for me.

Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The store was completely empty, save for 7-10 employees sitting in a group talking. I was the only customer in the store and I was clearly unable to find what I was looking for, yet not one employee asked if they could help. After about 10 minutes of this I decided to leave and permanently give my business to Kinkos. If the manager ever reads this, Im referring to the night shift on 10/10/16.
