Had time sensitive package was told multiple times after i asked it would meet the cutoff and be there. Obviously package did not arrive on time and was refused refund and told i was a liar and we don’t guarantee anything. So $70 for a letter to be mailed late. The manager needs to learn customer skills
Stopped by to drop off an item for return to Amazon. The door as well as the online web shows the store closes at 4 pm. It was 3:20 when I pulled up. Doors closed, lights off. So while waiting to double check if I had the times correct, two gentlemen (employees) show up. I ask if they’re open they both tell me no. Meanwhile, the hours on the door and website say 4! When I ask why they’re closed they rudely ignore me, unlock the door, and go inside! This is unacceptable. Both gentlemen had both just come from the restaurant next door. Not understanding why they would tell me they’re closed when there was 40 minutes left. Very angry!
This location has been the worst in my experience with all the other locations. I went in store to drop a package. They messed the package up. The package was lost/damaged in transit and they have no info on it. Filed a claim months ago. When i call them or go into the store they say they cant find the paperwork. They never follow up with you even after noting your phone number down. The claim till date is not resolved and as a customer who shouldnt have to go through it, am following up with them on a daily basis and still nothing.
I use this UPS store for shipping, returning items to Amazon and passport photos. They are extremely efficient and courteous. My items always make it to their destinations on time and safely. I am normally in-and-out in less than 5 mins. Great job, keep it up!
Rotten service. And seems from the other reviews that Im not the only one whose had the same experience. Explained clearly to the blonde girl working up front that I had three Amazon items for return. One had a printed tag, the other two had QR codes. She insisted that I needed to buy a box from UPS for the printed tag item. It was in manufacturer box already. When I stated this, she conveniently handed me over to another associate with You take care of this and walked away with a sullen look. I explained the same thing to the other associate who again pushed that I buy a new box from UPS. Both had ignored that I already had a box that the item had arrived in and I had to ask him to use that. Without pulling the third item out, he proceeded to tape it and attempted to stick the label on the box. I had to point out that he had just taped the wrong two items in the box and he started looking around to figure out what to do. I ended up taking my items and walking out. The 17 Street UPS store processed my return in 5 minutes and I was out the door. Your team needs to learn to listen. They clearly ignored my stating up front that I had one tag and two QR codes. Professionalism also helps. They clearly saw I had a box which could be used if they were insistent about using one and second associate was more interested in being snarky (Well see if it gets there or not). Poor service indeed.
I have been a professional in real estate for over 22 years, I have needed services from Shipping, Printing and Notary throughout the years. Hands down this particular UPS location has been the most professional, courteous, clean and gives the best customer service out there. In specific, Oscar is who serviced us. His level of professionalism was greatly appreciated and he deserves much acknowledgement! I highly recommend even if you have to go out of your way this location for all your UPS needs.
I came in this morning to return 3 items from Amazon. I walked in and both employees were busy talking to one another and didnt even greet let alone acknowledge me. I asked them who would help me and neither responded. I went with the gentleman to my left. I told him what I was there for and handed him an envelope holding all 3 items. I had him scan my first email. He then told me youre good. I explained to him that there were 3 items in there and that one email was for 2. He then responded that I was good again. I asked him to check to make sure there were 3 items on the screen set for return. He nodded and when I asked for a receipt again he responded with youre good. Surely enough not even 10 minutes I check and my return was not done properly. I called and spoke to someone that defended the employees behavior. All I wanted was for the return to be done properly and a receipt.
I dont write review very often. The service they provide is above and beyond my expectations. Im using their service for approx 4 years and I was never disappointed. Before we fly in from Europe sometimes it takes a month before we can pickup our packages. This is never a problem. Staff is always friendly when we come to collect. SUPER..
Dropped an envelop for international delivery. They charged me 150$ for this, it’s supposed to be delivered 3 days after. I walked in the store 3 days after to find out what happened and my envelope was still on the counter.. They never handle the envelope to dhl.Now the receiver is moving from that city and the envelope won’t make it on time.Thank you ups store..Mr James. I dialed many times to the store trying to find any answers and hit ext 9 but nobody answer.
Doesnt open until 830 which is strange for a business district and parking is a hassle.
I have had a box with Jim and his team for over 4 years. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the services they provide for me and my business. I have a never ending flow of packages being sent to my UPS box, 3-5 heavy packages a day, and I love that I get emailed the second one arrives as Im always in a rush to pickup stuff. We even have had super heavy and giant items delivered and never have a problem. Im always having car bumpers, hoods, fenders, even 500lbs of wheels and tires delivered and Ive even had a king size bed mailed to their store once (sorry about that one guys). They always have a smile on their faces and take care of business. I love this store and its staff and know they treat every single one of their customers just like me. Plus it looks cool to have a Las Olas address on my cards haha. Thanks Guys!
These guys ROCK at the UPS store off Las Olas. Jim and the crew are always willing to drop what they are doing and run outside to help me unload my boxes. To be clear I always have very large and heavy boxes and they are there to help me rain or shine. In and out this guys are all about customer service. This has to be the BEST UPS Store I have ever been to which is why I take all of my business there now. If you are looking for something that is very convienent with great customer service these are your guys. What I like the most is I can get in an out of there in minutes because they dont mess around I am always in a hurry. Thank you guys for always being there for us! Keep up the great work....
Love this store! Everything runs super smooth and the gentleman there are super friendly and willing to help at all costs. I have a mailbox at this location and when im out of town theyre forwarding is seamless. Hands down the best UPS Store around!

Enjoying my time between residences in Charleston, SC and Fort Lauderdale. My mailbox at this location and their package notification program works works great. When I need mail forwarded, I just have the guys forward my mail. Great Las Olas address and great staff!
I was in the store today tge attendad a heavy and toll person was the person who help me.when a show him the bar code for my return in my phone.i forget that i put my phone in my pocketbe mistake a tuck his phone.for my surprise hes showup in my work place and start cursing a d push me also he punch my hands and drop my phone to the floor.i tride to explain but he was out control and very agressive.i do not tried to still was a human mistake.

Awesome staff. Printed out resumes and business cards with them. After the business cards were ready, I discovered an error on my email. The staff gladly fixed the error for me and reprinted them again with no extra cost. Very pleased. Definitely going to do my business there for now on as I am new to town...
This UPS Store makes my life sooo much easier. They are the best staff and are always helpful, I get huge packages delivered and they even help me out to the car every time. Its worth every penny to know all my packages get signed for and that I can even have my local parts guys drop parts their for them to hold for me. Thanks Jim, Steve, Chuck, and the two new guys haha.. sorry cant remember their names.

When my mother passed and I was the executor of her will, I wasnt sure how I was going to distribute her belonging. I did a Google search of Estate Shipping and found this location. After reading the reviews, I contacted them, and they came out to my mothers condo in Fort Lauderdale. They helped separate the items by the person to whom they were being shipped. They stabilized the items for transport back to the store for packing that would meet UPS standards and then shipped all of the various items (fragile collectibles, paintings, clothing, furniture, etc.) to the appropriate family members. During this time of loss, I am so thankful for the excellent job by this group of professionals. Thanks you guys!

I have always had fast and efficient service when I visit. They make shipping items simple and effortless.
My experience was horrible. I called early in the day to make sure my address was correct on my package. I was told the apartment was missing and we were able to easily update it. This was at 3:45. I was told the driver would be contacted and updated on what apartment was mine. At 6:00 I received an email stating they attempted to deliver my package but did not have my APARTMENT NUMBER!! They had two hours to contact the driver and update hidem. I spent the past TWO HOURS trying to get my package redilivered to me tonight. Finally I was told its on its way and Id be getting a confirmation call. I then recieved at call from FRANK THE SUPERVISOR who was beyond rude. Did nothing to help but tell me my package was not comkng tonight and would be to me sometime tomorrow. As frustrated as I am as I now have spent almost 3 hours trying to get my package I ask if he can make sure I am priority to receieve it first thing in the morning. Tells me and isnt even willing to try and HANGS THE PHONE UP ON ME! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS A MANGER I WOULD NEVER!!! BEYOND UNHAPPY.
I was looking to ship a package internationally. I assumed it would be sent out UPS. The staff suggested that I use DHL because it would be about 20 percent less, and would arrive earlier because DHL had their own clearing house. They were absolutley correct. It was something they didnt need to do, but they did. Great experience. I will definitely be back.
