I been in a few times and each and every time I come I’m always greeted and someone is always ready to help. BUT just this one time I was on a mission to find 2 things concealer and hair cream for curls. When I walked into the store that specific day Natasha who greeted and help me and even provided with some recommendations was truly a gem. Hair cream that was recommended by her was Ouidad used for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it and concealer by NAS turned out great. So I am so glad I went in this day now I have a new hair cream that I like and Concealer. Great customer service and made shopping a breeze. Thank YOU Natasha !!!

Just had a very uncomfortable encounter with the counter agent Alexis. Apparently they put a ton of pressure on the employees to get people to be rewards members because she basically told me I can’t return anything unless I give them my information and become a rewards member. I understand the concept and appreciate their interest in providing rewards for shopping but I had to tell her “no thank you” to being a member over 15 times to the point that she got loud and angry with me. The employees should listen to their customers and move on when we say no thank you. I will NOT be shopping there again and will find my products elsewhere. Also Alexis, I don’t need to be schooled on the concept of rewards, I would just prefer to not provide you my information during my shopping journey today. I’m sorry that Ulta bases your performance on getting shopper information, as you stated to me.

Hi. I’ve been going to this Ulta store quite often for about 2 years, the staff is always very welcoming, friendly and professional. However, it is only yesterday’s visit that made me take the time to leave this review. Tatiana, I hope you see this. Your customer service is remarkable!!! And it needs to be noted. She also made a product recommendation to me that I now surprisingly love and would’ve never ever have tried on my own. I will now look for her on my next visits to this store! Thank you

Wonderful experience! Morgan was beyond helpful and patient with my mother and I as we went through the different products that were recommended for us, and deserves the highest praise! The store was kept clean and tidy and the company Ulta seems to be holding the highest standards for safety during the pandemic. Highly recommend this store!

My mom and I got our hair done by Allison and she was AMAZING. I went to Sherri originally but she wasn’t very nice and made me feel uncomfortable so I came back and had Allison do mine. She is so skilled and really listens to what you want!

Have Been few times after pandemic started! They have been horrible at customer service, not helpful! Display products in boxes, so how we suppose to see the product inside? Have to look it online they said! Perfect, this is the reason Im coming in to thw store ao I can see the products! More employees than customers inside, now I know why!!!! If they dont change their philosophy will hate to see them close this location!

Masks are no longer required in the state of Florida. Your reluctance to move forward and instead continue to fear monger with a mask mandate is why your store is always empty. Every other business in this area has evolved to make masks optional. And when I called to voice my concern and share that feedback, I was hung up on. Twice. Terrible customer service.

My husband and I love going here, we’ve tried many places but this is it. Peter is amazing with hair and super sweet and funny. The staff is amazing and they treat you like a professional establishment should. This is a must !!!!!

Was followed around by the security guard and confronted her and she yelled at me. I was there for lash glue and conditioner and then thought about buying cologne for my stepdad since his birthday was coming up. I picked up my 10 dollar lash glue and walked over to perfumes (I also happened to be the only black girl shopping in the store). I then I noticed her circling me and my mom, so I asked if I could help her and she said no. And it’s not like she was circling the store it was a small tight circle around just us. So when I noticed her the 5th time I told her that we weren’t stealing and she started shouting “I never said that.” A couple of times. So I said forget the perfumes and I went and grab my conditioner to it she followed us to the back of the store where the conditioners were and when I headed up to the store she ran to the door as if I had something in my pocket so I let the cashier know that I felt I was being followed in the store which is uncomfortable and the security guard waited at the door as if the door was going to go off because I had something in my pocket I purchase my items and I left and gave her a glare because she was wrongly accusing me of stealing. I then called the manager later, to which I got excuses saying oh well people steal I’m like I understand but I wasn’t stealing and she defended the security guard in every way but never gave me an apology and acted as if I was overreacting to being followed so I reported them to corporate. I felt so bad that I can’t go back there and I really liked that store. Are used to work security at target I know how it works you assert your presence when you have accurate suspicions or evidence that the person’s going to steal. All I was doing was smelling perfumes and I got fallowed through the entire store. Everything I touched I put back except for lash glue and conditioner and I was still followed. I felt so terrible that I cried for hours I can’t go back there now.

Finding the men’s section in stores like this can be overwhelming but the staff made it super easy.

Good store. Pleasant staff. No trials dye to pandemic, bummer, its what we like most about this store. Prices are in the high side but they allowed sampling new and old product before purchase before now. That service is gone, prices the same.

I got a haircut today and I LOVE IT! Anthony did an amazing job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, he was so precise and really nice!

Kendall did my makeup at the MAC station and he did a FANTASTIC job at teaching me an easy but beautiful look for my new job. He took the time to get to know me, how long I like to take in the morning to get ready, and recommend the best products that I felt comfortable with. I had to come by a few days later and he remembered me by name. Great makeup artist and person as well.

I went in to get my makeup done and Kendall from the MAC station was AMAZING!! He made me feel so gorgeous after he was done. Very professional and personable, my experience was without a doubt the best. Wish I lived in the area so I can go to him for every event. Definitely go to him if you need your make up done. He is absolutely FABULOUS! xO

I had my hair highlighted and cut by Peter at the Ulta beauty salon. He was amazing! It was my first time. He is professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you Peter!

As soon as I walked into the store I wasn’t greeted with a hello but a tall lady of African descent with an ill fitted synthetic wig aggressively loud talking at me that they were closing soon and if I needed help with my final purchase. Guess I’ll be purchasing my Mugler & Lancome elsewhere as that was my final time ever going to that location.

I placed my order online and it was ready to pick up in no time. I arrived and the pick up service was quick and hassle free.

Staff is friendly and selection is ok. Just not as upscale

Great haircut with Peter who gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Love my new haircut and will definitely be back. The staff at the salon are attentive and wonderful.

I really wish I could give them a 5. I used to love this place and the service I used to receive. But it seems that lately they have been under new management and its just not the same. I miss the old employees that were so helpful. I really hope they change things up and make the store a bit more welcoming for all!

Holds sale items for certain customers over the phone which is not allowed

I dont recommend this store in particular. Especially a tall and thin makeup artist, he tries to be nice to some people but with others he makes a laugh and if you speak English the situation is worse. Also you can not walk quietly because it is behind you asking much you want, I honestly did not feel comfortable in this place. That you know makeup more than other people, that does not make you a better person. In general the store is beautiful, organized and have Estée Lauder products, has a good location and a spacious place where you can park

I 💖 this Ulta store! I am always greeted warmly, always find what I want when I need it, always get great help from the staff, and go home knowing I wasnt sweet-talked into buying something I didnt want. Theres more to choose from than Sephora. This is my go-to beauty store!

A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to have my hair done by Martino in the salon. He was extremely friendly, but most importantly, did an incredible job with my haircut & style. Martino has extensive experience doing hair for fashion shows so he is quick and skilled at what he does. I left with a new sense of confidence! I highly recommend Martino!

I needed a really fabulous hair dresser and found him at Ulta. My original appointment was with another Salon Specialist and at the last minute was switched to Kevin. My experience with him was amazing. He made great suggestions, was knowledgeable and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the end result. I learned to trust him and allowed him to put highlights in my hair for the very first time. I’m always receiving compliments on my color and cut. Kevin, you’re amazing and I’ll be your client as long as you’re in the biz!

Horrible customer service experience. Was shopping for a foundation, trying to find my shade, testing some on my hand. Looking at different products when a sales associate asked me if I needed a basket. I told her sure. She walks off, didn’t come back so I continued my shopping. I start walking to the counter, when she keeps yelling “ma’am!!” Across the store, repeatedly. I turn back and she insisted I grab the basket. (Holding two items) “I told her I didn’t need it anymore and was in line to check out and hear her yell more at me to “focus!” And “unbelievable” (??) I looked at her completely confused and told her to please stop that I wasn’t needing any help from her at all. I felt so attacked, embarrassed, and confused that I left all my products by the counter in line and left. Going to call the manager tomorrow. It was the strangest feeling with a sales person ever. I will never go back to this store again. Person was a Caucasian woman, brown hair in bun and worked as a sales person in the front area. Going to get s name in hopes she is trained properly on how to treat customers with more decency and respect.

Had just what I was looking for. An it was 3 days before Christmas.

My first time at this Florida location and I am not disappointed. I walked in without an appointment. My lucky day because Peters appointment cancelled. After two hours I came out looking fabulous! Everyone was friendly and I know I will be back!

If you want to get your hair done ask for Andrea!!! Even if she goes to palm beach I’ll still go to her to do my hair! She is the best hair stylist I have had since moving to Miami! Highly recommended for all your hair needs 💁🏼‍♀️

This is a large Ulta store with a good selection of high end makeup including a small Mac counter. They did no have colourpop, which was unfortunate. They have a much smaller drug store makeup selection than high end as well. They have a very large hair care area and in store salon. The establishment was very clean and the staff pleasant.

Love this ulta! Kendall is super great. He helped me pick out a really good powder foundation for oily skin and he found the perfect shade. Thanks Kendall! :)

I definitely do not recommend the salon. At Beauty Ulta the products for hair skin and makeup is great to shop. but when it comes to the hairstylist they really dont know what theyre doing I literally left with patches of discolored hair and I will never return again.

They have a full menu of hair and skin services, and they sell everything for beauty you could possibly need. I got my 1920s themed do today. Dora did a great job. Her co-workers popped by to check out her progress. They all seem to enjoy their work here, and they were enjoying something a little different today.

When this store opened, I was crazy happy and excited! Before that I would only go to Sephora, with the occasional trip to the drugstores. But now that there is a one stop for high-end brands and basic ones there is no need to go further! Ulta is a shopping spree waiting to happen! I discovered Nyx and Essence here.

Nothing is stocked, all items are disorganized, empty applicator section- worst part: store is empty of people except for 4 employees chatting about how much it sucks they have to close because they have to do laundry. I used to enjoy coming here and browsing but the store is always upside down. Only shopping here because I’m still trying to get through a Christmas gift card.

Made an appointment with their salon. It was my first experience there. Jenny was great, did not rush at all and did an amazing job with cut and color. Love the results. I will be going back to her again.

On 10/1 literally the best service ive ever had at a Ulta! i popped up 20mins before close feeling horrible to do that to the team closing. All 3 associates were super positive welcoming and helpful. they never hestitate to helo, make suggestions & reassure me that i coukd take my time. i stayed till 15mins past closing and they were the prototype for customer service! Kudos to that team!!!! give them a raise!

My wife loves the selection and weve both been getting our hair cut here (her for the last year, myself only for a couple months) and both love the stylist (Dora). I pay a little more but its definitely worth it.

If Martino isn’t in London, New York, or Paris you should get an appointment with him for the greatest color and cut. I am amazed at the results. Totally refreshing look at great price!

Love the store. Very big with large selection of hair, body, and makeup products at all different price points. Most of the employees are very friendly, however the male cashier kailan always has a stuck up attitude. I see him every time I come to the store and he is always very rude and unwelcoming. Also, they never seem to have the free gifts in stock.

Allison really did such a wonderful job. I was a very dark brunette and asked to go blonde. She really made it look natural and even retoned after blow drying because she wanted to make sure it was *just right*. Staff even made sure I took advantage of a Revlon sale I didnt know about at checkout. What a great experience!

If I could give zero I would and this review will be followed up with corporate. Horibbly mis-managed store. Gary was the manager today who had zero care as to the issues in this store. Rude and ridiculous would be the best way to describe my experience.More than 10 customers waiting line, 2 people at the register. Employee opens a register to ring up an employee then walks away. Gary standing around chatting, finally asks her to help someone she rings up one person and looks at the line and walks away. Finally Gary gets on a register...FINALLY.When I first walked in I asked for a sales flyer..Oh we dont have those in the storeHuh?Ask again as I am asking for something in the flyer. Oh only the manager has a fluer and we have to ask him for it Huh?Okay finally get the flyer I point out the product..Oh we dont carry that Again Huh?Then I asked if they had more of something...Response...Oh I dont know.So guest rep says do you like this brand? I said no I do not. She responds with That is strange and walks away.I am completely at a loss for the horrible service.Now Gary is at the register next to the one Im at. Cashier asks if everything was okay. I said no many issues here today.I asked for managers name she says I dont know There is a theme here. I DONT KNOWI said you dont know your managers name?She looks at Gary and says Gary, this lady wants to speak to youThis leaves me very perplexed..the entire time she is smiling as if all if this is so funny.Gary says what is the problem. I said there are many he says Such as? I tell him and he shrugsSHRUGS! Doesnt apologize, doesnt ask for details nothing just a state and shrug.So with this I can now see why this store was a mess today. Poor Management.

This one start review is for the salon Not the store i love ULTA they have great products.. How ever my experience with one of the hair stylists was tragic! I dont remember her name she was an older women in her med 60s? I dont even know why i let her do my hair i though maybe she was good older women more experience? In this case 👎 no i lefted with patchy hair how hard is it to run color through out the hair apparently very for her she missed many areas in my head i later noticed wgen i got home i dont recommend this place as a salon they are unprofessional and the manager is a heavy women that previously worked at super cuts that doesnt know anything about color this place needs all New stylists...
