My Vaccination appointment scheduled at 12:15 there is no one waiting, but me. I’m trying to be patient, but I’m on a lunch break. If Walgreens is short of staff maybe you all need to hire more people. The man that’s giving the shot is rude.

I went last Sunday for Covid Test, result in 24hrs hours.Today, Tuesday, no body now my result, in my last call to the pharmacy, somebody say good news NO COVID.No body send me the result via email, and they pharmacist tell me they have problem with the lab.Bad Services!

If I could rate them a negative 1 star I would.For some reason the pharmacy can never get it right.It’s always something when I go either I am overcharged or my insurance isn’t working etc. etc. The pharmacist tells me oh I don’t know what is wrong but the prescription it isn’t working.What kind of answer is this?What type of resolution is this? The team in this particular store lacks integrity and isn’t trained to work with the public. I thought I would give them another try today but what a waste of time. I can only imagine how many customers they lose because of the lack of good customer service!I won’t be back!

Only bought the store brand because it was on sale. Purchase the item and did not get the right price. Nelson who is helping me said that it must be a coupon that I bring in even though its clearly says that it is an instant coupon. I think being able to read should be a job requirement in customer service. Never again will I go into this wonderful place. Also had 2 people ask me for money in the parking lot. Thanks Walmart you guys are marvelous (sarcasm).

It says 24 hours yet it’s not even open

Pharmacist was extremely rude and refused to fill my written prescription. Even though Id another waiting to be picked up, that was electronically submitted by my PCP.Asked me why Id use his Pharmacy (its only 4.3 miles from my home) and not the Walgreens closer to me home (less than 1 mile away)???? Why does it matter where I want to get a prescription filled, I dont know 👎😠!!! Didnt say that he doesnt have it in stock, just refused to fill it for me. Im a white 58 yrold female and he was a black older man. I guess DISCRIMINATION goes both ways. I was extremely upset and left. Will never recommend this Walgreens to anybody else!!!

I’ve been called a racial slur by IRMA!! I’ve tried calling the store but I was hung up on. I sent emails to corporate but no response.

Wasnt happy waiting in the long line. The cars were out into the parking lot of the plaza. The other lane was only open for the vaccinations and drop offs. Unfortunately, the long line of cars prevented those customers from getting to that designated line.

Homeless people all over the entrance. Customer service sucks and its all unorganized / dirty.

Worst walgreens !!! I made a refill online on the app and was ready to be picked up on a Thursday. I didn’t have time so i went and picked up on a Saturday. When i got there the man with a straight face “oh we have nothing here for you”. With a confirmation number and everything. He went back and checked and has the audacity to tell me that they gave my medication to someone else because i “took too long”. Super unprofessional!!!!! The best part they didn’t have anymore !!! I would give them 0 stars if i could 😡😡😡

Late night stop

Went there to have passport pictures taken for me & my husband. My picture was dark and did not follow measurement guidelines as to where your face should be in the picture. Then, my husband’s picture was blurry, dark, and that manager that took the picture didn’t care that my husband’s eyes were not looking at the camera when he took the shot. I asked him to take it again. Second pic was still blurry & dark. Manager didn’t care. As he proceeded with charging me for payment, I told him no; we’re not taking those pictures. I’m not going to waste my time driving all the way down to Miami for our passport appointment only for our pictures to be denied.

Not good. Went in to pick up online order. They dont have a clue. Took over 15 min to fine order. They was telling me it was not there. Considering I had a email and tracking telling me it was there.

Walgreens is a place I love to go. No wasting time with the workers. They are efficient, kind, and polite.I am always satisfied with Walgreens.😀

Dont bother printing a photo here. My wife tried to call ahead to confirm pickup, no answer. Went in and product wasnt ready on time. Went back this evening and waited 15 min for someone to just grab the printed photo from behind the desk so she could checkout. Seems employees dont listen to their Manager here when paged. Andrea was perturbed she had to leave the cosmetics dept to grab a finished photo. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Walgreens is always a pleasant expierence! Fast and friendly staff. With the store offering wide variety of products. Watch for the weekly sales!

Scott M absolutely ridiculed me for looking for my meds . Something that is hard to find. Made multiple phone calls. Basically making me look like a liar. Never going back to the store again . Even got in my face.

I buy three sets of order to get RR and not one print i was little bit mad next time i not buying anything to receive RR i will work with get points

Port customer service is provided at this location be prepared to put in that phone number fast or the associate islande will berate and attack you and the manager William will do nothing

The African American Haitian manager at this location was not helpful at all and called me a b***h under his breath. He’s lucky I’m a changed person these days.
