Got a lyft card late night and Bryan a manager asked me outside if Im needed help with anything outside the store! After I tell him I feel offended he still was pretty aggressive man even took a picture of me. I cant put my lyft card in on the property after I got it? He waited outside and asked if I needed help, I went to the card spot to the register and out the door and sat down. Literally.

The reviews for this CVS are true. There is always a problem when filling prescriptions or problems trying to communicate information between what the doctor tells you and what the staff claims to have on file. They are pretty rude and have that “I don’t get paid enough for this” attitude when dealing with them. I get that there are probably multiple people trying to get vaccinated daily but, don’t take that out on customers AND provide mediocre services.

If I could leave a ZEERROOOO review I would!!!!!! Absolutely ZERO communication. Never call when a prescription is filled or parts are missing. I have to GUESS when it may be ready and then call to confirm. They tell me its ready and when I show up its only partially full. When a medication is rejected they wont tell you. You will go there and find out and then be without it because they wont even help you find a solution. Honestly, take the initiative, bite the bullet, and just drive to the next cvs. Dont bother with this pharmacy. Youll pull more hair out then just driving down the street to the next one.

The cashiers and other attendants are lovely. But ever since they got rid of the amazing pharmacist Mr. Edwards who had been there for the years that I have been going there and now hired they unfortunately hired a sociopath at store 410 Marissa Tarantina ( however you spell it since she didn’t display her pharmacy badge to be viewable and yelled out her name across a counter) who I will also be filing a complaint against I’ve never had such a rude pharmacist no consideration peoples medical needs or lack of empathy and customer service she is running the pharmacy into the ground And taking the poor pharmacy techs with her, the way she talks to them is disgusting and the way she treats customers is horrible. Literally changing my whole families insurance to not deal with CVS anymore and encourage others not to use the CVS if required by insurance. I rather get treated with respect at Walgreens or Publix or give my business to a small pharmacy who understands customer service and quality medicine. As a healthcare worker some people should not enter this service if their idea is not the health of patients.

The employees in the pharmacy are super unhelpful. I noticed the customers who are nasty and complain loudly get what they want... if youre nice and understanding you pushed aside and helped last. So I guess I just need to start being nasty and complain to get the help I need from them.

My children are on Medicaid and with the plan that they are on CVS pharmacy is the only pharmacy that I can use. I just want to say how awful your customer service is when it comes to your pharmacists. Today I have had a hard time finding my kids ADHD medication and still have not found any. I have went to over 10 different locations, called over 20 different locations and this location was the worst. I attempted to explain to the pharmacist that I live in Deerfield Beach and I have contacted Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, and pompano asking if they had my kids medication. All the other locations are out. This location was the only location that refused to give me any information over the phone. They were very rude to me over the phone. My children are completely out of their medication and trust me during open enrollment I will be changing insurance plans and also changing pharmacist and I will tell my friends and family to do the same. *****WARNING**** DO NOT USE CVS....GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Oh and by the way....The only reason why my kids were on Medicaid was because I lost my job that provided insurance a couple of years ago. I just got a new job which will cover me and my kids insurance so we will have private insurance. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND HOPEFULLY MANY MORE!!!

Today I was lied to by a pharmacy staff that their bathroom was out of order when I asked for the key. I asked another employee how do you all go to the bathroom if your bathroom is out of order. She opened the door for me and said I don’t know why they said that. Afterword I went back to the pharmacy staff and said your bathroom was not out of order after all, and someone was able to help me. She just gives me a blank stare and didn’t know what to say. I had even bought some thing before that and the fact that they were deny a paying customer to use their restroom is horrible! They should be ashamed!

Yesterday I had to get a COVID test and booked my appointment days in advance as it was a retest to get cleared to back to work. I arrived 10 minutes early well within the window, and it took me 45 minutes to get through the drive through. I called twice to the store to see what the hold up was and on the second call I was told that the 2 vehicles in front of me had multiple people getting tested in the same vehicle !! Each vehicle had 5 people needing testing. These people should’ve been turned away and asked to reschedule individually. Very poor management.

This is a busy location and you usually have to wait. People in the pharmacy were polite but it seemed rushed and unorganized. I discovered when I got home that I only was provided with half of the medication prescribed. I called when I got home and was asked to go back the next day and show the pharmacist who filled it because he wasn’t there and will be back tomorrow. Doesn’t seem right. Mistakes like this just shouldn’t happen and customers should not have to do run-around . I’ll follow up on how this gets resolved. Hoping they make it right.

UPDATE: if you left because Junior moved, give Erica a chance. Shes good people and is making sure the phones get answered!!!Got to hand it to the pharmacy, they have been great under all this craziness happening in the world. The main pharmacist, and I feel bad for forgetting his name (African American, very knowledgeable and willing to take all the time in the world to answer any and all questions. Also, Hannah, a pharmacy tech, is great. Always greets everyone with a smile, even under the cherries mask. She makes an effort to know not just the person picking up medicine, but the entire family. She knows just about everyones name that comes in. Shes a great asset to CVS.UPDATE: AVOID THIS PHARMACY. SINCE JUNIOR LEFT THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES OR HAVE RXS READY WHEN YOU GET A TEXT OR CHECK ONLINE. THE STORE MANAGERS ARE AS USELESS.

Pharmacy didn’t fill my order due to doctor prescribed 10 pills for me and they say they needed minimum of 30 pills in order to fill my order. Lady was rude and wanted the doctor to call her. I didn’t get my medication order. Very disappointed. CVS please hire competent and polite pharmacist.

I have been picking up my prescriptions here and haven’t changed stores because I didn’t want to bother my doctor. In the long run I should have bothered him. I would get emails my prescription was ready I would get there they would tell me it wasn’t and they were out of stock. They would then look and found it on the shelf and tell me we will do it right away then I would stand there with my mask on for 45 minutes. By far worst cvs I have ever been to!

If this is the East Commercial Blvd and US1 location in Ft Lauderdale FL, I am impressed. A tall man who I thought was security was very respectful when we were in the store . He was very thorough and polite. I mentioned to him how his mannerisms were on point with customers . I said, “ Are you security?” And he said “Im the manager.” I said, “”I can tell!” Only reason I asked if he was security is because we were off to the side of the store and he was monitoring everything but I do see how he really took pride in what he was doing. It is so refreshing to see someone totally enjoy what they do and just be a hero. Thank you very much. “You are great!”❤️💁🙂👍

Place is always a zoo but the 1 star goes to the unprofessional little woman who is a manager or something. Already called corporate so I’ll spare details but I’m simply still in shock and outraged by her behavior. Please excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor.Go to any other pharmacy as there are endless better options. Disgusting behavior at this CVS.

The service in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible! They don’t care about customers. Period. I requested delivery service because I have been self quarantined because of Covid.They even sent me a text message requesting my credit card info and charged me immediately. I still haven’t received my medication, and it’s going on 3 days later. Every time I call they say it will be delivered between 4 and 6. No one ever shows up. Unfortunately my insurance requires me to use CVS. I hate it. They are the worst. Such a shame they treat people this way.

February 22/2021 ✅It’s about 5.34am this is the time I go to work . I stop 🛑 by the cvs pharmacy on commercial and us1 on my way to go in this white guy stop me at the door 🚪 and ask me what do I want . I replied to him I need to buy something I ask the other workers the lady if she have any hair dye for men . Next thing I see he is following me around the store . Now the only reason I even stop 🛑 there because I promised a resident I get it for him because they on lockdown since March 2020 . I was treated very badly at this store because I was black.👈🏽

I have 2 gift cards that I wanted to consolidate on to a single rechargeable gift card. The cashier and store manager assistant decided they didn’t like me and canceled the transaction that would have allowed me to put the gift cards on a single gift card and told me their system doesn’t allow that. They stood their and pressed the cancel button just before I could press the gift card button. Well, it’s legal and the CVS computer transaction system does allow that to happen. I will not be returning to this CVS for a unspecific day period of time.

I saw an add on line for a box of 50 face masks for $ 12.49 only available in the stores when I got to the store on Lauderdale-by-the-Sea I asked if 32 had asks and they told me yes the price was $ 1.99 each or $ 16.00 for a 15 mask package when I show them the advertising they told me they did did not have themI then went to Walgreens and bought 50 mask for $ 32.00How can they take advantage of this

Partner had surgery today and Dr writes a prescription for Percocet. This CVS is closest to the hospital and 5 minutes from the house. They dont have it in stock and IT IS AGAINST CVS POLICY TO TELLME WHICH BRANCH HAS IT!!!! Spend an hour visiting two more branches and get the same story each place. Fing godawfull customer service. Just moved here and my prescriptions were with the cvs at home. Will NOT be continuing to use CVS. Anyone have a pharmacy in Oakland Park they like?

My bad for not reading the reviews before my son’s Pediatrician sent an antibiotic prescription to the location.The pharmacy appears to be understaffed and unorganized ; calls to the pharmacy are unanswered, and customers waiting mentioned 24 hours to have prescriptions filled.An antibiotic prescription was sent in by the Physician at 3:00PM, and by 8 PM closing, it still was not ready.Hopefully, we will have better luck with tomorrows staff.

This morning at this store I had two members of managment follow me around the store with very dirty looks. Twice they asked me if they can help me with smug looks on their faces. The second time I confronted him and asked him if there was something wrong. He pulled out his phone and pretended to answer a phone that didnt ring and didnt answer me. When I preceded to check out, I saw them both at the door waiting for me to leave. I know thats not procedure because when I came into the store they were not guarding it. Ive been to this CVS before and I never felt this discrimination or what felt like racism towards me before. I do not understand what i did to warrant this type of treatment and behavior. I know I was not dressed in a suit and tie, its rough construction apparel but never labeled me as a problem before. I hope this is brought to there attention and corrected because I never felt such hostility towards me before from someone who should be helping me and making my shopping experience pleasant to say the least.

The CVS at this east Commercial blvd location was well staffed with 4 employees and didnt let us know that they dont carry our prescription in stock, they made us wait from 10am until 6pm and didnt even bother to call us. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes the automated recording said we have to wait an additional 24 hours. We switched stores to cvs wilton manors and had the prescription filled in 10 minutes! Wow what a difference!

I agreed because I had already been there close to 2 hours. I called the cvs at 10:30 and asked when it would be ready. They said about 30 minutes so I gave them an hour before I came over. This is specifically about the pharmacy. Listen, I get it, it was late, you want to go home but first you have to do your job. Dont give me attitude when I bring in a prescription to be filled because I am pretty that is your only job. Shanise was very unpleasant and it felt like she was trying to push us toward another pharmacy for some flu medicine. I have been to plenty of other CVS with no issues but this one is not recommended to anybody who can avoid it.

At this moment Ive been on hold with the pharmacy listening to the same bogus music over and over and over and over and over...etc. again for the past 40 minutes and counting. TicTocTicToc. I know from experience of being inside this CVS pharmacy waiting in line on several occasions they do not answer their phone!!! I visit this pharmacy at least 3 or 4 times weekly and its a 50/50 chance the pharmacy has your prescription order. They always claim they didnt receive the fax. Funny how all the other pharmacies I use receive the fax and rarely any issues! This place needs new management and definitely more staff!!!

This pharmacy is horrible. You have to wait 30+ minutes on the phone tp actually talk to anyone as well as have to do their job for them. Double check your script because it is almost always wrong (quantities or accessories to administer medications) and make sure you follow up with them to fill your orders, because they claim to not receive them and all the while it has been sitting in their computer (has happened three times now) and then conveniently close when it is about to be ready. Go anywhere but here.

Pharmacy is trash straight up don’t give them your business. They were late filling a prescription that I needed and told me I was in the wrong. They didn’t have the pills so the pharmacist said he would call it in to another cvs i drove 20 minutes to the other cvs when I got there the pharmacist there told me she received no call or anything. And I saw him on the phone PRETENDING to call it in. And his little assistant giving me attitude when they were in the wrongThis is the second issue they’ve given me.

Outraged At The Pharmacy And Their Disregard To People They Are Suppose To Help. The Assistant Manager Is The Rudest And Cold Hearted Person Ive Ever Delt With In Over 20+ Years. He Hangs Up The Phone On People, Numerous Times, You Cant Ask Any Questions Which Being In His Job Description Thats What Hes Suppose To Do.
