Great price, great service and great delivery!

The good news: TDS prices are very competitive and generally quite reasonable. The bad news: They don’t specify the shipping option on the website and I now know why they don’t want us buyers to know, they use FedEx. I didn’t really think about it when I ordered, but TDS ships requiring that you be home to sign for the delivery. Of course, they don’t tell you this anywhere on the website. So I get an email from FedEx saying they will deliver on Saturday sometime. I am not home that day. So after a lot of work on the useless FedEx website, and paying $11, I now have the privilege of having it delivered on the next business day. Fine I stay home. They never showed. They never did ship it to me. Now I did call TDS and complained they did ship a replacement and after I insisted they just leave it on the porch, it did come. That is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1. These are diabetes supplies! They are life critical. TDS needs to come clean to it’s customers about it’s ridiculous shipping policy.

Talk about fast, responsive customer service! I worked with them via email, and I always got a reply with exactly the information I needed within a couple of hours. One email I sent had a reply in just a few minutes. Usually when it comes to anything medical, I have to wait a day or more for a response. These guys were on top of things!

I would have given 5 stars, but the reason I gave 4 is because I wasnt able to track my package. I have to download a app called shop and that was the app that was supposed to track my package. But I was still unable to track my package.

It took three times to get the order right. The first time I explained I needed fast shipping. Instead the person who took the order put it in incorrectly. She told me I needed to call back the next day because she couldn’t change it. This kind of surprised me but I did anyway. When I called back I thought it was fixed and then I ended up getting double charged. I had to call back again and I was treated rudely until the manager finally called me back who was nice and refunded me the additional shipping fee for expedited service.Finally I get the product which is substandard. I’m totally disappointing all around and would not recommend

I needed to order the syringes I use because I cant purchase them in the grocery store where I used to fill my prescriptions (cheapest ever) - because I dont have an insulin prescription in their books to tether to the syringes. There is no law stating that a patient has to have their insulin prescription and I didnt want to go into a lot of detail that revealed where I transferred prescriptions to nor any other personal data to the previous pharmacy. They do not have rules saying they cant sell them to me and certainly no laws saying so. They were rude (after years of selling all my medication and accessories to me...) so I found Total Diabetes Supply - I ordered what I needed, it was shipped quickly and they communicated well. The item was received very quickly, and I received notifications by text and email the whole journey from the warehouse. I would definitely recommend them - just follow your state laws for purchases of syringes. They have a list of states that have restrictions or limitations. I will definitely use them again!

Might be silly reasons they need to exist, but when you are in dire need with no other options you will be happy they do. Products as described and very fast service.

Probably not TDS’s fault, but I still have not received my order placed almost 4 weeks ago— stuck at a USPS location in MiamiUpdate: I just received the order, and as suspected, the package was hung up by the USPS at their transfer center. Diabetes supply promptly sent out the package, correctly as ordered.

Ordered on the 12th. Got an email saying that I should get it on the 16th. Still waiting!!! Tracking says it is in transit since the 16th. Guess I will have to call the company. UPDATE 2/25/21 .... TDS contacted me and let me know that the package has been updated and is in Kansas City . They also credited my account for shipping. Stars go from 1 to 4..

The Oximeter is a well-made Quality product and so were other products I ordered. Price was very competitive, priced lower than other sellers offering inferior products. Our 93-yr old friend who lives alone and has macular degeneration called us in a panic. Her blood pressure was 195/90 and she was ready to go to the emergency room. Her b.p. machine had broken and she was using a cheaper version lent to her by a friend. So as her bad readings went up so did her anxiety and blood pressure. I called Natalie in customer service on Monday at 4 pm and she arranged to have a talking blood pressure machine shipped to us 2nd day air. We received it on Wednesday morning! Natalie listened to my tale of woe and came through for me. She was fantastic. You couldnt ask for better customer service. I hope Natalies bosses know how great she is in helping and keeping their customers. We were able to calm our friend that we would have a machine to her by Wednesday. So thank you Natalie. I was lucky to have picked up the phone and have you at the other end. I would recommend this company without reservations.

Total diabetes Supply is the only place I have found where I can easily get the pen needles I need (pen needles at a reasonable cost are not always available in my small town and I cannot go out to shop during this pandemic due to my advanced age and medical conditions.) I also recently ordered a new, affordably- priced meter of the same brand I have been using, and three levels of control solution to double check my high blood sugar. I was worried that perhaps my older, existing meter had stopped working correctly. Delivery is fast and what I need is available and reasonably-priced, so I will continue to order from this company indefinitely.

Although Total Diabetes Supply did not ship next day as they advertise, the laces arrived at the end of the expected date range, so no complaints there.I orders two sets of the elastic laces, black and white and am very pleased with them. I have a pair of Dr. Comfort diabetic shoes that came with regular laces as well as the elastic. They are great to use and when TBS ran some on sale I picked up two pair.I highly recommend.
