After having them perform a lash adjustment on our CATs our valve covers started leaking as we moved north out of FL. Out of concern had a CAT dealer check out what was happening. They said who ever did the lash adjustment didnt clean the reusable valve cover gaskets before they reinstalled them. The CAT dealer reinstalled them after cleaning them problem solved but it cost us an additional $1,300 for both C32s. Certified states it wasnt their responsibility and isnt willing to help in any way for their unsatisfactory work. Unless they are willing to help make this right I wont use them and cant recommend them.
