Super expensive! Just to come and take a look on my old Volvo Engine, they charged me US$ 610. This amount included, a 20 minutes driving from Fort Lauderdale and 2 hours of the technician on site (which 30 minutes, he was in the phone with someone else). Basically, he try to troubleshoot the key/starter and after an hour told me to get rid off my engine. So if you have an old engine, I do not recommend their services.

Dan was great. He helped me get all the parts I needed for our Volvo D3 110 engines. Great service.The rest of the staff doesnt seem to care much. Our friends had a terrible experience with their service.Update (Dec 21, 2019):Dan is the only person there who seems capable of helping -- he was on vacation!We were in the Bahamas, and the ignition switch stopped working while the engine was running. First called Volvo, and they told me to call Diesel Services of America, who suggested I should starve the engine of fuel to shut it off. -- A couple of hours later, I spoke with a company in the Bahamas, and the gentleman on the phone told me about the auxiliary stop button on the engine.

People at my marina said to stay away, but I tried them anyway. I bought a circuit breaker fault button but when I got to the boat it was the wrong part. I tried to return it and was told that I couldnt return it as it was electrical. No comprise, not even store credit. So lesson learned. I realize some electrical parts you cant return for cash back, but it wasnt used or anything.So I am sold the wrong part and eat the cost and have to toss a perfectly good switch in the trash. Just the lack of customer service alone will cause me to never return.

They have the best parts department for MANN engines and their parts counter knows alot about issues to help fix items on generators etc.

Very bad service charged for things not done. Came late left early. Service not completed properly. Filter installed loose spill of diesel all over engine room at first use after sevice. I will never use them again and would never recommend them.

We were in quite a bind with a charter coming up in a few days, had a multitude of things wrong with our 3412 Cats and Jason and his guys came right down to us, within an hour of calling, found the problems that had been plaguing the yacht for a few months ( several other companies couldnt find ) and have us up and running now. Cant say enough good things about these guys, nothing sugar coated, just facts and great work. Thanks guys !!!!! You are now are go to company

For over 8 weeks, I attempted to have a tech come to my boat to service my Perkins engine. Sasha, their service manager blew me off time and time again. The first excuse was that I never sent her my credit card information with their billing policy - she never sent it to me. When I did receive and return the forms, she still never actually got me on the schedule. She did state a tech would be here on a specific date but that was a no show too. Repeated calls to the company are ignored or never returned. Unless you are a mega yacht owner who pays out significant monies, you are not worth their time. Company lacks any integrity and is prime example of the decline in American business.
