This is a very large Big Lots store. It is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. There is a lot of merchandise in the store and they just put out their Halloween stock. There are discounts on summer stock, so stop by, take a look and you’re sure to find something you want. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

Great store. Recently remodeled with great selection of housewares. Great for small appliances & furniture. Staff is helpful & friendly.

3 people behind the registers but only one was working which made the line long. The man who WAS working was very nice and helpful.

Went from 5 to 1 because this store keeps heading downhill. Most of the changes has been inventory no price tags and employees with no customer service.

Bought a shelf there good priceI put it together in minutes and love it. I needed more storage and it gave me more space

I love this Big Lots, theres always a friendly greeting when you enter. Currently the store is rearranging their merchandise, and also added some other vendors items. Great store always clean.

I was in the market for a new mattress. Last minute I decided to stop into Big Lots just to see if they had anything. 20minutes later I left with a brand new King size mattress! This store has great employees. The gentleman that helped me with my mattress was incredibly helpful. He brought the mattress and box springs out to my car with twine to tie them down. Also the mattress was marked on special as a floor model sold as is. There is no damage or stains on the mattress and I saved about $1500 by getting my matress set here instead of at a standard matress store.

This is the cleanest Big Lots Ive been in so far. Very nice cashier, interesting merchandise. 👍👍👍

I found a few things to decorate the tree I ordered online for in store pickup. The cashier had a little difficulty locating my order in the system. It would have probably been easier if she would have scanned the barcode I tried to show her.

Tried to buy a spare bed last month during a sale for health care professionals. Got a great deal with new, interest free credit card, but there were glitches in the system. Although my new card was charged by the card company, the store system didnt recognize my info. Jenn(the sales associate) tried repeatedly to fix the issue both in-store and with the credit co. to no avail. She gave me a receipt at the sale price and assured me the charge would be deleted and my price would be honored when i finally received the card. Long story short...i went back there almost 3 weeks later when the card finally arrived, and she not only remembered me, but honored an additional discount. She went above & beyond to make what was a problem into an enjoyable experience. I hope Big Lots appreciates her value as an employee... shes worth keeping.Thanks Jenn!!

Have so much variety of different things

Normally I really do like the store and the staff is exceptional but lately they just havent had their shelves stocked the way they used to and they never seem to have what I need

Toss up decisionIf youre in the area and need some quick shopping, Big Lots is the way to go.However, this location has friendly staff,. I feel that the Pompano Beach store is bigger, better stocked and more around to do after shopping.

My big Lots place...

Its a Big Lots what else? a lot of disorganized, chaotic junk in disarray and misplaced. a lot of stuff you could probably impulse buy thinking I need that I need this. Typically these stores are pretty much the same to me I dont go into them except where I am at somebody elses mercy and I need to purchase something immediately but generally I will not get a shopping list and go shopping in these places I just dont like them. Quality suffers in a lot of respects and I always am a firm believer than getting my moneys worth. Not just being cheap.... Everything is cheap not everything is cheap. Just sayin !

Great service. Phoned in and the call was quick and painless. Drove over, got a different person. She was on the ball and got what we wanted fast as can be. In and out in less than five minutes. Happy.

Best place for closeout prices!! In addition to finding that unexpected thing. Must visit it is very roomy. The furniture here is also of good quality. Do not forget to bring grocery list as you may find some on sale here.

On my daily commute, I like to stop and check this place out every so often. Always great deals, they come and go seasonally. Staff is friendly, but usually running the registers, so it is difficult to find help when needed. Their rewards program... I still have not figure out any benefits for having it.

A great Big Lots!!! I miss the ones like this with the big open isles and cleanliness. I would have shopped all day if I lived there. Unfortunately I cant take thatuch on the plane with me 😉

Very bad customer service... three employees on the checkout counter.. two were busy talking to each other and one was on the cell phone while I was in the store for 20 minutes... no greeting the customer no thank you no small talk no smile no nothing, I think machine would have done a better better job than these employees... prices are great and the selection of the products is great too.. 3 stars for that.. 0 star for the customer service

Long lines and managers are lazy. No management so employees do whatever they want to do. Misleading prices on items. Employees are always talking to each other. You ask them a question and they get upset. Managers are useless. They are friends of employees so they do not respect management. I go to Ross now or Walmart. Awful and poor service. High management do not care.

Off of route 84 almost across the road from the old Heidelberg German restaurant which is good also and they have a deli next door... now I remember Big Lots when it was odd lots the store every year shows a great Improvement as far as setup goes and selection years ago it used to be kind of semi trashy but it definitely is not now selections are good there and the people are nice that work there

Love the price. But this store really reduces the amount of groceries. There were two isles of food and snacks and now is down to one only.
