Absolutely terrible service. No call no show two days in a row. No proactive communication from the staff, including management. No return phone calls and one associate disconnected the phone. Not certain this is an actual company. Save your time, money and patience and find a better contractor. If they cant seem to answer the phone or communicate, I imagine their work is sub-par as well. I loved that this company had good reviews. So when I found out that an appointment for a qoute on my 4-5 figure project was a paid one, I was OK with that. I requested an appointment for Sunday since Im working during their work hours in week days, and the first available one was 2 weeks ahead. I took it and was anxiously awaiting for it. I had to put working with architect for my home renovation on gold for 2 weeks only to wait for the whole Sunday in the house for a company representative who NEVER showed up. I wasted 2 weeks of previous time. Needless to say, I will never give my business to people who dont appreciate it.Do not hire this company. Its unreliable and doesnt care for its customers.
