George was so helpful. And Dee Dee Service Manager was so helpful and went out of way to help. Rates are so reasonable. They certainly know more than just generators. They work on air compressor and power washers.Thank you guys!

Like so many of the other reviews, I had a great experience with the entire staff, especially Dee the service manager and George the mechanic.They are the best at what they do, they care about your generator problems and they are honest people!!

If you have a RV or mobile generator that needs service, this is the place to come! The office staff and service technicians are top notch...friendly, courteous and very efficient. Mark greeted me before I reached the front office, and my appointment time was honored within minutes. George (generator technician) made several useful suggestions regarding my generators maintenance needs and suggested a schedule for oil changes and filter replacements. The cost was so reasonable I was surprised and thrilled. Im so happy to have found Don Hillman Inc.!! :-)

I just called them to get a quote on a maintenance plan for a generator that I recently purchased and the customer service was terrible. The person on the phone was impatient and asked me for a lot of information that I did not have handy. When I said that I was going to look for it she was rude and asked me to call her back when I had the information. Great Job Don Hillman! You just lost a potential customer and many referrals.
