Our marine towing company has been using Antibes/Dolphin for many years with success under the previous ownership. However the new owners seem to be having trouble. It took months to get an order done and all the shirts came back wrong. We only got the order after many unreturned phone calls and emails followed by a personal visit to the store and then still waiting days for the shirts. Then they were all not what we ordered (boat neck vs v neck and a couple wrong colors). Two months later, we still don’t have the correct order and one of the the owners, David, won’t return phone calls or emails. We’ve asked for our artwork back and the only reason we finally received one small piece of it after the unreturned calls and e-mails is because we again went to the store in person with a thumb drive in hand and insisted on receiving our artwork so that we could go use another company that can fulfill orders correctly and timely. Supposedly the artwork that we need the most is out with the order we’ve never received correctly. The owner of our company is the most gracious human being so he has given them every possible chance to no avail. I would suggest finding another vendor.

I’ve been using DOLPHIN EMBROIDERY For many years to add boat names to my marine canvas products. Usually I only need one done at a time. I’ve gone by the office and left contact info, I’ve called and finally after the third attempt I got a cal back form the receptionist but not the principles to inform me they only do minimum orders of six or more items. Why they couldn’t have told me this weeks ago after my first contact I don’t know. I asked why the change and was informed they had new owners. Aha! That explains the change in the great personal service I received from John and Caren for years. Oh well since I rarely need to buy in volume I probably won’t go back. Good luck whoever is the new uninvolved owner.

Tides Marine has used Antibes Yachtwear for years. They have always done a perfect job at a very competitive cost.Recently I ordered 800 Adams ballcaps embroidered with the Tides nameon them. We gave them away at an industry breakfast and I must say we owned the room! At one point there were 400 of the breakfast attendees wearing their new hats.We made this order on short notice and they came through with flying colors even drop shipping the order to the event venue. Hats off to Kathy, John and crew. Small pun intended.
