I recently visited the Cash America on West Sunrise Blvd and wow, was I pleasantly surprised. Its not the normal cash/pawn type establishment Im used to just dropping in and looking. I entered and was immediately greeted by Cynthia Jimenez, who seemed to have an answer for any questions I asked, quickly too! This establishment is so neat and clean, and everyone seems to really enjoy being there. I did as well! Thats why Ill be coming back, and highly recommend you checking this store out.

This location has excellent customer service, especially the manager. Wide variety of items to choose from at really great prices. Well definitely shop there again.

I had the best customer service with Assistant Manager Tania. She valued my jewelry correctly and I was happy. I’ve visited another store and unfortunately they wanted to loan much less with a higher fee. Thank you Tania! You are a gem!

Great experience at this location. Koby was able to help me with a laptop that I wanted to purchase. He took his time to answer all of my questions and showed me how to use some of the functions. Will definitely be back in the future.

The people that work here are very nice. There was a young lady Kat who helped me with an Apple Watch. She took her time to help me set it up. She told me to call if I needed future assistance. She was very nice.

Worst pawn shop I have ever dealt with. I sent them a list of my items and they sent me back what they were interested in and the prices they would pay, about 15 items. Done deal and easy enough, I thought.I paid one of my guys and brought him in on his day off to load up a truck and bring it to them. When he gets there they say they are not interested in most of the items anymore (2 days later) and try to start low balling us one the 2 or 3 items they wanted. Incredibly rude and a waste of time and money. Wish I would have read the other reviews very similar to mine before wasting my guys time and the money to pay him. Had MUCH better experiences with Pawn Shops in 33315 like World Pawn, Classic Pawn, US Pawn, Value Pawn, Cashop, Crown Pawn, and Cash Vault. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Great customer service...

Came and brought a Bluetooth speaker recently, I was already aware that for certain items, if purchased past a certain date listed that the item is suppose to be sold at a discounted price for that time frame, I was basically charged by the woman full price of the speaker when it was first pawned as opposed to the $6 dollars that it was suppose to retail for being that it was past the listed 5/02 date. the worker quickly removed the sticker after she saw me take more than one glance at the speaker and quickly and cashed me out at full price with absolutely no receipt this happened 5/07/19 sometime towards evening shift, I will not return here and be sure to pay extra attention to the workers!!! There’s plenty more honest and helpful pawn shop down State Rd. 7 & 441,

Ten times out of ten times Ive called to confirm they take an item they tell me they do take it then I show up and they dont take it. The last one takes the Cake though they say they take simple mobile phones but when I get there with documentation STATING the phone is ON SIMPLE MOBILE. They then tell me that they dont take tracfones but.....simple mobile phones are MANUFACTURED BY TRACFONE. So I guess wasting your time is high on their list of priorities or that they just dont care and will tell you anything to get you off the phone and this has been happening to me for 2 YEARS at this location they need to just shut it down all the other pawn shops in the area will tide us over they will NOT be missed.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. The lack of professionalism was astounding. I called before i came and asked them if they took shoes. Their reply was “if they are in good condition” when i got their i brought in 5 pairs. The first pair i showed them was a blue pair of Versace loafers. The manager (who was an older,bigger white lady) picked them up and sniffed them and told me they were fake because she couldn’t smell the leather. Meanwhile i bought them at the Versace store in Boca town center. I didn’t respond to the lack of knowledge. I then showed them a pair of Chinese New year retro 12 and Space Jam retro 11. The manager then came up and said let’s offer him a price. I wanted $300 for all 5 pairs. She told me i was crazy and Proceeded to look online. She types in retro 11 and pointed to the first picture that came up which was a KIDS retro 11 low in blue for $133 and told me how crazy i was that i wanted that much when they were online for $133. When i saw the picture she showed me i started to get aggravated. Then she told me they weren’t new shoes just because the box had been open. The shoes have never touched the ground or had a foot in them and I have this lady telling me their not new to the customer because they came out years ago and the box has been open. At this point i had had enough. I gathered my things and left. I went there because times are hard and i wanted to come back and get my shoes eventually. She kept asking why i was here and didn’t post them on offer up. Save your gas. Not worth the trip. Seriously the most uneducated and u professional manager I’ve ever come across. And the time was around 11am on May 15th 2019.

Ray is the best. Always very helpful, will go the extra mile to explain anything you want to know. Always with a smile and very willing.
