This jewelry store is truly great. I am so relieved that I found it! They have a wonderful, well-trained staff that pays close attention to detail and really gets to know the customers. I love their wide selection of jewelry; ranging from religious to fashion to PANDORA to high-end jewelry (including brand names). I come here for all my gifts and repairs because they truly have everything I need. I recommend this establishment to everyone!

My husband always buys jewelry from this store and the pieces are unique. Unfortunately, their customer service is terrible. Had a couple of watches and a ring for repair and thought why not to take it to them; well, what a mistake. I had to go back and forth a few times as what I requested was not right.They called me the first time saying it was ready, I went paid and went home trusting all was ok, once at home realized none of what I requested was done. Went back they said they will fix. Received a call, the person that calls on the phone does not talk but yells instead (I think she is extremely rude). Gave me wrong information over the phone, hung up on me, etc. At this point I do not want anything done, I just would like my money back and will take my business somewhere else. Advised my husband not to buy from this store anymore.

Since they changed management just a few months ago, the customer service is great, and the prices are really good! As a guy I inow nothing about jewels, so the attendant takes her time to talk and find out my wifes likes to recommend me the best gift for my budget. i love this store!

This has been the worst experience. There are two ladies working there that seriously need to learn about what customer service is. They are always so annoyed to be interrupted by a customer and dont try to hide it. They simply dont want to be bothered. I have been there twice, with the store completely empty and they seem so upset that somebody just entered the store to disturb them. You ask them a question and they even roll their eyes at you and look at each other like you are not there... I have never seen this anywhere in the US or Canada. They have much to learn. Poor owner trusting them with the business. Unless he doesnt care as well...

They dont meet their commitments. I dropped off my watch to simply replace the battery at 2pm and asked them to have it ready by 5pm. They said no problem, when I arrived they said its 1 business day and cant do anything about it. They didnt offer any solutions.

Mias Jewelry of Weston has to be the worst experience Ive ever had in repair. My girlfriends bought me a Pandora bracelet for $180 and rather than keeping it, I asked my girlfriends if it would be okay to have my wedding ring repaired instead. My husband has recently passed away and I wanted to continue wearing my wedding ring. Two thing were wrong with the ring: the band was split and a stone had fallen out. I had to bring that ring back 3 times because the stones kept falling out. $230 later - Daniel the owner told me that my ring was too old and that I had to replace it with a new one. I never heard of such a thing. Why would I replace my wedding ring? He said that I had to pay another $210 to have the whole thing re-tipped and then he couldnt guarantee that the stones wouldnt fall out. OMG! Of course I didnt have him do any more work on my ring!!!But to make matters worse - in the process of getting my ring fixed, I also asked him to repair my Gucci watch that my husband bought me when we were first married. $150 to replace a part - fine - pricey but its Gucci. The hands on the watch fell off twice!!! - and when I finally picked it up for the 3RD TIME, the face was cracked. Daniel says to me that its an old watch - the face was already cracked. OMG! REALLY???$480 later - I have a ring that I cant wear because the stones keep falling out and my broken watch now mechanically works but the face is broken BY MIAS. WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP OR REPAIR ANYTHING AT MIAS JEWELRY SHOP IN WESTON!!! I try really hard to be in good terms with all people, but Im doing society a disservice by not sharing my VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

It was terrible. I took my Rolex watch for repair and they couldnt fix it, but they charged $375. They even changed some original parts.

Poor service. Owner leaves one person all day to run the store and she has not been trained. Left a jewelry for repair for one week and they had done nothing nor did the store clerk know anything about it. Not the place you want to entrust your jewelry.

Horrible jeweler. They repaired my watch, replaced all the parts and it fell to piece. They charged me $200. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have bought both watches for myself and jewelry for my wife ... the attention is super professional, they show you and let you try everything you see ... Even several times I do not They make the sale but they let you know that it was a pleasure to assist you.I especially recommend the designer jewels ... they are amazing !! The watches they have for business gifts have an excellent price / quality ratio.Lastly, I want to recommend Pandoras products, they are spectacular (personally I consider them to be much superior to Swarovskis).
