The order was perfect, the packaging was also nice. The only thing is that I would have liked more description of the actual product. I bought some of cheaper ones just try them out. But I was definitely not happy with the taste. Thats the only reason Im giving it a three star rating. Other sites, even on Amazon, it gives a lot of detail about the product. Like the type of fish, where it was sourced. If it is salty or low in salt or if it was a more nutty taste or more of raw fish...but yeah definitely lacking.

I ordered quail legs and a few types of truffle sausage. Sooooo good. The quail legs were very nicely frenched. Everything was packaged nicely. There was a small problem with one of the amounts, but the friendly staff fixed it right away. I would order again in a heartbeat.

To be honest, I started coming here instead of Markys because of their affordable foie gras morsels you can purchase at this location which went off the market at Markys. Bemka is the best site to order Caviar online. Their selection of caviar and other specialty food items is amazing. So is their customer service. My favorite is the Imperial Russian Ossetra.

I dont like to leave a bad review for a business and I cant comment on the quality of the caviar as we had to throw it away when it finally reached us. Delivery took three days and when the package arrived, the ice packs were completely melted. Things happen and I understand that, but when I contacted customer service they said they would look into it and then I never heard back. I followed up with another email and phone call and have not had any response. I would have thought at the very least they would have offered to refund the $40 for one night shipping, but clearly customer service is not their thing. Just a heads up for any potential future customers.

As a Russian who appreciates caviar having had it many years ago as a little girl - I find the products from Bemka OUTSTANDING. Theres so much incredible variety if you want the absolute real thing or if you want something thats a bit less expensive but tastes incredible - try the American version. I love all the other luxury products as well. Everything arrives fresh, delicious, beautifully and thoughtfully packaged and the best part - the customer service is just as amazing as the caviar. I have someone who alerts me personally of special promotions; reminds me when its time to send something to my mom... I cant say enough good things about this place. Excellent Caviar, have been a retail customer for years

First and foremost, their customer service is excellent, and delivery was prompt. So far, we have found our Chanterelles to be first rate and are looking forward to enjoying them in many more dishes including pasta with wild mushrooms (a Wolfgang Puck recipe). BOSS Blue Swimming Crab Claw meat was fabulous in a salad (another Puck recipe), and we are eagerly anticipating enjoying our Scottish Smoked Salmon topped with Lumpfish caviar. The Saffron, it goes without saying, will be savory. Well definitely be ordering from Bemka again! And Frequently!! Encourage you to do the same.

The Bemka smoked salmon and trout caviar was excellent. The shipping was top notch while my caviar jars were delivered very cold in proper containers to keep both bottles at refrigerator temperature.The mother of pearl caviar spoon was perfect for serving the caviar.

I have been a customer for many years. During the Holidays I always order 7 oz. of Paddlefish Caviar. It has always come fresh and refrigerated and delicious. This year the delivery was interrupted by a severe snow storm in Maine. I was notified by Bemka of a delay in delivery and a fresh shipment was sent to me. It was wonderful.

Ossetra Caviar was a wonderful addition to our holiday small gathering. The quality, shipping and customer service was perfect. No complaints - but the shipping costs are high, yet you are getting the freshest caviar available - fresher than whats been sitting on the shelf at your local gourmet store.

Excellent product freshness! We received a timely delivery one day before New Years Eve with no delay. I purchased both the Russian Crown Osetra and Siberian Royal Osetra. We started out champagne toast with the Russian Osetra which had a very fine delicate flavor and finished with the Siberian Osetra which had a bit more of a rich oceanic mineral flavor. Both were delicious!!

I placed an order on 12/21 with a shipment delivery for 12/30 for a special meal with caviar, foie gras, and champagne for New Year’s eve. I am very disappointed in how the order was handled. Original shipment was schedule for 12/23 which was a week ahead of time. But for some reason the shipper cancelled the order. I am not sure why they could not have reshipped on the 12/28 or 12/29 since it was overnight delivery. I had no contact from them about the cancelled order until I inquired on 12/30. They apologized that the order was cancelled and asked if I wanted to be reshipped on Jan 4th or a full refund. On 12/31 replied with a requested a full refund. My request was ignored, and my ordered was shipped on Jan 4th.

The caviar was outstanding and the service exceptional. Because of a weather emergency, my order arrived with the ice packs melted and the caviar hot. I emailed the company and within 48 hours a replacement order arrived at my home. I appreciate that kind of swift service.
