On the date of Sep 14 we went to this specific store to purchase a few items we needed for our kitchen cabinets .right from the entrance(even though we came in the store way before the store closing at least 45 minutes before 5 pm) ) we were not greeted by Any Employee and left out to wait for several minutes until we were approached by This lady (I believe her name is Olga and apparently is the store manager ) which initially was on the phone on a personal matter related .after letting the employee know what we were looking for specifically we were told that the store is about to close in couple of minutes at 5 pm and she cannot help us even though when you look for the official hour schedule of the store says 6:30 pm .eventually in the end she decided to stay a few more minutes for us to be able to place an order with the store but she said that she refuses to release the items because she didn’t like that we made her stay over the closing hours .i just want to say that I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by her rudeness, the evilness of her actions and her behavior full of retaliation .i would advice anyone to avoid this specific store as they put accent more on their personal time and lives then on assist customers,making money and do a good business.also ..if I would be the owner I would train better my employees,would stay up to date regarding the hour schedule online and in store and not use as an excuse the Covid pandemic for not being able to provide good customer service .

Never shop at Hime Value Improvement. Olga E Martínez, store manager is the MOST rude person in this company!! She was not friendly, was on the phone talking in Spanish about a personal situation, and didn’t welcomed-approached us at all. When we were ready To place an order close to $200.00, have her my American Express card, the. she said they closed at 5 and no 6 like the website indicated.We arrived 30 minutes earlier, took about 20 minutes to pick our door handles, we drove about an hour from south to buy the handles recommended by a friend but, she told us that she has to go because she has to pick up her grand kids and she should be there at the time. If I were a the business owner I would change the hour online and will make sure all employees are well trained, and care about the company. She was in a such a hurry that told us to leave, explained that we drove long distance and had to leave two next day so there was not way to go next day to pick up handles when she could had given the handles to us, but she refused because she didn’t like to stay longer since she is not the owner, that was her responded..she is very confronting and rude! She wasted time arguing than assisting or placing our order. She may be experiencing some mental problems due to her bad behavior!All I saw in her eyes, was hatred, an angry and a miserable woman that doesn’t appreciate and is not happy to have a job. Terrible customer service!! Will give my business to profesional and better company that values their customers.

As per my experience with Olga it is totally different from what it is posted here, she is an incredible person always willing to go the extra mile for anyone, she is kind, loving, and treats you like family. Im sure it was not Olga that acted this way but the other way around.

I always incredibly very much impressed with the high level of great service and friendliness at this location. I came in to get a very specific item and they were very helpful in locating the item for me and processing the sale. I didnt went to pick up the item and it was quickly given to me and the man even offered to cut it for me and it did a very nice job of cutting it precisely right down the middle. I love this place and I would highly recommend it and I would come back again if I need the items that they carry.

Great staff - the ladies do an excellent job of assisting contractors of all trades. Very personable and flexible with needs and always eager to make recommendations. A real gem of staff and store.

Store is very well organized. The staff is always nice. I order my material via fax, and it is always there on time. Ive bee dealing with them since 2011, and there has only been a couple of mix ups. For the most part it was all communication, and half of that was my fault.

We went to buy gas lift springs for my elderly mothers kitchen cabinets while on a visit to Florida. We walked into the place and were greeted by Olga the store manager. She seemed quite stressed and we had to wait for service which we did quite patiently. Finally, she came over and rudely said I am very busy, but I will try to help you anyway!While we were waiting, another gentleman tried to recommend that we use their company for our cabinet and flooring needs but did nothing to help us with what we needed. Ok..Its not his department.We found the gas springs we needed on the wall for 3 dollars each and when we went to purchase them, we were told they were out of them, but they did have Ferrari gas lifts for 7 each. They did say they would give us a dollar off and we left with our 8 lifts. When we got home we realized that they had given us 7 of one type of hinge and one of another. So we called to ask about them and spoke to the manager Olga. We were then informed that these hinges came from Spain and were not Ferrari at all. Furthermore there was only one gas spring set with instructions in Spanish. The other seven looked like they were made in china based on how the instructions looked. We had to pay cash, because we were told that the credit card machine was not working.We are still waiting for a promised call back to find out why there was an error, but I can already tell you that I would never hire this company for a big job when already have issues addressing a small order.We had to call back because they never called us back as promised. When we called back, the new owner Oscar asked us to uninstall the items and drive 45 minutes back to the store to exchange them. This was an unacceptable solution. I am really sorry to report this. We tried to be reasonable and just ask them to send us the $25 they overcharged us for the wrong items. UPDATE: After 2 hours of phone calls back and forth, we finally got the owner to realize his mistake and he also promised to send a check. I will update this review after we get a check.UPDATE: I am upgrading to 2 stars because they did follow through and send the check for the overcharge.

Their staff Is very nice, The first time I went here I had a hard time getting answers for a product I was look fore I have since been back and the people at the counter are different people and much more helpful and knowledgeable of the product.

They changed their hours. They close now at 5 PM.

Do NOT recommend to deal with that store!!! Nasty customer service, barely speaking english sales girls. I was dealing with Ft Laud store sales girl Flor, nasty, uneducated. Manager Jorge is not better, doesnt speak a word of english. How can someone like him even be a manager? Had a big problem with them, never commited to their promise, overcharged, refused exchanging new in origonal package kitchen handles totaling $15 b/c we passed couples of days outside their wopping 10 days return policy. I went to Hialeah store within the return policy period but they refused exchanging, i repeat exchanging for bigger size, not returning. They said it had to be exchanged in store you bought them. So for $15 wasnt worth to spend $30 in gasoline to drive. They are not accomodative, their material is BAD quality. In the end manager Jorge didnt even return my 5 messages left to him for 1 week. POOR UNRELIABLE NASTY SERVICE< PRICES ARE NOT THAT GOOD EITHER! they need to replace their personal!
