Excellent company to purchase your commercial kitchen equipment through! I started a food truck at the start of this year, and had originally purchased several items from Lauro including a 48 coffin freezer. The unit worked great until a few weeks ago when it began struggling to stay below the cooling line. Instead of sending a service tech out, Lauro replaced the unit with a larger 60 at no additional cost to my company. Awesome people, Lou in particular, I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Had a great experience here. All of the staff very helpful! We came ftom the Virgin islands and looked at several places and they where the most professional and know there product. We purchased an entire commercial kitchen from them including a hood vent, All of our seating and tabled (40+ tables), bar stools, kitchen cookware etc.. Basically was able to do a huge 1 stop shop for everything! They even assisted in packing our 2 40ft containers to ship down here! Highly Recommend GREAT job guys!

Today my husband and I went back to purchase a hand washing sink and they were sold out of the size we needed (due to the recent hurricane shipments have been rerouted and placed on hold). We were having a recurring problem with the settings on the machine, they referred me to the manufacturer who was unable to identify and troubleshoot the issue.
