DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION, THE BIKES ARE NOT SAFE. This location rented me a bike that was not inspected before I left. I could tell that there was something wrong with the bike and drove back to their location. The mechanic took it up the street and back and said I was braking to hard. I rode the bike to a grocery store and when I made a right hand turn into the parking space the bike went down on me. I had to yell for someone to help me get the bike picked up. I was shaken and got on the bike and rode straight home to my building, and again when I went to make a right hand turn into the parking spot the bike went down on me again. I was so shaken and yelled for someone to help me. A fedex driver helped me up and helped me lift the bike. I checked the bike for damage and there was a small scratch on the leftside footrest and the left side view mirror was scratched, I don’t know if there was more damage under the pipes or bike. I took my car and got a tire gauge and when my friend came we checked on the air pressure in the front tire and it was only at 20 PSI, and the recommended pressure from Harley is 38. When I took the bike back to the Eaglerider location and explained what happened, the clerk never asked if I was ok, and right away he insinuated that I was the error and not the bike. He went out and checked the bike and came back stating he did not see any damage, but I did point out that there was damage on the side mirror and the side footrest. He told us that they do an inspection on every bike before it leaves the shop, clearly nobody checked the air pressure on this bike before I drove off.Here are my formal complaints against Eagle Rider, Fort Lauderdale.1. They gave me an unsafe vehicle to drive.2. When I returned and complained about the vehicle, they did not address my issues.3. The bike fell over on me twice, injuring my shoulder and hip and leg.4. When I returned the vehicle, they made me feel as though I was not telling the truth.5. I do not feel this location provides safe motorcycles for its customers. 6. My friends and I witnessed, the leasing agent pull a bike from the showroom floor and giving it to a couple taking a long-distance ride without any pre-ride inspection. I told those customers what happened to me, and when they checked the bike, they saw that the tires on the bike they had just rented were bald. 7. I cannot in good conscience not report this business on its safety violations that caused me to be injured, and also to save other riders from being injured as well DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE.

Very friendly staff. I had issues renting a bike online (I didnt see it was only for one person).But they solved this for me right away when I went to pick it up.

Anybody whose rented from Eagle Rider knows that the process isn’t perfect. Even though the bike I wanted wasn’t available Mike here went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. I’d happily rent from here again.
