I used this Pak Mail for many packing jobs over the past year — very fragile items of all sizes. They both picked up from my home, and also just mailed items I pre-packed and brought in. In every instance they were professional and courteous and efficient. Most important, not a single item they packed and shipped for me arrived with any damage. True professionalism is hard to find, but this place has it. They handled my items as carefully as if they were their own.

My favorite stop of the day! I have been with this mail box service for over three years and have no intentions on going elsewhere. AMAZING STAFF! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Always greet me by name when I walk through the door. If I have over done it with my online shopping they help me carry everything out to my car with no hesitation. Highly recommend this business for your postal needs.

Got lost on the way to pickup then never showed up or called to reschedule. I looked for another location but they were no help either. Although Elizabeth tried to help rectify the situation, I would not recommend any PakMail.

These people somehow got my email address and claim they are a window company to hound me out of buying from them over the internet. These people are scam artist.

Been going here for three years and always friendly, but more importantly, they get the job done. I have had issues with mail and emailed then and they also respond within 24 hrs, by email or calling me. There prices are comparable to other similar places. I find they are quick and find a way to take care of customers quickly and effectively, as opposed to some other packing/shipping stores where Im waiting in line for 15-20 min.

I recently used Pak Mail us770 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to ship a fragile Spanish Colonial painting. I ship frequently. The Service and packing from this Pak Mail was excellent - their work was some of the best I have seen. Highly recommended

Elizabeth is VERY RUDE. My husband and i used to have a mail box at this location for a few years, by mistake we had a package sent over there. They made the mistake to give it to a different mailbox holder. After several calls for the course of a few days, they finally find out who has the package, Elizabeth felt untitled to scream at me over the phone, complaining that she worked for 4 hours to find this package and she got yelled at because of it, she asked me the value of the package, $65, and she said she can give me this money. She was going on and on, how annoyed she was, she didnt give me the chance to speak so i hang up. Of course she called me again, to scream at me a little more. Customer service, lady, you never heard of it? if you dont like the job find a different one.

Unaccountable and unprofessional - lost package! I dropped off a pre-labeled USPS package to this location and it was never even received by post office. They said they would contact their “rep” at the post office and get back to me. They never did, never offered any help, and couldn’t be bothered. They had zero concern for a customer with a problem and I wouldn’t trust them. This happened on April 16.

Careless, negligent, take no responsibility for your shipments! A huge headache! got a return label the seller pays for shipping back to them. Amazon or Ebay ... pakmail dident put the label on the box!! and it got redirected back to me.. how stupid can you be that’s your job! you only get one free return label and it’s got to be back by a certain time... don’t take it to pakmail . Store was empty what’s the reason for the screw up?? Second incident the ups label never got scanned for 3 weeks, blamed ups...

Terrible store, they were totally going to rip me off. They packed my item and weighed it, than gave me the price which was way out of line $78. That was for the shipping (cheapest USPS) and the packing of a very small package. I told them I would just pay for the packing since they had already done it. I took the box over to the Post Office on 17th Street and was charged 18.47 for the cheapest way. Do not go to this store, they really are taking advantage of their customers by packing it and than quoting a price. Just go to the POST OFFICE or Business World@1323 SE 17th St. They will not rip you off.

Have been a customer and box holder for a few years. The new owners are quite frankly horrible. I just came in now to pick mail and packages and the clerk didnt say one word. No hello, nothing but a snotty look like he could not be bothered. Pak Mail needs to buy this franchise back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- I dropped off a package, asked if it would go out that day and was assured the truck had not come yet. I called this morning as I got an email saying the packages had only been shipped the next night and not sent out on the day it was supposed to. I was told on the phone that they would follow up and call me back. I called back 2 hours later and they said I would have to call FedEx myself. They did not apologize for their mistake nor did they call me back like they told me they would. DONT trust anything important with them. I am now trying to chase up a mess and PAY for something that should not be my issue. I cant believe their attitude and demeanor....

Thee WORST PLACE EVER TO GO. When a customer walks in at whatever time and asks the appropriate questions for a package to be shipped overnight and was told as well as given a receipt to assure what was just paid for will be delivered as was told verbally and on the receipt. Now fast thru to next day now nearing 5pm my overnight expensive package is still sitting there waiting for pick-up. Now an overnight package has turned into a 4-day delivery. INEXCUSABLE you try to support local business and get totally screwed. The Staff IS NOT TRAINED - MISLEADS CUSTOMERS ON PACKAGES THEY PAID FOR AND ITS CHRISTMAS TIME - FACTOR IN WEATHER DELAYS!
