I have came to this store so many times and I have to say the people that work there now are unprofessional and very rude. There use to be a young lady I believe her name was (cody) she was amazing she needs to come back she never lost packages she would be able to help 3 or 4 customers at once and never had to wait for a long time in line. When I try to call the store to speak to a manager i get told he isnt in right now I ask can you tell me when will be a good time to call they said I dont know thats bad for business. Bring Back the nice young lady that was there before.... I will not be returning to this location ever again I will also make sure I dont let my family or friends ever go here again. You need to do some rehiring or bring back people that know how to work.
Horrible service. The worker was just turning everyone away and saying they are better off going to USPS or FedEx because he didn’t know how to work the computer. I was shipping something to a business and he couldn’t find the address so he said I couldn’t ship it which makes no sense because it’s on google and I have shipped to there perfectly fine before. I will not be returning here.
Horrible support and customer service. Force people to wait outside one at a time. Forced to wear masks long after the mask mandate is gone and even grocery stores dont require them. Not too mention I was the the person there. Charges money to print out labels from Amazon returns when the last 5 UPS stores Ive been in did it for free. Probably because they are getting paid to take the FREE returns. Owner is a rude woman who has no idea how to run a customer service based retail store. Amazon never seems to get my packages from this location, if at all weeks later. Store us cluttered and a falling hazard. 1 star and I wish I could give none! EDIT FOR OWNER RESPONSE: Well you are still wearing masks and the CDC says masks are no longer required. Considering Walmart, Publix, ETC arent forcing masks what do you think? What does it cost to print one black and white page on a return you are being paid for (odd other stores dont charge)? As for the clutter I didnt take a picture of the inside but I did take a picture of the outside so I was in the right store. You are such a nasty person, even your review comment is nasty and entitled. Instead of saying something that tries to help the issues at hand you simply chose to argue the point, lol.
Was there over the weekend and have to say that Cody... I hope Im spelling her name correctly... Was assisting two elderly ladies who had no clue how to return their package or use their smartphone. Cody was not only patient but very professional, understanding and nice. Ive never had a problem any time Ive been there. I have to say Cody went above and beyond and the ladies were very thankful

I went there and there were three people in line he was having a problem with the person at the counter and that left just two of us. He got frustrated and said that he was closing the store because they were too busy. Then he said he wasnt in a very patient mood. After the woman in front of me left he told me that I could be seen by the next attendant then the attendant reiterated what the manager said:. He asked the manager if they were closed and the manager responded Yes and so I was rejected to be able to send my package. You roll the dice by going there depending upon the managers mood. Very unprofessional
I went here to pick up some papers I had ordered to be printed through the UPS Store website. They had no record of my order. The kid behind the counter said I could e-mail to him, but I didnt have the documents on the phone. He handed me a business card and said I could call back another day since he was the only one working, but the information was for a store in Connecticut. Not helpful. I contacted UPS Store HQ for a refund.
I tried to get a document notarized 3 times… always unsuccessful. The notary is never there, you have to be really lucky to catch him.
I received a envelope shipped thru UPS at this store 2 days after i terminated my box and they charged me $10.00 for a pickup and holding fee. That was more than the cost of shipping. I know this is a franchise store but if UPS is ok with this practice I will never ship anything UPS again I will use FedEx..
Chatty cathy working the desk (by herself) on a Saturday likes to chat up the customers while the line is out the door. Its been 10 minutes and we are still ringing up some freaking greeting cards. Try to work efficiently and help customers actually want to come back instead of avoid, like I will.LETS GOOOOOO
I am handicapped & a senior citizen who doesnt feel I need any special treatment. The so called owner/manager (he claimed) is a total disaster, rude and disrespectful individual. I dont believe he enjoys what he does. I went to the UPS Store located at1005 SR 84, Ft.Lauderdale, FL on Saturday 10/31/20 at around 3:15PM. I observed the sign must have mask and stay 6Ft apart. Not a problem. He obnoxiously tells me to get outside and wait that only 2 people in store at a time. That also was not a problem and I totally understand the safety issues. My turn to walk in store keeping my distance. He yells out to me stand back and you will have to wait. Not a problem. I have difficulty standing for any period of time and just put my elbow on the counter to keep the weight off my legs and spine. Again he yells at me to stand back. All I said to him was you do have handicapped people that come to your store you should have a couple of chairs outside for them to sit and wait. He just flew off the wall and started yelling. All he was doing was packing Avocados to be shipped and no other customer waiting for the boxed Avocados was in the store. He intensively ignored me and after awhile of being ignored ignored and his prior rudeness and disrespect I gave up, asked him for his name that he just mumbled out and I told him I am out of here but was going to make sure I alerted others of him and his attitude and I was also going to write Corporate and advise & complain to them on this individual. He is fairly tall, thin, balding middle age man who says he was the manager. There is a lot of competition out there and I would never step foot in that place again and possibly any other UPS Store.
I frequent this UPS Store often, and everyone there has been helpful. Dan was extremely helpful in assisting me with a sensitive matter. Great location!
Not enough workers. Line was out the door. 1 worker, 6 people each waiting 20-30 minutes. Unacceptable. Stop wasting paying customers time. I left after 20 minutes in line. Fedex always has more workers.
I came to this UPS store trying to send sentimental fragile objects from a deceased family member to my grieving mother. Toya, despite working alone on shift, was incredible, helped me resolve all of my packing issues, and was instrumental in ensuring childhood objects were shipped safely to my mother. I cannot properly overstate how absolutely amazing Toya was, both in terms of expertise and customer service.

One employee made me fill out endless paperwork to ship internationally, when it was being shipped in a US territory and lied about attaching commercial invoices to my package. These people need to find new jobs
I too am handicapped. If I need to sit there are available chairs in the store while other customers before me need to be serviced. It’s a busy store. I have been treated with the upmost respect from the owner and the people that work there. I prefer using this UPS services because it is a comprehensive professional entity. I feel confident sending and receiving packages and never had a problem at all!!! It is easy to track packages from the point of ordering to shipped, and delivered. Quality of service is meaningful to me and highly valued. The owner Don Jones has great Communication and is excellent with the customers. Every service is completed in a timely manner. ! Was impressed with his professionalism and safety during this a Covid epidemic. It is truly a company of authenticity and integrity! I am a proud consumer! Service excellence is his stores and to humanity is UPSs goal!
It says they close at 6:30 PM. I got there at 6:26 PM the store was already locked. Employees were inside, when I knocked, they told me it was closed. Their open hours make no sense for someone that works. In the morning, I’m already working at 8:30am
Called before I got to store to ask an admittedly stupid question, employee answering phone was friendly and helpful. When I got there, was able to get help right away and got what I needed to send my package. The person at the register was speedy and knew what he was doing. Was worried by some of the reviews but I had a great experience.

Its great having the UPS store close by. Our business has a regular pickup but most days we have packages that must be sent after our UPS driver picks up from us. The UPS store is right on my way home and the staff is very helpful.
I went in there to pick up a package that I ordered online. The driver decided to leave it at the store instead of delivering it to me. When I went in, I was treated VERY rudely. I asked for the manager and was told he wasnt there. I called later, left a message and no one ever called back. I called their corporate office to complain, and of course no response. I not only will NEVER go into this store again, I will not buy from a company that uses them. I want to ensure that I will never have to go back into that store.Interesting, I got a response and absolutely NO APOLOGY for how rudely I was treated. I NEVER mention the package was NOT released to me, that was NOT the issue. I got my package, it was the rude interaction that offended me. This store and company obviously could not care less about their customers. I will no longer do any business with UPS under the fear I might wind up in their store. Typical response, not my fault instead of sorry you were treated rudely.
Poor. Reasons: Disorganized, gives contradictory information, minimal people skills. This is based on my interactions (on various occasions) with the manger / primary person providing service. Of note: Even staff (more competent and helpful than Manager) have shown frustration regarding his behavior in my presence. On one occasion, I spoke with two who were careful not to criticize their Manager, but seemed fully aware of my concerns. On this occasion, in order to be properly served, I left the facility and returned to work only with staff when Manager was not present.
Wow I am really surprised to see any bad reviews about this place. Every time I have gone in I have been greeted with friendly helpful staff. They take care of whatever I need done regardless of if its only a postage stamp or I need a box and everything to mail my stuff out 5 star business all the way is my personal opinion.
Excellent excellent service. They helped me get the absolute best rate on a very heavy and large item I needed to ship and saved me a couple hundred dollars honestly. They packaged my item up very professionally too. I highly recommend them for any shipping needs.
Staff always professional always friendly, from shipping my 5k Trek bicycle to small boxes, all arrived with TLC.

Arrived at 4:45pm (supposed to be open until 5pm on saturdays) to retrieve my mail. Doors are locked, lights off and the cage already around the desk. No note or anything on the door. What gives? Completely unprofessional all the way around.

Ridiculously high printing fees.
Terrible service. I went in to ship a return. I needed a return label printed, which is a service they offer. I e-mailed the label to the store e-mail so they can print the label. Then they took 5 more people before they printed my label even though I e-mailed it immediately. I spent my entire lunch break in the store because of that. Then they gave me attitude for choosing to e-mail the label to the store... and told me I should print labels on my own and bring it in. OBVIOUSLY I WOULD DO THAT IF I HAD MY OWN PRINTER. That’s like going to Domino’s, ordering a pizza with pepperoni and having the pizza guy get mad at you for him having to put the pepperoni on himself ...and then he gives you attitude and tells you to add your own toppings at home and bake it a little longer in your own oven...
I dropped off a few online returns 4 months ago at this location. Most of them had a return label but one package did not. The woman working there took the package and created a label for me and I went on my way with my receipt. One week later I checked the status of my return and the retailer never received my package. I went on to call the store who told me that the package was picked up by DHL and redelivered to my house. Not only did I never receive the re-delivered package, but UPS is refusing to take responsibility for their employees mistake of creating a shipping label. Theyve informed me that it is now DHLs missing package and have been ZERO help in finding my package or refunding me the $300 Im out. This location is not only incapable of creating a shipping label but are terrible at returning phone calls and following up with customers.
I have to say that the only good customer service representative here is the owner. One of the reps I spoke with on the phone was horrific, rude, not really sure of the duties of her job duties. Had the nerve to tell me that I was rude. I disconnected the call. Just because of this one representative, I will no longer use this specific location. The owner gives optimal service but needs to train his employees.
I called hoping to get some information from this location twice. The guy on the phone told me they are currently busy with other customers and I will have to call back later because they are too busy right now. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Wonderful service. Davina (excuse me if the spelling is incorrect) went above and beyond to help with shipping a letter today. Then, I forgot my wallet there and she stayed well past the typical hours of operation just so that I could retrieve it! I supposed shipping it to my house wouldve also been an option LOL. To whomever the owner is, she deserves a bonus or a raise!

BEWARE!! Nasty owner with very threatening behavior. Threatened me 3 Fridays in a row. Police advise me to contact them next time. How sad that he would open a new business then act aggressively toward longtime patrons of nearby businesses! This morning (4-14) I had to ask him THREE times to please stop the aggressive behavior & to let me pass.!!
